should I allow my younger daughter to visit her incarcerated sister?

her older sister who is 22, is in jail for a year for fraud related charges. I wonder If I should take my other daughter who is 17, to visit her, but I am not sure I want her to be in a prison environment. I also hear it is a hassle to get in and you don't even get much time to even speak. Also seeing her sister in jail may also be a bad influence or image. Also, I don't want to give the younger daughter the idea we are encouraging or enabling her sister. If I do allow her what should I say to her beforehand?

I am twelve years old in January and have a hard life (thank you government.) I try hard to please my parents and do what they ask, make straight A's, never get sick, never call home, never make noise, ect. My dad wastes himself, then gets up and fights with my mom. He throws trash on the ground then yells in my and moms faces to pic it up. He constantly is calling me stupid, a pig, and saying I need to 'pull my head out of my ass' and cusses at me. He acts like he hates me. Last year he and my mom fought and he was beating her and after that he called her a bitch and I said no shes not. My step sister is getting out of control. She threatens to kill me, she hits me every day, she breaks my things, she curses at me, everything! Everytime I'm sick she just hits me and laughs! And everytime I have friends over she comes in and says all these horrible things about me! I can't take it anymore!!!
She's turning 15 in a few months. She has severe ADHD. And everyday when I'm using MY headphones or MY chargers, she comes in and takes them!!!!! Every time I push her she just gets more and more violent! Plus, she steals my stuff! My mom says "I start it". Omg What do I do?! I'm about to just die or something before she trys to do something to me!

Its been nearly 6 weeks since I was told that I was not to be in my daughters and granddaughters lives. The reason being my granddaughter was having 5 tantrums a day.This started as when my daughter got with this guy she pushed everything and everyone aside even her training They couldn't keep their hands off each other not considering other people around them. She had gastric banding done has lost 50kgs and was gettting fit but this has been pushed aside. The little one needed to go to vic to her fathers wedding, this where the problem started. Hi! So I checked my mom's email because I needed to confirm something I couldn't do on my email (She doesn't care if I go on her email) and I saw this email...
It said something about a Child Development Counseler.. I looked up what it was and it said something about "Help your child's behaviour!!" ?!?!!!! I mean, they HATE me so I rarely even talk to them. The email was sent yesterday.. Do you think this email was sent automatically to random emails or she subscribed to this?!
They say "I give them a hard time". I NEVER talk to them!! Omg please help!

13/f So I decided to ignore the texts like someone suggested but then things started getting more heated like late night calls and going over. I think she's still up to something. like I said before in my previous question that I snooped around even though I wasn't suppose to but I was worried. I know I may lose my mom's trust but I had to. well, it used to be pretty OK with me and my mum. but lately, maybe in the past month we've been fighting like every 2 or so afternoons. and it gets really bad, like she calls me a b****, then i call her a b**** then she calls me nasty then so on...
i must seem horrible to her when were in the fight, but actually after, i think to myself that im wrong and that i am everything what my mum told me i am

Hi :)... well ive been adopted since i was a baby and my birth mom was a druggie and i guess my dad was never in the picture but i do live with my biological half sister but she has a lot of problems herself and theres also with 7 other adopted kids in this family and i love them all a lot and am very blessed but i also know tht we have other sblings somewhere else. not only do i think about it a lot but whenever im down i always think about why i have to be where i am and why my birthmother couldnt have changed for me and it really hurts me. it would really help me to find out a lot more about my birthmom and my other siblings and maybe even meet them. but idk how to bring this up with my adoptive parents i am now 15 and i feel like i dese...

my 22 year old daughter is incarcerated for a year for fraud charges. I am unable to have much sympathy for her about this because she committed a crime even though I never told her it was OK to participate in illegal activities, wasted her education (which was as good as anyone could hope for( , set a bad example for her younger sister, and this is her punishment and maybe it will be a good learning experience and toughen her up.
I wonder if I should visit her. I hear it may take a month to get visits. Is visiting also something that should be encouraged or is it seen as too enabling or encouraging to the person inside. I don't want to give anyone (especially he...

Tattooed boyfriend Vs. Parents

I am 23 years old, but still living at home. I have been dating a guy for a few months that I absolutely adore. Only downfall is he has tattoos, not just a few but both arms completely covered (sleeves). I have no problem with this however my parents do. I haven't had him over to meet my parents simply because of that reason and they have already told me "he is not going to meet extended family, that's embarrassing to bring around them, he can't go on family vacations" etc... I am not asking them to accept or like the tattoos, that is their opinion. I'm just looking for some advice on how I can allow them to look beyond that and see them how i do, a respectful man who treats me right. Any advice please!

i have loved a person a lot and we both decided to marry but our parents are not accepting, my parents fixed a match and they are forcing me to do that when is said this to my beloved person he said insted of hurting every one we will marry to our parents wish but even he dont like this ..we both want to lead life to gether but our parents are not listening to us and they are saying they will die if we wont listen to them.

i dont understand why my aunt want everything her way she want me to go to this college that she wants me to i want to go to the collge that i want to i mean i got scholarships for 2 colleges that she dont know about i mean i told her about one but she act like i need to do what she say because i live under her roof its just sad,i mean i 17 years old 5 months from being 18 what is it gonna be when i turn 18 is she still gonna try to control me .......its just stupid then im suppose to go see my big sister and her kids in minnestoa so she think its such a bad idea like how is it a bad idea to go see my blood i dont understand this woman... but she complains about everything i do in my life like her kids been to jail and all that crap it seem...

13/f So I went to go see who kept calling my mom and it was my neighbour and I know wasn't supposed to do this as it is an invasion of privacy but I read her texts to my neighbour. Some of them said: you mashed me up, you fucking killed me last night, never have I been fucked like that before, I don't want to hear about anything have to do with sex or ducks for a long time. I got confused. Then I read some texts to my ain't and they said: I just ended it with my friend, can't do it anymore even though the sex was even better than with Shaun.
