should I stay or should I go?

ok here is the truth. I'm in basketball and I'm not played a lot. I like playing the sport and I'm good at it, but my coach thinks that the starters should play all the time. I know playing time doesn't matter and it's the whole team as one, but I WANT to play. I'll finish out this year, but what should I do about next year.(it'll be my senoir year so I feel like one more year won't kill me)BUT, I DONT want to be in a sport that makes me feel sad. HELP!

sorry if this is long.but i need some help fast.. ok i am 3.0 student and i am a freshman and i play basketball. i will admitted i am not the worst or the best player on the team (out of 9 people i am like 5) i got 2 coachs and the varsity one has anger mangement problems that when he gets mad he will literaly through stuff. the Jv coach( my coach) really isnt fare. i got to all pratices so up on time and listen and follow directions and thent here are other people who dont show up usually and she lets them play in the game 3 times as long as me. the last two games i was playin for 3 minutes out of 2 games wit 4 quaters of 8 minutes. now what should i do. 1) quiet.
2) talk tot he coach about it even though i am not supposed to ask ...

ok i want people who actually fly fish and i dont want any websites to answer ok like could you use a regular clinch knot or an improved clinch knot to tie a fly onto the line

Hey okey i really REALLY need to know what the "world cup draw" is. Is it soccer? And who's going to play against who in the next game? And do you think germany is going to win?

I am a Cheerleader. I realy like doing stunts and dancing but im not very gracfull. I land hard on evreything I do making it almost inpossible to do a front walkover. I can do one but it isnt what it should be. I was wondering if someone could give me tips for all diffrent stunts and maybe jumps to make me more gracefull.... Please? hey...alrite well anyone might be able to answer this one. um well i'm on the bball team at my school and we COULD be really good, but we have a bunch of people who wont play as a team. no one passes the ball, or cares about succeeding. we have lost almost every game so far because of this. what can happen so everybody participates, cares, and starts a "TEAM" i'll rate for good and helpful answers thanks

track uniform

tomorrow i have my first winter track meet. we have uniforms that are really short!! i dont know if my coach said we could wear spandex pants underneath..i know we can not wear like clothes or anything over/under it. i thought one of the senior said we could. do you think we can? im trying to get in touch with the people on my team but i dont know where they are. please help me!!

Lacrosse Tryouts

OK so tomorrow i have lacrosse tryouts, and i know i probably won't make it, but i still will probably get my hopes up too high by the time i try out...is there any way i could make it so im not so disappointed if i dont make it? It'll also make it WAY better if i DO make it if I'm not expecting it hehe

how do you get faster, im active pretty fast but wanna get faster! In lacrosse we have to run 3 miles every day and then endurance training which works most likely cause i feel it, but what specifically type of drills make you faster?

OK...Say you really LOVE the sport Basketball...you have been offered to join the freshmen team (but ur a 7th grader)...You wanna play but you dont like the coach...Everyone Says he is a Pervert.Also 8th graders that u have played Basketball with in the Past get mad because you were offered To Be on a Freshmen team..(8th graders are post to be you Bffs??).well..what do i do??..TRy to live with it and play for him?...or Go to a different high school and play for them..Thanks

I know its not the season for track yet but I've been wondering about this for a month or two... but I'm planning on trying out for the track team this year. I'm kind of out of shape so I was wondering what are some exercises I could do to help me get in shape?
