Halloween/Birthday Party

okay i need yalls help. My friend is having a costume/birthday party on the 29th of October. I need some costume ideas...i'm 14 and im female. So nothing too trashy! Um i thought of being a paparazzi (or however its spelled) you know..the people who hound celebrities and take their pix. The only reason i thought of that is because I have a digital camera and it'd give me an excuse to take pix LOL. so if anyone has some costume ideas or how i could dress like a paparazzi plz help! thnkx a mil also..a few more things I am not looking to go out and spend alot of money...if possible i'd like to work with what i've got or if i must buy something i want it cheap. hair

OK my hair doesnt hold ANYTHING from curls to color. Is there any way that I can make my color last longer (its the most permanent thing out there and it washes out in 3 washes, maybe 4) and my hair goes gross from curls within like an hour and a half. If I straighten it, its only nice and striaght for 2 hours. Is there any way I can make these things last longer in my hair? THANKS!

Hair Color

I am 17 and a female. I am wanting to get blonde highlights. I tried the lemon juice out in the sun thing and it doesn't work on my light brown hair. I told my mom I want to go to a salon and get blonde highlights put in my hair. My mom is willing to let me get it done. Is highlights safe for the hair? Does is damage it or make hair fall out? Please let me know and if you can find any helpful sites on this please post it.

ok i have this dress and it fits like perfection but u can see my underwear though it..and if i wear like a g-string u can still see the lines..not really by my but but on the sides..does anyone no like anyway to fix this? thanks!! xoxo

Hazel eyes

I feel weird asking a fashion question...oh well.
Okay, so my eyes are hazel (greenish brownish most of the time, except when I cry and they turn tealish), and I tend to wear brown eyeshadow because it goes with everything (neutral). Unfortunately, that kind of makes my eyes look brown, too, and they're not. I'd like to find a color eyeshadow to wear that'll make my eyes look greener, and alternately one that will make them look bluer - they do change colors, but the majority of the color depends on what I'm wearing.
Eyeshadow colors, eyeliner colors...I don't wear mascara, so that's out.
Any ideas? I'm open to trying everything. =)
