nose piercings ..

okay .. i dont really know where this would go .. but here's the background information .. january 19th was my dad's birthday. he would be 47 but he passed away when he was only 43. i was feeling very very down that day and was considering cutting .. but my friend was talkin about how when she's upset she pierces her ears instead of cutting. and i couldnt do my ear so i did my nose.
its how i took out my pain and grief i suppose.
okayy .. im not posting this so i can get the who "that was soo dumb" speeches. i see those all the time. i just want to know what's the important things to do with a newly pierced nose.
what i pierced it with is bigger than the earring thats in now .. will the skin gr...

teeth whiteners

is hydrogen peroxide(sp?) ok to use to whiten your teeth? and if so, how do you do it, whats the best way to put it on, how long to you keep it on, etc....
also, would it be better to use before or after baces come off(i obiously have braces)

hey i dont know if im in the right section for this but im really self conscious. Im 14 and I have wonky toes and toenails, skinny arms, too long arms, bony wrists, massive hands, hands that go bright red in the cold, wonky,bony fingers, wonky fingernails, very skinny neck, small head, fat nose, fat lips, downward slanting eyes and frizzy/wavy hair but the thing that bugs me the most is my legs.
they would be alright but my knees point inwards but the rest of my legs are normal. I am too ashamed to go swimming in a swimming costume or wear shorts or a skirt, i am too ashamed to take dance because of the costumes they wear. Is ther any way to possibly straighten them out like a brace or something or should i not worry about it. and w...

bumpy arms

I have all these little bumps on my upper arms and its very dry and ive tried putting lotion on it but the naxt day is just the same thing. how do i help make the bumps go away and have soft smooth skin?

okay so im not exactly sexually active, but ill have my clothes on, and sometimes during a moving my bf will like "touch" me... but like i had been tanning.. and got of course a little burnt cause i hadnt gone in a while. But okay... then i shave n stuff.. well i think i like cut my self.. And i itch ALLL the time at night... and after my bf will touch me.. i start to like hurt.. or it like burns kinda. What is it?? I was scared cause i know like crabs and scabies or whatever make you hecka itch.. but i dont have any of the other side effects... just that i itch. I dunno what to do. I put lotion and the next night im still itching... any ideas or anyone that can relate n tell me what they did that worked? greatly appreciated.

backround info: ive had my period for a little under the year. i did not expect my period for another 2 weeks, but i just got it. so here are my q's :s
1) is this normal?
2)how long should it last?
3)its lighter than m normal period, is that normal?
4)when will i get my next period; a month after this one, or two weeks from now when i was expecting it??

uhm .. ok .. i use to be able to wear tampons .. like all of the time .. and i dno .. now i can't .. and i really need to bkuz i'm so active .. so any girls out there wanna give me some advice .. its just not that comfortable .. and i don't see why all of a sudden its changed .. please help me!!

If I'm a female in my 20's, have never been sexually active, and don't plan to start for a while (just not interested right now and too many other things going on in my life), and haven't had any problems with my health or menstruation, do I need to see a ob-gyn? I'm busy with graduate school, so I'd like to just put it off, but I'm hearing more and more women my age talk about their ob-gyn appointments. I'm confused about whether ob-gyn care is necessary for women who aren't sexually active and have never been. I made a resolution to take care of my health this year and get to a physician for a physical, along with other doctor's appointments, but I don't know if a ob-gyn visit should also be on my list.

ok this is kind of embarassing but im usually not gassy really. but for the past 3 days its been nonstop and REALLY bad. if it was something i ate, shouldnt it have been gone by now? please help. what can i do, and what is it? is it from a certain food? is there anything i can do to prevent it or calm it down or anything? thanks so much.

Here's my deal. Im 16/F. Not and never been sexually active. Ive had an irregular period for about two years, but i'm not on it right now.
Today in the afternoon, the area around my vagina started to burn and itch. I get irritation real bad when i shave, which i did last night, so that could possibly be the explanation. When i got home i looked to see if everything was okay, and i had all this white stuff all over, but i dont think it was live candida yeast or whatever its called, it just looked like little peices of toilet paper, but, wet? That could be it too right?? Okay so then i realized it wasnt some sort of irritation from shaving becuase my inner lips (which unfortanetly are noticably larger than my outer lips) were red and ...
