Would anyone be interested in a weight loss challenge?

I have noticed a lot of people ask questions about weight loss. Would anyone like to form a support group/challenge? I am captain of one right now and as a group we lost 103 lbs. last week. It would be strictly based on healthy diet and exercise. So let me know!

My skin when I get older and now

Ok, well now im like 13, right? well my mother has greasy skin and my dad has dry skin. I cleanse my face with apricot scrub every morning to refresh myself in a hotshower, or if i took a shower that night, i'd apricot scrub my face in the morning with cold sink water (St.Ives) well, i just get these little sweat bumps and recently i have been getting red dots (no whiteheads) on my nose, i understand this because people have grease there easily through-out the day. My friend is getting acne n pimples and she said she is glad that she is getting it now instead of when i grow up ill have a lot. i take good care of my skin, and i eat ..pretty healthy, i get my fruit n veges, protein, vitamins and potassium, i drink water and this really tasty ...

i am 5 feet exactly, and i weigh 108 lbs. I know thats not like over weight, but i just want to flatten my stomach because in like... June, we go to a water park as a school fieldtrip, and we have to wear our bathingsuits. i want to look good.
how can i lose about 10-15 lbs before June? any help is appreciated=]

also... i know this is really random, but is there anything i can do to uhm...make my breasts bigger? like any excercises or foods i can eat?

Bingeing

when i get home from school at 230, all i can think about is eating. i regularly eat a bagel and drink a glass of orange juice for breakfast, and i have a balanced lunch. i know im not hungry when i get home, but i make myself feel like if i eat something its not a big deal. but when i do, i just wanna cry cuz i feel so bad about it. there have been a few days where im been able to not eat until dinner, and when i do i'm so proud. what could i do to make me get my mind off eating?! :[

Trans Fat

What exactly is trans fat? I've heard that it's a kind of fat that just sticks to you and is impossible to lose. How badly does it affect weight and health? Should I amke sure everything I eat has trans fat? I'm worried that it'll build up and I'll get fat, and I won't be able to lose the weight.

Healthy Diet

I would like some advice on what I should eat because I'm planning on going on a diet... I know some things I should avoid already like junk food, which isn't a problem. What else can I do to not slow down my metabolism and possibly gain more energy? I'm planning to lose maybe 20-30 pounds and I already have a way to exercise. I just need to know what things I can or should eat. Thanks in advance.

I'm not one to complain...and I'm fat...but my gran is gettin a tad bit too thin! She's a diabetic..and I was wondering what could 'fatten' her up. Like something that will make her put on the pounds?

My day

My average day, foodwise, consists of this: 2 pieces of wheat toast, cheese cubes, and coffee (breakfast.). Half peanut butter sandwhich, sunchips, granola (lunch). Chips and salsa (snack), Lean Cuisine veggie frozen meal (dinner). I drink a bottle and a half of water a day and treadmill for 30 minutes.

Any tips for changes I can make to lose 10 pounds quick? Healthy.

Okay so when i was younger i used to be very overweight and fat, from about kindergarten to the end of 5th grade, then in 6th grade i stood about 5'3 and 112 pounds, which was amazing for someone coming from about 5'1 144 pounds.
When i was at that weight, i wasnt too self confident but everyone would tell me how pretty i was or that i lost so much weight.
I figured I wanted to loose even more weight, so i began to eat only cereal for a longgggg time.
I gained 90% of the weight back.
I didnt even realize it until I went to the doctor, I was shocked.
After that I decided to go back to my old diet and exercise plan to see if it would work.
It didnt, I just stay at about the same weight and the only wa...

Weight Loss Programs

Does anyone know of any dieting programs where they send you food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner...other then jenny craig??

and also this might sound stupid, but jenny craig isn't only for women, is it?


(and yes i know i could google, but im terrible at searching, and i thought maybe someone on here might have tried some places out and could give me some advice on places to try, and the places with the best tasting food)

what are the best foods for losing weight and avoiding crash diets?? I am a comptiv athlte and i swim for 5 hours a day( 2 and a hlaf hour pracics) and do weights too....i eat pretty healthy but i always seem to crash on my energy!! and then i end up bingeing and i'll do this for a week ...then i'll throw up for a week and then i eat helathy again....im having alot of trouble!!

if there's any mega health freaks out there, do you know if its good for you if you drink a bottle of vitamin water (multi-v) a day? or can you get sick from it from having too many vitamins?

okay im not fat and inoe it. just ive been on vacation and im gaining weight. i need to lose the weight and ive been going to the gym working out a lot, pilates and everything but i cant stop eating. its not like im a cumpulsive eater or nething like that. and im not hungry all the time. jus im bored or i wanna eat something because of the taste and im not hungry. i duno its wierd. and i noe some of u are gonna say to eat snacks and stuff but have them be healthy... and i do that. but like i wanna stop eating soo much. because i finish lunch and i eat a banana and then i want something else. so i eat grapes and then like yogurt and then i go to the kitchen and eat some more.??? pleassee help me. wat are ways i can stop eatingg and cut down ...

im fat. all i ever think about is food and eating. i cant stay out of the pantry and fridge, and i eat when im bored. i dont want to be this way. i already work out and it helps some. now i just need to control my eating. how can i not be so distracted by food? i talked to my mom and i asked her to stop buying junk but i have 6th other family members..and this is not an option. help me please.
