the only issue is i dont think that torrid and deb (the two plus stores in the area i live) will have swim suits in the next few weeks and i really need one now were goin on a school trip to florida and were gonna be swimming at the hotel so i need to look really good and it needs to be affordable....im looking for any suggestions as too wear to buy and or if anyone knows when torrid or deb will be putting out there swimwear lines.......thanks in advance for any suggestions

which straightener should i get?

i've had my CHI hair straightener for about a year and it's alright. i'm not crazy for it but it does the job pretty good.
anyways, on the sides of it there's like yellow, sticky gunk. what is that?
so i was thinking maybe i should get a new straightener.
should i get the remingtion studio or ghd? or should i just repurchase the chi?

Altering dress size.

Recently, I bought this dress:

It's for a semi-formal, however... I plan on using the dress again but at the same time I've been losing weight.
I was wondering if it would be possible to alter the dress one size down (from a 6 to a 4)? I can fit into a 4, but it's really tight, so I don't want to exchange it. The main area that would have to be tightened would be the bust/waist area. If it's possible, would it be costly?

Sorry I know you can't really tell what it looks like, but It's open in the back and has studs on the front.

Emo haircut.

Well for the longest time I have been wanting to go Emo style on my hair. I have really thick, wavy hair that comes down to the middle of my back. The thing were I am stuck is I have nooooooooo idea how to go about it. I don't have a ton of money to spend by going to a salon so that is out of the question. I was thinking...Do you do it yourself? If you go into a hair dresser place do you say you want an emo cut? (I did that last time and they didn't seem to have the slightest idea of what I was talking about lol) I went again and said I wanted it "Choppy" and I STILL didn't get the haircut I wanted! I even bought 2 pictures and it was STILL way off. -,- Now I'm finally giving up and was thinki...

Really greasy hair

My hair is always to greasy after flat ironing it. I use baby powder to clear it up, but that never lasts for long. I shampoo often and use a clarifying shampoo. I even clean my flat iron. But when I leave it curly, there's no grease. How to I keep my hair looking straight but fresh?

How do you get that little white heart tattoo thing? You know the one I'm talking about right? It seems like more and more girls have them right above their pelvis? It looks like a white outline of a heart and I don't know if it is a tattoo or what but I think it is adorable and I want one really bad!

floppy skater hair?

I am trying to do my hair in a certain way and I don't really know how to describe it other than to call it floppy skater hair. Does anybody know what I mean by this? Kind of straight and all flopped over?

How do i get my hair to grow faster?

my hair is to the middle of my chest, and i have side bangs. i want my hair to grow very long by summer. i cut my hair to a bob in august and i haven't gotten a trim or haircut since. i have been patiently waiting for my hair to grow out. how can i make it grow faster? should i use less heating tools on my hair? should i scrunch my hair everyday til summer? should i swicth my shampoo? are there any special shampoos to make your hair grow faster?

Hi, 15, female. I make clothes, I have for 3 years now. I make bubble dresses and pajama pants, cute little bags and blouses. Everybody in school calls me Miss Unique because they love my clothes and I have such a sure fire passion for making and designing them. I would like to know what is the next step I can take in a career of fashion? Ask stores to sponsor me? Ask Macy's or Kohl's if I can start a line there? Please don't be mean and tell me "You're only 15, nobody will want you." because I want this and I won't stop trying until I live my dream.

Hello, 15, female. I make clothing, I love it, so much. I make garments for my friends and family and I have contacted multiple magazines to sponsor me. I have also contacted Macy's to see if I could start a line there and they e-mailed me and said that they like my bubble dresses and that if my designs fit the criteria that I could start a line. I know I shouldn't get excited quite yet considering I don't know if I have it yet or not. However, if they turn me down, what should I do next? Design something to fit the bill of Macy's or contact somewhere else? Also, I'm not to sure what will happen with me and school. Will I have to leave early some days to go to meetings and such? Because I can not do that at all. Also, if Macy's wants my clo...
