Sir,
My name is Joseph Koufie. I am in charge of Technical operations of Westel
Ghana Ltd. We are planing to go for mobile frequency licence and I have been
task to come up with frequencies that we could use for our short term and Long
term planning.
We are planing to 1 million subscribers for a start and expand to 2million in
the future on both both GSM and CDMA technology.
Please, I would be most grateful if you could advice on the best 3G frequency
band that would be good for our services, with less cost effective to deploy.
If possible the type and where we could source the equipment to be used.
Secondly, I would be most grateful if you could help with a website ...

I look thru peoples columns and the have hyperlinks to other peoples pages in theire bio.
I tried requesting people and the hyperlinks arent there. How do i make the hyperlinks.

I just recently became a columnist and I went to go look at the list of the other columnists. I noticed that most of the others have rating stars next to their name. What are these for? Do I not have them because I'm relatively new?

What are Level I, II and III moderators? i dont get it and what are they for? and how do they get those level?And how can you be one?.Im so confused.Sorry i asked so many questions.

ok my friend says that there's a fountain in the middle of the courtyard in the Pentagon but i don't think that there's just a fountain or even a fouintain and we've both looked everywhere and can't find anything bout it so if anyone could settle this for us tha'd be great!..so i'm basically asking is ther a fountain in the exact middle of the courtyard of the Pentagon?

Okay guys do you knowe where i can get a xenga for the song numa numayay or whatever its called. It is from the movie chicken little. My annoying math teacher plays it all the time between brakes and at first i hated the damn song but now i got used to it.

DELL DJ HELP?

I got a DELL POCKET DJ for christmas last year. I haven't really been using it lately but now I want to. Anyways, on my computer I use DELL MUSICMATCH JUKEBOX PLUS to listen to music and put songs onto my DELL POCKET DJ. Okay, so I put all the songs I wanted onto my DJ and all 172 songs are on there. But, when I press "PLAY ALL MUSIC TRACKS" on my DJ, not all of the tracks play and I don't know why. Then, when I press "VIEW ALL TRACKS", all of my songs are there but then when I press play it only plays that one song and does not allow me to scroll down to view any other songs, in order to play another song I would have to go back and press "VIEW ALL TRACKS" again and so on. I don't know how to fix this problem ...

i am a level 1 moderator and have been on this site for just a bit past year now. i really want to become a level 2 moderator, but havent been asked yet. i try to rate as many questions every day as i can and answer alot as well. i would like to know, about how often do they need a need level 2? and when was the last time they got a new one? (if anyone knows) thnks

You know how some people have like paragraphs in their columns in the "about me" section? Well how do you get it like that, because mine is all one paragraph. I tried < br > because I knew that was a line break on most websites, but that didn't work.
