I'm sorry this is so long. I just got carried away. I just want you to really understand who I am and my situation, and I didn't know how to be concise about it. I greatly appreciate all help, you don't even know how much
How do you get over that shame and insecurity? I still feel like hiding away from everyone in my own bubble, when that isn't productive. There were periods where I even had suicidal thoughts, but they the cons always outweigh the pros. I just don't know how to get out of my funk. I want to actually experience good things in life, I don't want my life to be ended before I do so
I just finished high school and I just feel really ashamed that I didn't live up to my potential at school and outside...

i am a 24 yr old female. i live in a small family with my father and mother. my problem is that my father is a very aggressive person. he gets annoyed in everything and treats my mother very badly by abusing and cursing her. he is like this with everyone. he does not talk much with people and criticizes everyone. he has a very high ego problem because of which we have very less social link ups. although he has never put restrictions on us for spending money. financially he has given me and my mother all the authorities to use money that he earns but his behavior has depressed me and my mother so much that we sometimes think of dyeing. i have tried so many times to tell him that whatever he does is not good for his health and he must try to...

My ex's mom was primarily responsible for our split up 20 yrs ago, but now being married and settled in life, i still have sleepless and tearful nights, thinking of the past. I sometimes feel i should call ex's mom and ask for a sorry, for i never listened to her repeated dissprovals, until the last threat of a suicide. is it ok to cal, her..i sometimes feel, the relationship should close, but i am also if might start a chapter by givind details of my whereabouts. sometimes i feel, may be i should let the blood boil as my life had turned upside down after the unexpected heart break with an abortion.

I am Junior in High School and I have been contemplating suicide for a few years. This year, it's appeared in my thoughts more often than previous years. I am drowning in my own misery and I wish I could silence this storm in my mind. I feel empty and yet I have a loving family and a wonderful girlfriend. Nothing heart-wrenching has occurred recently and I have no idea why I feel this pain. I know how selfish it is, but I'm very puzzled. Often, I feel like I'm the source of disappointment and pain of all whom I love. This "feeling" has consumed me completely and I've cut many relationships with family and friends. But, no one takes my struggle seriously and some even encourage it. I don't know what to do with myself.

I am 16 and I'm going to be going to the gyno soon! I am still a virgin, I am going to get looked at because of a medical reason.

i know life is short and i shouldnt but am considering it.
