How do i cover up for acting wierd around her

Ive been acting wierd around this girl i like,that she thinks im wierd,i do something stupid like runaway and promise to call but never do so,i only text her but she never acknowledges them,i love her but how do i cover up for this mess,she thinks im a chicken maybe

im a freshman girl there is this junior boy in my art class! he is from sweden(he speaks english well though)!!!!!! i really like him but ive only talked to him 5 times i would talk to him more but hes so intimidating! that and he sits on the other side of the room so he is looking at the back of my head and i cant see him at all ! he only here till the end of the year! i really want something to happen but im to scared to talk to him or hes bussy listening to music etc! i dk if he stares at me but every time i smile he eather just looks at me ignores me or smi-smiles he accepted my facebook request but he doesnt get on that much :( what should i doooo!

What does it mean when a girl gives you a nickname?

I like this girl. We have been friends for two years now and we are in 12th grade. I dont know if she likes me or not. My name is Josh, but she recently started calling me Jojo. Its kind of irritating to me, but nicknames are supposed to be affectionate expressions.
I told her I dont like it when she calls me that but she says she likes calling me that, and I like her, so I just let her do it. Would a girl give a guy that she liked a nickname? And if not why give me a nickname at all?
I dont get it. Any advice?

Im a 24 yr old female and ive worked for a security company for 7 months now. my boss is a 28 yr old male. Since ive started, my co workers tell me that im the only one he talks to about non work related things. I'm 15, and the guy I like is a year younger. We started talking on Facebook, and he asked for my number. He always texts me but when ever he has a chance to talk to me in person he doesn't. We walk past in the halls if I'm not looking at him he will stare at me, but if I Am looking he will have his head down. He says he likes me but he likes the single life, he likes hookups better than relationships. He said he would ask me out but hockey takes up to much of his time. Hello, I want to start something at the school I work at for girls. Basically, I plan to start a club that is designed to encourage healthy attitudes and lifestyles that will enable early adolescent girls to develop to their full potential.
What are some activities that fourth grade girls would enjoy?
I already have a pajama party planned, art club, how to dress up, etc.

Hi!
My problem at school is that I'm not a well liked person. I don't know why. All of my class mates are weird, and get lower grades than me. Most of them don't care when they get in trouble or get bad grades in school. Also, none of the girls like me. I'm 13/m and I'm so unpopular and I want to at least be liked by all of my class mates,and I go to a catholic school, and it's not really easier making friends there and I've actually been there since i was 5 and my friends ditched me. Help!

There has been this guy that I've seen him everywhere i go.. Right now he's a junior while I'm a freshman. The first time i saw him was a picture on facebook i only thought he was cute. Then a couple months later i saw him at my gym. He looked me right in the eyes and i melted. After a while he stopped going to the gym so i started to get over him; until i saw him a the mall and he kept staring at me. After that high school started for me and i didn't know he went to my school until i saw him in my lunch wave. He was only a couple tables away from me and he would always be staring at me. My Best friend and I are doing a scavenger hunt for our boyfriend's who are also best friends, we need help on really cute clues we want to start it off by putting a clue in a balloon then them having to pop them, one in their truck, one in the kitchen on their favorite candy, another in his room, and the last one to be about going in his pasture to.see his horse, and us holding a sign that says "cowboys take us away to sadie" we just need help with the clues can you help(:?

Hi ... I am working in MNC and their is 4 member in our team I am the Team Lead their my three members is not capable that enough as company wants. now my manager want to promote from two member out of four in our team so I am confused I am sure that I am one of them and my manager ask me to recommend one name, so which name I should give I don't want to give any name because they are not capable for the work. so should I give a name to my manager or should I not?

Missing Teeth

I'm 13 and I have my eye teeth missing due to removal and there's two big gaps where they should grow in. Does it make me unattractive to girls? I also have braces, and my smile looks stupid. Any help appreciated!

I'm M/16. There's a gal I like in school. I like her for many reasons and I just can't explain everything. My Junior class was having a candy-gram thingy. So I sent her one. She hugged me & said thanks. I thought that by now it would be obvious that I like her. But I don't see anything, I want to be able to talk to her and stuff. I don't even think the shyness is the issue. I think its because I don't know what to say, I have no experience and I don't want to say something that I shouldn't. Example: I was thinking of asking her if she was straight or not, but then I thought that's too much to ask, I would look desperate and rude. I'm like stuck. I need to know if she likes me or not and if she has any interest at all. I'm starting to think she doesn't. 8(

Ok...I decided to accompany my daughter and her father to a mini-christmas vacation and so we were about to eat dinner (reminder: with my ex). So I tell him "Are you happy we are here!" and his response is "Well, I am paying for it" with a certain attitude. I gave him 250.00 from his child support to help "US" with the trip expenses. I got upset and told him I would pay the 40.00 bill for the dinner. I did tell him those types of comments were totally uncalled for. He was amazingly upset saying I had twisted all his words around. It completely reminded me why I got a divorce in the first place, but I want to understand and get another man's perspective or woman's....did I over react...was my reaction uncal...

Getting a Boyfriend

I am 17/female. I have only had one serious boyfriend and we lasted 3 months. I am a senior in highschool and we dated my sophmore year. We didn't do anything sexual so i am quite unexperienced. I kind of want a boyfriend now but i haven't really gotten close to having another one. Most people find me unattractive i would assume and i dont blame them. I want to loose my virginity and experiment as well as have a relationship i have had guys tell me if i want to sleep with them i can, but i dont want to just show up and say "lets fuck" that seems rediculous to me. My General Manager called me on my off day and told me that she didn't want to let me go, but John (our area director at that time) told her she had too, because I supposively got two costumer complaints in one week. I'm a 21 girl and I have developed a thing for my coworker. We work in the same area of the store and we often talk in passing or share little comments and jokes. We share common interests and he has even told me that himself. I don't know if he is just being a nice and making friendly chat or if he has any interest. After the holiday I'm moving to another section of the store and I won't see him as much, so lately I've come close to asking him to hang out outside of work. I fear rejection and making our relationship awkward. Should I just ask, wait for him, or just do nothing? Any suggestions?
