I watched Donnie Darko for the first time today, and I had a hard time "getting" it. I read through various websites, and I'm still struggling. I feel so stupid asking this, but could somebody relay it back to me in layman's terms? I might just have to watch it again, but oh well...

my future has been scaring me.. Like to think in a couple years its going to be me.. on my own... I know where I want to be but I'm scared it wont work out and that my parents won't agree with what i want to be doing... Also, what if im not good enough to be what i want to be... Thats something that has always been a insecurity with me... Im scared i wont be good at something i love... i guess im scared that life wont be what i want it to be.... but in a way i think im prepared to do anything to reach my dreams but what am I supose to do... Take the safe route and forget about what i love or see where life will take me...

Song Suggestions?

I am pretty actively involved in musical theater and have an audition coming up soon! For my audition, I need 2 sing a song, but the problem is, I am having trouble finding a good song 4 my voice. Does any1 have any song suggestions for an alto girl? (Broadway or Disney songs are preferred most by the directors, but I'm willing 4 other suggestions 2!) Thanks all!!

well im a huge goof, i love to make people laugh and i always act well different. but latley people have been changing and my friends who were like me are changing, should i do the same as them and act more mature? i mean i love to make people smile so i jsut dont kno what to do

I would like all Days of Our lives fans opinions on this-
they changed the person who plays Belle Black yesterday without warning.
I think that they should have left Kirstin Storms playing her and they could have at least given some notice.
I know this isnt an important question to many but it is to me so give me your opinion!

not getting in any productions

i am, well, you could say a Drama Geek. lol. i have not missed even ONE audition for any school or community plays since i started my freshman year (i am finishing my junior year right now). there for a while i kept getting chorus or extra, which was fine to start with, but when i decided i wanted bigger parts, last summer, i was not put in any production for about year now!!! i try out and try out, but never even get a part! is there anythign i can od to improve my skill and/or have a better audition?

Hey, I'm 13 and am having a slight problem. I started dancing when I basically stared to walk. I have been part of the "gifted singers" program for a while, I write poems and short stories, paint, and have gotten leading roles in many theater productions. I have no idea where to invest most of my energy! What path should I choose? ~insanity_will_dominate

camp

I have been told that I am a very gifted actress, and my drama teacher said that I should get into theatre camp, but I live with my dad, and money is tight. I really want to go to theatre camp, but all the places I looked at are day camps that cost way too much money. (my dad has a tough job and cant drive me to and from camp so it would have to be an overnight camp) any ideas what I should do?

i got cast as puck

I Was cast as puck in act five for the school play. I really hate that part. I really want to be in the school play but I really don't want to be puck, especially in act five. I don't understand why they cast me as puck since I'm a girl and auditioned for Titania and the lovers. What should I do?

Romeo and Juliet

I am Juliet. My Romeo is gay. At the end of the play there's a kissing scene. So as not to offend his homosexuality I need to learn how to fake kiss. Any ideas?

I can sing, dance, model, and act (and much more, not to brag) and i've been dancing and singing all my life and i modeled when i was little and i've done litteraly 28 musicals/plays. And I think it's time to move on. And when i saw Peter Pan, Pirates of the Carribean, and Haunted Mansion...that's when I decided that I wanted to become a REAL actress...A Movie Star! But how do I get there? You see the problem is that I don't live in Califonia which is the hottest spot if your looking for Stardom. I live in stupid old CO. So, how can I get my taste of fame? I've looked for months on the Internet trying to find auditions for young teens, but so far nothing! 1) What should I do?
