I don't have many friends because I'm reserved and not really social. I am way outgoing when people get to know me though. But because I am not outgoing around strangers, it's rare for people to notice and talk to me. I was wondering how you met some of your best friends? Any other suggestions on how I can make new friends besides joining clubs?

me and my best friend were hanging out the last couple of days because shes having issues with her boyfriend and ex boyfriend so i spent the night on monday and we tried to figure things out for her. on tuesday things only got worse i told her a couple days before i went to her house she could sleepover at mine on tuesday so after things got worse 30 minutes before my dad came to get me she was like im going to your house she went down stairs to tell her mom and her mom went crazy yelling and telling her that she had no respect for her moms rules or for her mom and it kinda freaked me out im not used to alot of yelling bc my parents are pretty laid back when we were leaving she was like i dont want you over here anymore but the thing is i d...

i met a girl who i started to become friends with and then i found out that i really hate her because she treated me like crap...then one of my best friends started becoming good friends with her but the person started treating her a lot nicer because my good friend is really popular at our school [we all go to the same school] part of the reason why i think my good friend is friends with her is because her parents are divorced so she has trouble geting places [movies,mall,etc] and the person's mom would drive them anywhere

Hey, my best friend wants to have a summer party, before school starts, and we have no idea where to have it. We can't have it at her house, she said it won't work. Hi, I'm trying to get rid of my my unsociable, indifferent, freshman reputation, and hopefully make some close friends this upcoming year. I would like to know some ways I might be able to change people's perception of me. I guess I come off as withdrawn and slightly angry, so this may come off as a difficult question for those of you "popular people", who are able to make friends easily. My main purpose is to make friends in order actually look forward to going to school in the morning... For your information, I am 15 and male.

errg. im so fuking pissed. my best friend abby is friends with this chick kenzee again and i hate kenzee and kenzee IMed me accusing me of stealing her dumb ass graphics and i didnt. then kenzee went on my sn and said something like "why am i on ur buddy list?" and i was like "u probably added urself" and then i thought - i remembered abby was hanging out with kenzee today. abby gave kenzee my password that bitch. lol so im just so pissed.

I'm really nervous bout starting highschool, especially the meeting new people part. I'm outgoing, but only when im with people that i know. How will i be able to make friends(and i dont mean join clubs and stuff, i mean like talking to ppl). Whats a good way to make conversation. Just please help me, or at least gimme some support. i was trying to get a group together to see a movie at the local cinema. im a girl & most of my friends are guys but my parents still want there to be some girls there with me because they dont always trust the guys. well i called up the few girl friends i do have & none of them will go. i get excuses even before i tell them what we're seeing. but thats besides the point, how do i get my parents to see that i can never get any girls to go?? i wanna see movies but i end up not being able to go b/c im the only girl! please help me!!

ok i have this really good friend(we will call her sue) who really likes this guy(we will call him joe) and has liked him for like 5 years and is seriously obsessed wiht him. but the problem is that i now like Joe and my other friends want me to go out with him but i dont want Sue to get mad at me. and i no for a fact that Sue would hate me for life for she wanted to kill this other girl that was going out with him for a while. Also my friends who want me to go out with Joe have been talking with him and they said that he said that i should not care what Sue thinks and i kind of have the feeling that He will never go out with sue anyway. advice on what i should do please? thanks. <3

im 13 and he guy i like is 16. we go to church together and met at church. we have known each other for almost 3 years . when we talk we flirt. he called me for 2 weeks and we almosted kissed twice. we dont talk very much though. he brought 2 girls to church 2 different times and then said sorry for the1st girl. he looks at me in church all the time and we have talkd about going out before but it never happened. he says he likes me and I tell him the same . I have been in a fight with my best friend for about a week and I have no idea what to do to make us friends again. The fight was over a really stupid reason. She used to have me change her myspace because she didn't know how to do the colors or anything. Well, I haven't really looked at it in a while since she wasn't allowed to go on it anymore. She claims about a month ago she went on and fixed it the way she liked and that I changed it. So she's being seriously retarded about it and won't forgive me. So what should I do? Don't say forget about her she's an idiot (I know she is already) because I don't want to end our friendship over this.
