It's sad, but it's the second real week of school and I already feel inadequate. I'm a junior and in 3 AP classes: Chemistry, European History, and English, as well as Honors Pre-Calc and Honors Italian 4. I'm okay in the Honors classes, and this isn't the first time I've taken an AP class -- I took AP US History last year. I just feel like in the AP classes, I'm not doing that well. I'm guessing I'm just worrying, but I just don't feel smart. I got straight A's last year, and now it's all mid-B's.
English is worrying me the most. It makes me feel like crap that I work pretty hard and I only get 85's. I know, it's an AP class and I'm probably lucky to get that grade even if I did work really hard. It just makes me feel bad b...

Online articles.

Can anyone find me online magazine articles (credible ones) that exceed 5 pages in length? I'll take as many as possible on just about any subject, but psychology is my passion so if anyone finds anything about that, that'd be great! I know what websites to go to, but I can't quite find any that are long enough.. Oh, also, they should be from this past year.

how to memorize polyatomic ions and charges

So this year I'm taking honors chemistry and the first test is on all the polyatomic ions, their symbols and charges.
We have a list of them and I'm having a tough time memorizing them...With no real remembrance of the periodic table is there any pattern to their symbols/charges?
I tried googling it but it didn't help at all

I just started high school and I'm trying to figure out what classes to take for my future. The problem is that I don't even know what I want to be when I grow up. I mean, how do they expect a 14 to 15 year old to decide what they want to be for the rest of their lives? We're so young! My school and parents put so much pressure on me to know what I'm going to become later in life. I feel like I'm running out of time to choose what I want to do and it's really frustrating. They want me to choose specific classes to help me accomplish my "dream job" but...I have no idea what I want to do! How do I decide?

Best ways to handle bullies

I am being picked on at school about some stupid things and it's getting on my nerves. This one dude keeps picking on me badly, calling me names and lying about things I've "done" in the past. It's really annoying and I'm getting fed up with it already. How do I deal with a bully? He genuinely seems to hate me and I didn't do ANYTHING to this guy! I have tried being nice, I have tried completely ignoring the situation, and now I feel like I'm at the end of the rope. Should I tell my teacher or principal? Should I get my parents involved? It's really going to extremes in some of the things he's said about me...and the whole school is believing him! HELP!

Magazine Articles

I have to do these article analysis things for my AP english class. Basically, we have to get articles from a magazine (at least 5 pages long) and point out certain parts of it and follow this worksheet we get. Problem is, I can't ever find articles long enough, or ones that aren't locked on the internet (that you have to buy). I really like Scientific Mind, but all of their articles are too short. Any idea of where I can get long articles on the computer (at least 5 pages)?

Question about the book "The Hunger Games" by Suzanne Collins

Is Suzanne Collins successful with making comments about our society and our appetite for media coverage in "The Hunger Games"? Please explain, and give me atleast 3 good reasons why or why not. I read the book, its for summer reading, and its a really good book IMO, but I really have no idea how to answer that question. I didn't notice the underlying themes in the book with relation to the question.
Please give examples (quotes, paragraphs, page numbers, and/or etc) from the book that like support what you say. Junior Year Stresses?

As a junior, I am facing a lot of stress. Along with a 5-6 AP classes, I'm in debate and a ton of volunteer organizations and honor societies. The extracurriculars are not that time-consuming other than debate, but I've been somewhat gloomy these days. I've heard a lot of horror stories about how Junior year is the most important year of high school and how one particular AP class is very hard to Ace. Competition also bothers me too, considering I have a decent GPA (5.5/6.0...equivalent to a 3.8 or a 3.9/4.0 GPA), but I always seem to feel incompetent. I've seen so many other people in my class that juggle with more AP's and more extracurriculars (with officer positions in them) and still manage to make all A's and in the top of their class...

Senior-Driving to School-Stubborn Parents

I'm going into my senior year and I got my license in June, so I've been driving a lot over the summer. I have a car (well, technically, it's not my car it's "my parents' for me to use." I've been taking the bus every year of high school. I've honestly never known any seniors who took the bus to school, actually I knew one but she didn't have a car or people she could go with. I really really wanna drive myself to school senior year. I told my parents I would pay for all of the gas and they said no and that I would have to take the bus. I'm so freakin sick of the bus and I hate the fact that all my friends are gonna be driving to school and I'm gonna be the only idiot senior taking the bus when I HAVE A FREAKIN CAR. Kind Of Stressed About Senior Year

So, I'm going into my senior year in less than two weeks. All summer, I thought, it's senior year, I don't give a crap about my classes and who I'm friends with and hang out with. But now, since it's starting soon and schedules just came, I'm getting a little anxious about that stuff and I'm actually caring. Also, I feel like if I don't have classes with some of friends I'm gonna grow apart from them. Uggh, I always feel like that little bit of time right before school starts is kind of stressful, why is that? Anyone else feel this way? Senior year is supposed to be somewhat carefree

fundraiser?

I have recently been elected as Treasure in my school's theather club. We have a state competition in the end on October and I have been assigned the task to raise $600 in a month. Doesn't seem too difficult right??
Well my school board has recently created and established the "wellness policy" which basically says that the school will not put its name on anything envolving the selling of unheathy foods (I wish they would look at their own cafertia food.. but that is a different story.)
But because we can't just sell candy.. we need an AMAZING idea..
Any thoughts?

ok, i'm 17 and going to be a senior in high school, as anyone whos been my age and in my situation knows its the most stressful time, haha. i'm trying to pick out colleges, worry about affording college, deal with saying goodbye to friends who are leaving for college along with saying goodbye to my boyfriend of almost a year whos going to college 3 hours away.
I just feel like everything is completly out of my control. like, alot of my friends are leaving, my boyfriends leaving, my parents are constantly on me about college and work and everything and i just feel completly alone. i dont know what to do to make it better. i just feel like my life spinning out of control and i cant get back into control of it. any help i would seriously really appreciate.. thanks guys :/
