Bulimia Information

I've just got some questions for bulimia for an artical i'm doing.. i'd like questions from people who know what they're talking about, not people who are just looking for ratings, please.=)

so first off, is there really a major difference between bulimia and laxative use? as in, in the long run are the results of losing weight different? which makes you lose weight at a more rapid pace, ect. just general information.

also, what are the positives and negatives of bulimia? please pay attention to the positives from the eyes of someone who sees him or herself as overweight. =)

eating habits

Okay so I'm 15 years old, 5'4", 110 lbs. Normal weight, right? Yeah. My mother keeps giving me a hard time about my eating habits just because I tend to eat one meal and maybe one or two snacks per day. It's not like I want to lose weight, I just don't feel like eating most of the time and I don't get hungry very often. Yet she bugs me about eating all the time. Why should I eat when I'm honestly not hungry and don't feel like eating? That's gluttony, which is a sin and very unhealthy for you. I'm sorry, but I just don't do that or eat when I'm bored. I think it's gross to do that. How can I get her to understand that I'm not anorexic or anything, just not that hungry?

I cannot seem to help my food intake or "craving" problem. I am not fat, only 115 pounds, but Im afraid if I keep up the cravings I will be heavier. I do dance and other sports, but I just want to be a little skinnier. The craving is so overwhealming it seems I can't stop it. I dont know what to do!

How many grams of protein should I be getting a day. I swim for about 2 1/2 hours 6days a week. I'm 5'10" and 160 lbs. I don't know if that affects it or not but w/e. haha. Thanks.

what are some drinks, food, ANYTHING that helps speed up your metabolism? i'm not talking about excerise, cuz i'm well aware that does help. but for example, is it true adding pepper to your food speeds up your metabolism?

okay, so normally for my average every-day food i eat would be:

breakfast- special k with milk/yogurt and sometimes with some sort of fruit.

lunch- a wrap w/ turkey, cheese, lettuce, pickles. or a chicken ceasar salad.
and normally for a side i have raisons and an apple/orange.

supper- either a healthy choice tv dinner, veggie burger, another bowl of special k, or sub from subway.

and then for snacks i usually have apples or oranges, carrots, pinnapple, etc.
and i also have a multivitamin.

as for excersises i've starting using this motor track thing for a half an hour and 100 crunches a day.

what i'm asking is, am i doing this right? or a...

I was like really into it, now only simi. How can I find an alternative? Jogging lasted for a couple weeks but after that I wanted to get high more. I'm all out, now, and i REALLY want to quit. Thanks to advicenators I was off for a week or two, now I want to get off for good. PLEASE HELP!

calory-less snacks?

i really like snacking while i'm doing my homework or watching tv. i've been snacking on mini oreos lately. thing is, 9 mini oreos is like, 130 calories or something. is there other snacks that are as good or somewhat as good as oreos that doesn't have so much calories in it? nothing too expensive, please. thank you.

i wasn't sure what category to put this under... i'm sorry. but, i was just wondering if there is any advice you can give me on how to grow. i'm 16/f. my cousins take these hormone shots, but they said that they couldn't give them to me because I started puberty when i was 9. is there anything that might help me grow a little bit? because i'm 4"11 and I don't have a problem with being short, it's just i'd like to grow a little bit because i have to like hem every pair of pants i get. i know that there's nothing i can have that will make me grow 5 inches quickly, but maybe like 2 inches more??

I have a very slender (kind of too skinny) figure and people keep telling me that I should put on about 10 pounds. I think the only good body part I have is my legs----if I put on 10 pounds, would my legs, like, fill out and not look as good?

Master cleanser diet..

Okay, Beyonce lost 22 pounds in 14 days by using this diet consisting of lemon juice, water, maple syrup, and cayenne pepper. And Jared Leto (30 Seconds to mars) lost 20 pounds in 10 days by the means of this diet as well. And one of my cousins tried this diet and she lost 18 pounds in 10 days.
I'm guessing that since my cousin tried this diet, it works. Has anyone tried or heard of thie fast/diet? I really want to try it. But how can you manage to live just off that and plain water and nothing else for ten days without fainting or something?

are there any foods or drinks that are not fattening and will not make you gain weight that quickly fill you up and make you feel full? i have a major problem with binging and throwing up and im trying to quit. please help (dont tell me to get help. ok thank you)
