how to detach from my relationship?

i have a very lot of anxiety and i worry a lot in our relationship. how do i detach from him? like i want to still love him, but i want to detach in the way where the things he does won't upset me and i could care less and still love him as much as i do now. he doesnt do bad things, its just he chooses games over me sometimes and doesnt do stuff the way thatll make me feel like im important to him. i dont want to try to chahge him to make me happy, so how can i detach where those things wont bother me? can you please give me steps and tips pretty pretty please???

My boyfriend and I have been together for about nine months now. He is a smoker and I have expressed my dislike for it very much and how I just want to keep him around for as long as possible as I have experienced quite a few of my family members passing away due to smoking and he agrees, he said he wants to stop and I would be the perfect motivation to do so. He has since joined the gym, he says working out makes his desire to smoke very minuscule and I am so proud of him for that.

Hi everyone, I am 20 years old. I dated this guy who is much older than I am for about 10-11 months. Him and I lived together, and things fell apart. I've been seeing this great guy for a couple of months now, since july from last year and from the moment we met we clicked and it feels perfect. He shows me attention and treats me like his girlfriend when were together BUT we aint a couple and its starting to get to me now, reason being is because i've caught more feelings. So I've been bisexual for the past 6 yrs, and I've always liked everything abouyy guys, but the past year its been really hard for a guy to be pleasing. Im attracted to guys, like I can kiss, hold hands, make out and be 100 percent attracted, but sexually guys aren't appealing or pleasing. I have to really concentrate to be satisfied. Am I gay? Or is this just a teenage phase?

Hi I'm June and I'm 16 and my boyfriend is 17 soon to be 18. You've probably heard this sort of situation tons of times but my boyfriend wants to have sex and we've had this conversation multiple times of how I feel I'm not ready and I have told him my decision was no and the other night the subject came up again and I told him I wasn't ready but he wasn't really accepting my answer and he was like if you trust me you'll let me do it. My Ex's Mom

My ex and I broke up unexpectedly a few months ago (he dumped me). During our relationship, I had spent a lot of time with his family in a different state, visiting with him whenever he went home. I became very close with his family, especially his mom. When he dumped me, I realized, devastatingly, that I would never see his family again, and that I never got to say goodbye.
On a scale of 1 to psychopath, how crazy would it be to write his mom a short, sweet note just thanking her for welcoming me into their home, that I will treasure the memories, and that her family has a special place in my heart? Please consider from both her perspective and that of my ex, who would probably hear about it.

Hello I'm a 23 year old woman from America and I think I'm in love with a man I met online.
This isn't what the hard part is for me, the toughest part is that I have two male friends who both claim to be in love with me. Hi my name's Nick and I have a friend who I really like, (for reasons that are pretty obvious let's just say her name is Les) but there also some complications. "Les" is different than most girls. I can't read her facial expressions like I can with most and she isn't intimated by my usual personality. Which is propably why i like her so much. I recently had two big relationships end. One was romantic and the other was a really good friend. Both were guys. Ever since I have just hit a low and I've been in such a funk. I know that's probably common but I can't help but to beat myself up over both. They weren't my fault at all but I feel so unlikable. I think the thing that makes me feel the worst is that I don't think either of them misses me. I feel like I don't and never did mean anything to them. Girl I've been seeing problem

Hey
I started seeing this new girl. We have been on several dates and they've always been good and fun. Last Tuesday we went out and it was great but she has been kinda distant with me since. I'm not delusional we made out at the end and everything so I know it went well. She had mentioned that she was getting her period soon so maybe that's what I'm thinking she's been distant all of a sudden. Up until this week we've been texting non-stop and whatever.
So I guess my question is do girls on there periods, not saying all girls, act in this kinda off way?
Also we did go out for food yday and it was fun but she said she wasn't feeling great so I'm probably just answering my own question here.
