Well, i'm about 5'6 105. I know that i'm i guess.. "considered" thin, but i don't really believe it myself sometimes. I often feel fat and i always want to lose weight. I come up with different diets, like eating just salad (lettuce with fat free dressing.) I do like food sometimes, so i'll want to eat something and feel kinda bad about it. This has been happening since 5th grade and i'm now a junior in high school. When i was 10 or 11 i would eat hardly anything and i lost weight. I've been that way off and on since 5th grade. I feel like i'm never thin enough.

Miracle diet?

The reason this question is called "miracle diet?" Is because what Im about to as really might sound like Im asking for a miracle. I want ot lose 40 pounds by the start of April. Is there anyway I could do this without resorting to Anorexia (which is something I was [and still] considering.) Your help will be greatly appreciated.

F/15 LATE NIGHT EATER

i have a MAJOR problem! I want to lose weight but thats not going to happen if this continues! During the day i exercise regulary and try to eat healthy but when it comes 2-3 hours before bedtime i get MAJOR cravings for food and i usually give in! and its not just oh a slice of pepperoni NO its like a MEAL with chciken and this and that. and i go ALL OUT like RIGHT before i go to bed. how do i stop it?

Im hardly hungry anymore! Is this bad or good? I dont need to lose weight or anything, but I still eat because people will think I have an eating disorder. (I am very skinny)

I'm 15, 5"6' and i weigh 130 pounds. i'm all legs, if i put my hand right under my boob it reaches my a little bit past my hip. when i sit down i get rolls, like three of them. and i don't know if its because i have the smallest torso known to man kind or because im fat.

I'm 15 female and i'm 130 pounds. if you put my hand under my boob it reaches right to my hip a little bit past. so im all legs, is this a bad weight? because when i sit i get like three rolls on my tummy and its getting bigger and bigger..any way to help me lose weight and not spend money nor make my asthma get worse?

I'm 17 years old turning 18 this year and have about 23% body fat... yeah I know that's a lot... anyway, I used to be a swimmer for about 11 years and then I decided to do marching band... not much of an equivalent excersize system. Well i've been reading about whey protein and am wondering if I should invest my money in it. So far I know there are two types Isolate and concentrate and both are good except isolate is more expensive and higher quality whereas concentrate is cheaper but still good... what I'm looking for is something that will help me lose weight by filling up my stomach as well as fuel my muscles for when I weight train and what not... I'm not looking to be a humongous football player but more of a toned 8 pack type of guy h...

I just tried the Monster Energy drink yesterday and I loved it, so I asked my mom to get me it again today. She told me it's not a good idea to drink it. I thought it was harmless and I know it's not a good idea to drink it all at once in like 10 minutes.. but I want to know, what is bad about it? Are there any reasons not to drink it? What are your experiences with it? THANKS!

calorie rotations

ok i heard about this thing wehre you
change the
amount of calories you eat per day
example one day you eat less (not under 1500)
and another you eat more (not over 2000)
and shift
its said that it makes your metabolism fater because
it never gets used to what your going to eat

...
will this stuff actually work or is it

my usualy daily meals are for

breakfast 7;30 am- cereal (wheates or cheerios) maybe some fruit


lunch 12:45 am- sandwitch, fruits, carrots, some wheat thins or crackers


snack 3:30 pm (aferschool): wheat thins or some snack (no junk food)


dinner: depends? usually a meal


then before bed: sandwitch or small bowl of cereal



is this too much or just enough? i am trying to loose some lbs and mostly just be healthy. i dont eat junk food really and no candy for lent. i also run for 20 minutes a day. what else can i do or am i fine?

i read about this girl who was so skinny and she took these nutrition pills and now she has like the biggest butt and i want to know if u know the name of pills that do that and i also want an answer to this question. can someone get fatter if he or she is hiv positive for about 3 years or something please give in details. thank you

i am very athletic and basically a health freak when it comes to eating...i am also a vegetarian.
i have two questions..
#1 how much water is healthy to drink within certain time frame? lets say 6 hours or so..
#2 is the amount of water i drink too much and if it is how can it hurt me?
i drink 92 ounces of water within a 6 hour period and i drink 138 ounces within 12 hours.

Lunch

i've been trying to eat a healthy lunch to help lose some weight. This is what I ussauly bring.
~1 banana
~light yogurt
~ 1-2 pb&j sandwiches OR a small sub with
cheese, no fat mayo, and green olives
~fruit juice of some sort
~ and sometimes I'll buy a lil bag a pretzels

Am I right the right track to being healthier and skinnier? If not what should I fix.

i dont drink anysoft drinks
my current weight is 100lbs im 15 yrs old and
im 5'5 ***
i know im already skinny
and i dont need anyone else to point it out
i want to fix and work with what i have
i dont eat healty foods *i dont eat junk food or fast food much
but im hispanic and my mom is acustomed to cook greasy foods i eat dinner arounnd 7-8 i dont excersize daily maybe 2 times a week an hour and a half after dinner
*aerobics*
i skip breakfast and when i do eat in the morning i eat toast or a glass of milk .
im always russhing in the mornings
