I'm about 5'3" and i weigh 86 pounds. I am not anorexic or bullemic, I eat a lot and eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner everyday (unless i wake up late and miss breakfast) but I have a fast metabolism so it doesn't really do anything. I really want to be on the school gymnastics team but you have to be atleast 90-100 pounds. Does anybody have any helpful hints or advice that i could use to gain weight? Thanks so much!!

I don't think so.
not at all.
yet my parents are considering sending me to in-patient rehabilitation for anorexia.
any thoughts?

what are good and bad fats. fats i should be not wanting to eat alot of. i have no idea which ones are good, and if the bad ones can be good at times.

Hey. I am 13 years old, 165 ilbs.[ 5'0 ] I hate it. My mom signed me up for a local gym, to exercise. My DREAM is in the summer, to wear a bikini. I WOULD KILL. Alright, so if I start March 19, 2007. Lets see. I need a rotine.
Breakfast- What if i eat a banana or Special K? or a banana or an apple?
Then we have Break during school. - around 10:00. What can i bring? 100 calorie pack?
Lunch- I NEVER eat lunch during school. I never bring my lunch. our school lunch is discusting. We dont have a microwave or refrigerator. So, should what should i bring? What should i eat on the weekend?
Then, when i get home at 3:00 me and my mom go out to eat. She promised to change that. But I am...

What kind of foods can I eat,
to keep my skin clear?
I normally have pretty clear skin,
and dont get acne or pimpes,
maybe the occasional zit, but hardly ever.
But what foods are good for your skin,
and can make your face glow =)

Is there such a thing as being scared that you're too skinny? I don't want to say anything, although I bring it up to my mom sometimes, but I know if I said this my friends would flip out and say "what is wrong with you, why are you rubbing it in?" etc. Also, people always comment that I look skinnier than the last time they saw me!! and yes, I know it is a good thing but I see some girls who are just anorexic-looking and very unattractive in my eyes and I am afraid that I look like them.
I dance once a week for 4 hours, and I have swim practice every other day and meets on Fridays. I am very busy, although I don't play many sports, but I feel like I'm in OK shape. But I often just don't feel hungry and I eat when I...

yeah at sephora theres like those edible gummybears from borba and its supposed to be good for breakouts. i tried the samples 2 days in a row and they kinda worked.
Are they good for your skin?

i think that i'm pretty skinny, the problem is two things: my boobs and my hips. i think my hips are like a little bit too narrow to match the rest of my body, and i want to make them a little more narrow. my boobs are just big but what happends is that they grow wide, like they look bigger than they really are just because i need to like squish them more together..... the thing is i thought it was like a weight issue but i tried loosing weight and i have, but sometimes i feel really weak. i don't think i'm in need of loosing anymore weight. i've been feeling really weak and i was just wondering is there anything i can do about these two things, and avoid loosing too much weight or going on a diet. because sometimes i feel like i get really bloated too, water weight.... any ideas??

You know on every food there's this nutrition info on the back or side like fat, sugar calories, etc?
Can someone tell me what each thing in that list is, what it does to your body, and if I'm supposed to have a a large amount with that or small number of it? (Get a box of something so you'll know every word that it'll list)

im trying to loose weight, or just eat healthier. i gave up sweets for lent and i don't drink pop (when i do its diet but i never do) and i don't eat alot of junk food (basically none, not like chips and mcdonalds etc). i know fats are good, but what are they? i know theres saturated fats and unsaturated, which ones should i look out for?
