15/f. i'm going out to breakfast tomorrow and i need to know what would be something healthy to order? would something like scrambelled eggs with wheat toast be healthy? and normally it comes with hash browns which i know are really unhealthy. so what is something i can substitute for the hash browns to take away the temptation of eathing them? thanks!

i hav dirty blond-well brownishh hair and greenish blue eyes...
i was wonderin what kind of makeup i should wear cuz ive been expieramenting and i cant find any i like. oh yeah i dont have fair or tan skin but somewhere in the middle.
got any ideas??

I have decent muscle tone but I think I could use a bit of fat loss. I know you can't really go by numbers and it's better to just go by if you like the way you look (and you're healthy of course), so my guess is if I lost around 5-10 pounds I'd be happy. I'm 15 years old, 5'3" and about 128 lbs right now. I don't want to totally change my life but hopefully I can make do with some changes to help me lose my gut, haha.
I know it is better to eat more small meals than 3 regular sized meals. On weekdays it could be difficult to do this - what I think I can do is eat breakfast at around 6:30 AM. I then have lunch at school from 10:45-11:15 AM. When my school ends at 2:20 I have 20 minutes to get ready for my sports pract...

Long story short--My mom and I are moving into an apartment, just the two of us. She wants me to make a list of foods that I want from the grocery store. Well, I want to start eating healthier than I do now (all my step dad would buy was fatty snacks and greasy foods).
So my question is.. What are some really good healthy snacks and meals and are organic foods good?

my period just came and it was about a little less than 1/2 months late. i totally changed my eating style from everything and anything to a healthy daily 5 small meals a day. its really light, like i dont know whats wrong with ym period bc it was so heavy before. did my eating affect it?

I have been having the No Sugar red bulls....it says one drink is only 10 cal and there is no sugar,carbs or anything eles in the drink....will this drink make me gain weight or is it a smart drink if i need energy and i need to cut back on my weight a bit?

I have some pretty bad acne that i've had for a while now. It can be covered with makeup, but I still want to get rid of it. I've been to the dermatologist and taken pills, used creams, gels, etc. Nothing seems to work.
I read online that taking 2 green tea extract pills will clear acne? and also boost metabolism too? I don't care about the metabolism, I eat healthy and work out. But does it clear skin? And will this benefit or harm my inner body? Thanks!

hey yall im 16 yrs old im 5 foot 6 inches and im only 95 lbs and its all from a very high metabolism whixh is goood but i get a lot of coments about lookin a lil sick sometimes !! is there a safe way to gain weight ? but not get fatty lookin just decent?

I don't understand why it's "dangerous to only eat 500 calories or less per day. I've been doing it for a long time and I feel fine. Like today for instance, I had a small bowl of cheerios with almond milk for breakfast, romaine lettuce salad with Italian dressing for lunch, Jamba Juice, and then sushi for dinner. All in all, I had about 500 calories today. I feel fine and I ate 3 meals anyway. So what's so "dangerous" about it?

how can you speed up your metablism? and i have a question about those vitamin waters...
do they really contain all the vitamins they say they do? because i drink all of them or at least 3 of those a day. and they are expensive and i was wondering if they really work.

i was thinking....hmmm...since the brand of gum i chew only has like 5 or less calories in it and actually chewing the gum is a relatively physical action, do i burn the calories of the gum by actually chewing it???
