Belly Button Ring

Hi, im 13, and i REALLY want my belly button pierced. Im not scared of the pain, because people say it doesnt hurt. But the problem is my mum. She says I cant have it. But i REAAALLY want to. Can i do it at home somehow? Please help me I want my mum to say yes, so I can have a belly button ring. Alot of my friends have it.

right now i have layers and angles... i want to get a haircut but i dont know what i want exactly... i want my bangs to be shaped so i can wear them however i want like to the side and stuff. i also like layerss and some angles.. but im looking for a picture to show her. does anybody know any sites with some pretty hairstyles?
i have brown hair that is 4 inches below my shoulder.. i dont want any lenght cut at all. also my hair is somewhat wavy and thick.

ohkay, i hate my hair and im desprate to find a new look for it. I recently got highlights that need updating but my mom said i can only get it done every 6 months. so i still have maybe 3 months left. church attire

well im 14 n catholic. tomorrow is the feast of pentecost and the color for the feast is red. therefore, a lot of people wear red clothing. well i have this scrunchie type dress with a frilly type mini skirt thats bright red. would it be ok to wear to this? its spaghetti straps too so i would wear a black? jacket over it. should i wear thie black and red or go with something more springy? thanks a lot!

dying hair

my hair is pretty dark so i want to dye my hair to a brown color ..i dont want to use hair products because me and those dont mix well together because everytime i try it doesnt work.. so is there anything i can use? iheard if you put suntan lotion on ur hair it would come out lighter? should i try that?

i was just wondering where i can get a simple not expensive..nothing over 60 dollars, sewing machine. i know walmart and target have them but are there any other places that might have them really cheap. also i cant get one off the internet, so it has to be a store! thanks!

ok..so our Spring Formal is Tonight...i have a dress but it looks like an easter dress...its pale pale pink with lace like over it and its strapless and has an attached ribbon around the waist...i want a new dress but we dont have any money because my brother wrecked the car (we gotta pay for that) and were goin to NY is there any way that i could make this dress look more spring-like??...i rate thnx

so my family is not very well off. i`ve had the same shirts for way too long, and i get SO SICK of wearing them over & over, when it seems like all the other girls have a different outfit every day. i tried talking to my mom about it, but most of our money`s been going to pay hospital bills (my brother just had surgery--nothing too serious) so i dont really have time or money to buy any clothes, seeing as i dont et an allowence. i was wondering if anyone knew how to spruce up outfits with every-day things? or even just making my own clothes...like turning an old pair of jeans into skirts? anybody know how...

Ugh...okay I HATE my clothes. I went through this whole phase recently of "I care what everyone else thinks and my opinion doesnt matter". And that includes clothes. I wear the same old crappy polo tees from hollister and stupid jeans and stupid shoes. I just look like every other boring un-unique "prep". Well, i've finally grown out of this. I now want to start dressing like my personality which is edgy, unique, and artsy. I like rock/emo/indie music if it helps? I'm looking for some fashion tips (example...stuff like wearing your belt to the side, etc.) And some stores online I could check out to help me dress more "edgy". Also, i dont have alot of money. As long as I could remeber and all my friends can agree ive looked the same ...ponytail and well obviously my cloths but i dont care about that( i go to a private school so i have to wear a unfiorm) so I think its time ofr a change, what are some things i could do with, bascily me and my hair that would be diffrent other than a pony tail. Nothing to drastic but just a change. If it helps i have shoulder length blounde hair. Thanks and please help!!!
