and like, i'm not confused about it .. do you physically fight people?

I had volleyball try-outs for 8 hours, and my legs are so sore fromdoing conditioning that I can hardly move. The problem is, I have more try-outs on Monday. Any tips to recover beforehand? I am so sore, and I desperately need to get better.

Ok well school is about to start and of course there are gonna be cheerleading tryouts. I`m perfect for cheerleading but there is a little problem. I don`t know how to do cartwheels at all! I know I`m not gonna pass the tryouts unless I know how to do some moves with cartwheels in them.
Well, what I`m asking is does anyone know any tricks to help me keep my balance and help me do a cartwheel. A site with some techniques will be great. Thanks

ok im a cheerleader and im learnign some of my routine right now and i thought i was doing pretty good and some girls on my team said im doing wicked good too but then i was talking to one of my guy friends who is friends with the guy i like they both do football and then my guy friend i was on the phone with him hes like no affence but you kind of suck. and idk im wondering if i do. i dont want my crush to think that since hes like the best football player on the team.
what are some tips and ideas to make me a better cheerleader and to get a little skinnyer.
Ill rate really high. and give your colums to my friends.

alright i am 14/ female and i am going to be a freash man this year, so since for the past like for ever i have been playin tackle foot ball on the teams with all the male class mates of mine i figured id try freshman foot ball, so i did, but today i just coulndt do it, our skool is very competive in the foot ball department and all, and even my own aunt and unkle think i shouldnt play cuz im gurl, and i must admit i was pretty good too , but today i quit because im sick of being th eonly girl and i wasnt having any fun, but then all day i have been crying because i REALLLY love the game, and i dont want the people who did support me to go to thinking that gurls cant play and then they next gurl could have it even harder then me, idk, well...

but..i don't know. sometimes i enjoy it & other times i'm not so sure. my parents will be disappointed if i don't pursue varsity swimming at my school. but, idk if i want to. i enjoy it sometimes, but ither times i hate it. it's so boring & kinda hard. idk how to explain it. i just don't enjoy it too much. :(
please help asap!!!

ok so im in the colorguard at my highschool for the marching band. and my friend sally is in the marching band. well sally made a friend named..uhmm...jake.there really close. well i saw his pic on myspace.. and i fell in love. i relly like him. and i have liked him for over a month. he went to summer camp and just came back. so i couldnt talk to him during camp. well, now since hes back he doesnt think that i like him anymore (my friend told him that i liked him and hes coo land wants to get to know me) well hes like ooh she doesnt talk to me i doubt she stil llikes me. but i do. i even tell him but like well my friend does for me cuz for som reason i cant. its really annoying to me and him. its just that when i talk to him i freak out. li...

Hello,
I am a cheerleader for my school. I started out as a back-spot but they than placed me as a flyer, i was doing a heal kick in the air for the first time. When i came down i landed on the floor, they didnt ceach me. and I ended up spraining my ankle really bad. So now that i am recovered from my accadent they havent put me back in the air. I know my mom was a kinda pissed, well really pissed, so she called the coach and all. and i dont want to say something because I dont know what she all said. and when i ask her she doesnt tell me anything.... but i really really loved being in the air, and i was really good. what am i going to do??

How many of you guys can lift 140 pounds? With out much difficulty. I ask because I weigh 140 pounds and I am affraid I am too fat to have a dance partner. Especially scince I am only 5ft 4in!!!!!!!!!

I'm 13 and jsut starting cheerleading this year and I was wondering: What type of clothing is good for cheerleading practice? I know definitely soffe shorts, and I also have nike sneakers. What are good brands or types of tank tops/ t-shirts are good for practice but aren't extremely expensive. Also if you have any other kinds of shorts that would help too. THanks!

Stomach Cramps when running Posted Friday August 18 2006, 6:40 pm
I am in cross country and we have been running 4 days now. I do stretch my legs very well. But, in my lower stomach all 4 days i have a HORRIBLE stomach cramp i can't control. Is there any certain stretches i can do to prevent this?? or just something to help !!! Thanks in advance

I have volleyball try-outs in roughly a week, and I would appreciate any advice on how to do well at them. What should I eat, what should I do beforehand, when should I sleep, and any advice fromother volleyballplayers would be greatly appreciated.

ok. i am so VERY shy!! and i hate it. well most of the times. i mean sometimes i dont mind being shy but other times i hate it!!! so how can i like not become shy1!?!?!?!?!like for my sport that i do EVERYONE is so loud and stuff and im like not. so i feel left out. and im not very outgoing like how do i become more of that tooo? lol i dont know if you can change that... but i was just wondering.

For some reason, I find that running on the treadmill is much easier than running outside, like on an actual track.
For example, I can run for over 30 minutes nonstop on the treadmill, but I can only run for less than 15 on the track.
Anyone know why the treadmill is easier than running on the track?
