Want to Switch Schools.

I am so frustrated because I hate my school beyond belief. The rules are ridiculous, the administration is always up your as*, & I'm having friend issues.
My mom won't allow me to switch, though, because of a bunch of reasons. I keep telling her how unhappy I am at this school, with these people, but she says I need to cope.
What should I do?

mass murderers

so in one of my classes i have to make a poster of a big event from the 1960s-1980s. i would like to do something like a mass murderer but the only people that i can really find anything about is ted bundy and charles manson. i wanna do someone that many people dont know about.
another topic i would like to do is like american gangsters; al capone was 1930s.
can anyone tell me someone that was just like al capone or any kind of gang massacres in the 1960s. or some other mass murderer deal. it would be a HUGE help.

Okay now I pretty much screwed up my G.P.A last year. So its a C average. My goal is to graduate with at least a 3.0. Is a 3.0 a good G.P.A??

I'm running for my class council for school. The class council coordinates prom and pep rally activities. I've been the secretary for three years and i need some cute campaign ideas to keep my office. We can't bake anything and we can only bring store-packaged items. I'm doing posters but i want to be unique and memorable. Any ideas?

Does anyone know if their are any schools of the arts like danceing, singing, acting but teaching all other corses like math n everything in Virginia? Im looking to go to this school full time. And possibley their website or info. on them. Oh, and any advice on convincing my mom to let me go to a school like that?

It first started one day when I went to my friend Matt's picture section on Myspace. Well...I was looking at a photo and I looked down at the comments... I saw my name mentioned it one...so I read it... apparently it was his sister or friend...I don't know. Well...she was saying all types of mean things about me. philosophy

im currently doing AS philosophy (in the UK), and i have two exams coming up in a month. In lessons, we dont write much, the teacher just talks and we discuss things. So, i havnt written many notes, everything i need to know is in a collection of textbooks.
The thing is though, i just cant read them all, it wont sink in. it doesnt go past my eyes, so what are some other ways for me to study? ive tried reading and highlighting...then making notes about the key points, but theres sooo much material to get through, it seems impossible, and i have four other subjects to be studying aswell. any help?

too tired to study

Whenever I try to read or study for school, I get so sleepy that my eyes have a hard time focusing on the words and I can barely stay awake. I used to think I was just sleepy to begin with so I'd try to take a nap and then get back to studying, but when I quit reading/studying I'm not sleepy anymore. Sure enough though, as soon as I try to start up again I get sleepy! I've tried drinking a caffienated soda while I studying; I always study sitting up, never lying down or anything, and I've always got plenty of light, but none of that seems to make any difference. Does anyone know why this happens or have any suggestions to fix it?

No Possible Way To Pass Algebra

Okay, so I turn in all my assignments and I pay attention in class and ask questions.
The lowest grade in my school is an E, the highest is an A.
I have an E in Algebra, even after I've tried! It seems after every time I try, I fail! Any ideas on what to do?
I gave up on this last year and the year before, but I don't want to do it again. I need help.
P.S I really don't want to sit alone in a room with my teacher either. o-o; I get super nervous a lot.

How To: Get More People to Show Up to Club Activities. (like planning prom)

So I'm on the executive board at my school, and we always have a bunch of people show up to meetings, but whenever we need to decorate the hallways during spirit week or decorate for homecoming, not very many people show up. What are good ways to increase club participation (without threatening to kick them out)

By law, you may remove and intruder from you house by all means necessary, what if that results in murder, (involuntary or voluntary manslaughter)would get fully punished or just punished if you even would get punished?
What if that results in Assault and battery, would you pay the fines, or the hospital bill? or what in this case? What does "all means" really imply and where does it cross the line? Why?
What if the man is drunk comes into your house and thinks it is his and that is his family he is defending? would he also get the fines and hospital bill (if there would be one,) or the murder sentence? (if there would be one?

I'm 15yrs old, female, sophomore in highschool. I'm turning 16 over the summer, and then starting Junior Year. And I want to pursue a career in art or dance. I have a great amount of natural talent in both of those areas. But I was wondering what my best options are?
I'm homeschooled right now, so from jr.-sr. year i could stay homeschooled, or go to a private school. (christian school) whats the best option? I took a break from taking dance classes for a year or two, is it too late to get back into dance? (before college, that is)
and what's the best way to reach my full potential in both these areas, before college? Becuase even though I posess natural talent, I know that nothing replaces proper instruction. help!

Teaching presentation.

Ok so for one of my classes i have to teach someone to do something. My problem is im a college that lives in a tiny dorm so i dont have much with me.
I was thinking i could mae something... maybe a simple non cook snak or craft?
But ive hit a road bock... any ideas?
I would have access to a kettle, maybe a blender...
and i have the usual craft stuff... glue, sisors, markers, pensils and some other stuff..
Any ideas of what i could tech my class to do?

Racist?

My friend's a Chinese and he's currently in Spain touring. He told me this:
"yesterday when i was gg back to collect my luggage before heading to the bus station, got this guy with 2 frens and his infant son started pointing at me, saying something, i just ignore and kept walking
then he approached me for cigarettes, i said dun have then quickly enter my hostel"
Also, he told me that while he was in Munich, he got stared at by some people as well.
Are they being racist? I don't really get what is going on here. Can someone maybe tell me why are they behaving like so? I'm a Chinese too and I'm not from Spain so I don't really understand what is going on.
