Lowering my antidepressant

My situation is very complicated. I've been on the antidepressant Lamotrigine also known as Lamictal for over a month, and as soon as I went up to 100mg, I started to feel severely depressed and I can't shake off those feelings of total hopelessness and things are very bad with me. Unlike when I was on 50mg, I was doing pretty great. The only problem was that it wasn't helping completely, and I still found myself depressed, that's why I went up in the first place. I'm bipolar, and I'm also on Seroquel, if that matters. So my question is, can highering an antidepressant make you more depressed? Please don't guess on me, only answer if you know it for certain. I know I should ask this to my psychiatrist, but I don't trust her anymore, and mea...

Im 20.. 4 years ago i lost my best friend to suicide. I know my dad has been cheating on my mom. for years. My boyfriend (he just turned 21) of 1.5 years has had depression and anger issues for a very long time but 7 or 8 months ago he finally went on depression medication. Duration of general sexual act

I am a shy guy. I dont know why I am that way but I lack this confidence to initiate a talk with any girl. Too many questions come to my mind and its gone.
One thing that bothers me is what is the usual or normal duration of an intercourse excluding the time spent on the fore-play.
I am curious because first and the last time I had an intercourse, it lasted merely 1 minute. Is it a normal duration as a first timer or how is it.
What effect does masturbation has or will have on this duration?

I'm a nineteen year old female. My last period was around June 25th and ended on June 29th. I had sex July 4th and the condom broke but he hadn't cum yet. (It was our second time, we had changed the condom). Today is July 26th and I have still not gotten my period. I don't usually keep track because I rarely have sex but this was a special occasion. So I'm not quite sure what my cycle is. I'm worried that I'm late.
I'm scared that I'm pregnant but I'm stressing out drastically about it. Could stress be preventing my period, or anything else?

I have had a rough start in life. Like I took it to the extreme that I wanted to commit suicide. I have a survival story that is so horrifying, it made others cry. People told me that I should talk to them if I need to be consoled. Recently there is a person that I really want to talk to about my life, but my grandmother/mother/therapist told me I shouldnt because I couldn't trust that this person could keep whatever I tell that person to itself. But this person is convincing me that I can trust them and I can always talk to them, but at the same time, I have to trust my grandmother's instincts when it comes to trusting people. What should I do?!
