my pores are like huge and i have no clue how to make them any smaller! on my nose i have these little brownish spots which i guess are my pores.
how do i get rid of them without having to buy some expensive face stuff?! thanks!

Ann (a coworker from an old job) was taking megadoses of the B Vitamins, and the fat soluble vitamins and gained a lot of weight. However, when she stopped taking them about four weeks later she lost all the weight she gained. WHY

ok so im trying to be a healthier person - not necessarily trying to lose weight but i wouldnt mind slimming down some. anyway im trying to follow the food pyramid (or maybe thats not a good way to go?). i havent been so strict about it because it seems like i dont eat enough meals to get in all the types of food im supposed to... i would eat more spaced out meals but on weekdays i cant. i leave for school at 7 so i eat at about 6:30, my lunch is at about 11, and i have practice after school and dont get home till around 5, and dinner is usually around 6 or 6:30.
so, for a typical days meal, is this good? sorry if its a lot to ask but if you happen to know a good meal plan for a typical day that would be great.

i took out my belly ring because the hole wasnt peirced right.. and i had it for 6 months and i had it out for about 6 months... i thought the hole would be closed by the spring so i can get it repeirced for the summer... however the hole is still there but i cant put a ring through.. can i get it repeirced? and if will the hole ever close!?!?

i am starting to chew gum more to keep me from eating and snacking on stuff i dont need to. is this good? all the gum i chew is like orbit or something like it, but its all suger free. is there anything bad about this new habit?

I started eating a little less and excersizing a little more. I still eat some junk food. I mean, I barely thought this diet thing would work. But now, since about a week or two ago, I have already lost 5.5 pounds. Is that too much? I guess I'm the kind of person that needs to eat alot. Should I eat more? Or is this too much? ...

I am currently trying to lose weight, I am 19, female, 157cm and about 100lbs, with a goal to lose about 5-10lbs for the sake of my health and fitness (and thighs, lol). Currently I jog up a steep hill for half an hour each morning as well as doing a lot of walking during the day, eat a healthy breakfast of wholegrain toast with lite cottage cheese, miso soup for lunch and a vege stir fry or similar vege dish for dinner. The only meat I eat is fish. I drink nothing but water and herbal tea, and have no desserts. However I am finding myself getting serious cravings for chocolate all the time and sometimes find it hard to resist the temptation to gorge! im 15 about to turn 16 in july and im only 95 lbs and im 5 foot 6 inches !! i wish i could gain weight but i burn my fatt that i eat off really fast!! so does any one have any suggestions on what to eat or do to gain weight?

what happens when you eat too many vitamin tablets in one day? i just ate 3 and i wanna eat another becuause they taste so good! lol its the childrens ones.. its kinda like the flinstones tablets but they are kinda bigger. it says to only eat 1 daily though.. what could the side effects be? idk..

Today my parents made me go to the doctor because I didn't eat for a week and a half. Everyone there kept asking me weird questions. I feel fine. I've felt fine. Yet they expected me to feel really sick and weak. No, I'm strong. What is not eating for a week and a half "supposed to do to you" anyway? Am I missing something?

So I want to eat more protein becaise I heard that it helps your hair grow faster. I also want to lose a few pounds before summer. I dont want a really strict diet; I just want to eat healthy foods. What are some good meals for breakfast? I really like eggs. So if you have ideas of meals that I could use eggs in. Also, I could use a list of foods high in protein.
When I exercise, I usually run/walk 1.5 miles. and bike 1 mile. Than I usually do some exercises with weights for my arms.
Is this good enough? I kind of want to get a toned body, not just stay in the shape I am. Im 14, 120 pounds, and 5 foot 3.

alright i play lacrosse, and after practice every day i always get really hungry... or at least i feel like i am. i usually dont have dinner until an hour or two after i get home. but i dont want to keep eating until im full right when i get home because then i cant eat my dinner... or i do and its a problem. i havent quite gotten down the whole snacking without having to be totally full thing yet. haha but are there any types of foods in particular that would be good to hold me over till dinner and that dont require much preparation? and how much should i eat for a snack sized portion of it? thanks

i hate my body, i absolutatly HATE it. im soo self conscious (sp) it's not even funny. i'm 13, 5'2 (or 5'3, i really dont know), and about 110 pounds.. yeah i know this might seem 'normal' to you but to me, its not. a lot of girls in my class and school are skinnier than me, even 8th and 9th graders! and get this, my friend's mom is so skinny, her and her mom share clothes and we're only in 7th grade. so yeah enough with the comparing, anyways i hate my stomach, i swear whenever i eat like a salad or something it grows throughout the day which makes me look fat and pregnant, which i hate. i seriously don't know what to do, since it grows throughout the day when i eat should i stop eating? or what do you suggest? i might go aneroxic or somet...

OK, well I have a really bad wind problem. I am a vegetarian and my main staple foods are things such as pasta, bread, cheese, most vegetables but not really beans or peas. I don't just break wind at certain times, its all the time. I try to hold it in but eventually I just have to let it go. It's really embarassing in public and I don't know how to stop it.
Does anyone know any foodstuffs that may help or anything that I should cut out of my diet. Please only answer if you're sure of your information, and if possible give web references so I can check as I don't want it to get worse.
