My best friends in the world, Kayla & Bridget are always good to me. But lately, Bridget hasen't been. She hangs out with a lot of other girls who are mean, and doesn't act like her old self. I have no idea what's going on, and Kayla is away to New York for the WHOLE summer and i miss much [i live in virginia]

so last year i started out in a group of friends. these people included sydney, dani, me, leah, and candice. half way through the year, sydney found out that she was going to have to move to seattle over the summer. and she has been my very close friend ever since second grade. (last year i was in 6th grade). so leah started to kind of get on all of our nerves, especially sydney, because leah would always gossip about us behind our backs. we all kind of didn't talk to leah because of this, so leah stopped hanging out with us and spread rumors about us to everyone else. meanwhile, candice was starting to hang out with this girl named paige...sort of a lot! so now me and dani are thinking that we are going to be alone next year because sydney...

how do you know if that one friend is that one true "best friend" that will stick with you for life, thru all the bad and good times. i cant really explain what i mean by that one best friend but i think you might be able to get what i mean. thanks

Well there's this guy that I've known pretty much my whole life. He's my neighbor but we've never really been that great of friends. We both play tennis so I see him kind of a lot in the summer. The other day we were talking online and he said we should hang out more. He's gonna call me when he gets back from basketball camp. I really wanna hang out with him but thing is, I don't know him that well. I don't know what to talk about with him. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to talk about? How can I open up to him more? Thanks, any help will be appreciated! Oh and I'm 14/f

There is this guy that was my best friend last year. We always used to do stuff together and have fun but over the summer he got distant. At the beginning of the school year, it was fine. But then we stopped seeing each other for awhile becuase we weren't in any of the same classes. I always waved to him in the hall and sometimes he waved, others he gave me a dirty look and walked away. He has changed a lot, now he is very selfish and goes for girls by there looks. He is mean to mostly everyone and he changed so much. At the beginning of the year i had a crush on him and he understood but he wouldn't go out with me because i wasn't pretty enough. Now he won't even be my friend anymore. I miss him sooooo much how do i get him back? I'm sick of crying over him.

okay ive known these girls for a very long time but this year we started to be best friends. we always did stuff with each other and had sleepovers every weekend. but lately they both have been getting mad at each other and they both turn to me to either invite over without the other or for advice. i feel uncomfortable because i don't want to get in the middle and i want to keep both for friends. i want to be as close as we used to be. how do i make that happen? help!

look, theres this guy and i mean ive liked him a very long time and he really means a lot to me...i try to stop liking him because i know he messes around w/ these other girls that i dont like...that NO1 likes...but everytime im around him he puts me in this trap and like trys to find a way to hold my hand and stuff and its sweet...what does it mean? i mean we've discussed our liking each other b4 and he f'd things up last time so i told him to f off......but i know now that i really like him...again...and i dont know what to do...please help...

I have four really good friends. Well one of my best friends that ive known for a long time left this week for kansas where her family lived. And we have been planning a beach trip with the four of us and our families. Well the week everyone could go she couldnt. Well..my other 2 friends (theyre sisters) theyre dad is gonna be down there and they invited me. Well i didnt kno my friend was coming back the day before i was leaving. So she got mad at me becuz they didnt invite her but they invited me. Should i go and not worry about it or not go and make everyone happy?
PS this friend has done some stuff to me..like she left me out a couple of times..but im still godo friends with her becuz our families are too

I have had this really good firend for like seven years and we are like sisters. Ive noticed that she never really took a liking to guys and always wondered if she was lesbian or something. She told me just a few weeks ago that she was and that she was sexually attracted to me. I was really confused and disguisted. I dont wanna throw away a seven year friendship...but i dont want my best friend hitting on me.

ok so i liked this guy for a while and i had one class with him this year ..i could never get myself to talk to him at school..but we would alwaus talk on AIM ...well he now has a g/f thats like 19 and hes 15...so i tried to get over him but i cant... now one of my CLOSE friends likes him ...well everytime we talk about him she gets really sad (b/c she knows he has a g/f) ...idk most people say he just uses his g/f for sex ..but i feel really bad for my friend and i think i still like him..what should i do?

Me and my friend Jay have been very close friends since the 8th grade. We are Juniors in highschool now, and in the beginning of last year he became very attractive. I developed a crush on him, and recently it's become really intense. We've expressed some intress in one another, he used to like me at one point this year, and vice versa, but neither of us told eachother. (i found out from my friend). ok so my guy friend lives around the block. directly behind me. so i just hop the wall and go through his back yard and im at his house lol..well ive had feelings for him FOREVER. and last time we hung out...he later told me he thought about kissing me...when he said that i didnt want him to know i liked him cause i had a bf at the time so i was like um ew kyle..thats gross. but now we havent really hung out for a while..and i hope he still likes me. hes always busy hanging out with his friend..who happens to be a girl.he NEVER IMs me anymore, i always IM him now. whenever i ask him to hangout..he says umm...maybe. i might hangout with my friend..but ill let u know after i call her. he used to always ask me to hangout..ive already asked him...

my guy friend that i like a lot and he likes me back. the problem is that he got a girlfriend and i got a boyfriend(well had not anymore) but i know he likes me because he is always askin me to hang out and i think like i lost my chance because when he was single i didnt ask him out but it was only because i just meet him. do guyes think i lsot my chance. but he keeps telling me he dont care what his gf says bc what she doesnt noe wont hurt her. what should i do? i am confussed.

My friend and i have been best best friends since we were about 4 years old... same school, lives down the road, you know. then she left public school in 6th grade for private & i ended up going to the same private HS as her in 9th grade. since i knew only her there i just wound up hanging out w/ who she did (which were annoying, prissy, catty, gossipy, fake girls) and eventually she got tired of their crap, so she ditched them. but i still hung out w/ them so in the process she was ditching ME. so then i ditched them but not for her, i just needed to & i'm GLAD i did. but she STILL won't even talk to me. on the bus we used to sit & have nice long detailed talks and now she doesn't even ackowledge me at ALL accept when her "...

There's this one guy & him & I are pretty good friends. I like him as more than a friend & he feels the same way about me... i think. He told me he was considering asking me out. It didn't sound like a for-sure thing though. Basically, he didn't jus come out & admit his feelings, he said he doesn't know. I want him to ask me out but I'm not sure what to do. Also, he doesn't know I like him. Should I just come straight out and admit it?

im going to sleep over my friends house today..but the thing is i havent seen her in a yr and we were really friends b4 but weve been talking on the internet alot, the problem isnt lik im scared shes a creep its just that im scared it will be awkward! i can get really shy sometimes and the number 1 thing i hate is awkward silences!! is there any thing to do to make sure we'll both have fun???
p.s. i sweat alot too so is there anything i can do for that?
