I love to fight, I love the adreniline rush and the pain thrills me, so heres the deal, Onn my hockey team we do these things called cage boxing matches which is basicly just boxing. The thing is, everyone on my team is pretty much afraid to face me. I even agreed to one where the kid could use a knife but he wussed out. so any ideas on how i can convince people to face me?

Okay so I swim on a team and every time I do breast stroke kick I get this weird and incredibly awkward/slightly painful crampy that like starts in my toes and shoots up my leg. Why does it do this, how can I prevent it and/or make it go away???

okay so i would like to buy a punching bag.
does anyone know any cheap ones that i can get?
and
i cant hang it from the celing so i would need either one with a stand or a free standing one.
and also what would i fill the bag with cause some have just bags that you have to fill yourself.

ok. so, school started for us thursday, august 10. my classes are great, and i have atleast one friend in each class. in p.e., i have several friends, but atleast half of them are really good runners. every year, we do this fitness thing where we have to do sit-ups, stretching, etc. we also have to do a mile run. this bothers me a lot, because i'm not really a good runner, and i feel bad because my friends are really athletic, and i wanna atleast be behind them in the mile run, not somewhere near the end. i know i can focus myself to not stopping and stuff, and that i can probably take the pain, but i have troubles with the breathing. how are you supposed to breathe while running so you won't get too tired or any of that stuff?

Is running really some kinda of mind game too?
I mean like, if you tell yourself YOU CAN DO IT, can you really ? Even when you feel like quitting and like your body and legs are going to give way?
This may be a stupid question
but i'm preparing for school to start,
and how emarassed i'm going to be if
i finish last in a half mile run thing.
I mean I've never finished last before,
but I get so nervous about things like this.

Hiya!. I made an suggestion at cheerleading that each girl should come up with 3 sidelines for the following practice since we dotn have a lot.. my question is. does anyone have any realy cute ones?. I have some. btu i want to have some diffrent ones.

Ok I am 14 and I have been playing wheelchair basketball for 6 years and this would be my 7th year which means I am the leader on my team with the most years and today is our first pratice but I really don't feel like I have the mind to go and play it seems kinda boring to me but I really wanna play

I'm 15 and just signed up for soccer this year. We have been conditioning most of this month and now we are conditioning from 8-10 in the morning then having practices from 3-5 in the day. I'm not in good shape and conditioning is killing me. Its hard running long distances and keeping up with the team, I even threw up today. I'm not big, I only weigh about 115 (5'4). I need advice on how I can do better at conditioning and not get as tired. And, would "creotine" (the powder you mix with drinks to give you energy) help me?

i tryed out for company at my studio which is a BIG deal!! and i didnt make it. i am okay with that but my problem is that all my friends made it. thats mean i wont be in any of there classes and i wont get to really see them(most go to differnet schools and/or are in differnet grades.) and next year for dance i am afraid that i will be put in a class with people i dont know or with people that are younger than me. and that would be really weird. also want if i get put into a class and that class doesnt get picked for opening and finale(another big deal.) so really im wondering wat the chances are of this and if i should be more woried than i am right now. and also if i should disscuse this with my teachers?(dance teachers that is.) thanks anyways.

Ok I'm going into Highschool and the highschool im going into says that if you do a sport than you don't have to take gym. So I have the choice of track. And i really want to start running on track but im afraid of what rumors i heard like "running is bad for dancers ( i take dance every week. and i've been dancing like forever and i don't want to give it up.)
Are those rumors true?
Is running really bad for dancers?

well the school year is about to start up and so that also means that sports are too! i'm gonna be a sophmore and i play volleyball and i'm really excited and nervous about tryouts. is there any kind of things i can do before try outs to kind of calm myself down and give myself reassurance talks that i know i can do it and stuff. because i'm so scared that i'm almost set on that i'll be on a lower team than my friends. i think i really need a selfconfidence boost but i'm scared of having one and then not making the team. HELP! haha thanks!

i've been training for cross country for my school and one day ill be able to run like 3 miles with no problem and then the next day i wont even get half a mile before cramping like mad which then i have to stop. like today. i had to quit running and totally sit so i would feel better. i cramp in my sides. both. any ideas on what to do to stop me from cramping. would it help if i didnt eat before i ran?

Hey. Well, volleyball tryouts are on the 15th-18th of August, and I am really nervous. There are girls that are going to be trying out who are really good and talented, but this is the first time of me really playing it. Do any of you guys have any tips on how to ease down and become less nervous, and on what to focus on if I want to make the team. Thanks.
