cat

my cat is constantly killing things, bringing them back on my deck, and eating nothing but the BRAINS. while i know its a cats instinct to kill, thats not normal to eat just the brains. in the past two weeks, shes brought back and eaten the brains of 5 chipmonks, 3 baby rabbits, 3 birds, 4 mice, and a mole. and thats only what she brought back. my mom is completely fed up with it becuase she has to clean it up. she told me today that she is going to get rid of her. i begged her not to, and came up with the idea of getting her a collar with a bell on it to warn the animals that shes coming. my mom said that we'll give that a try, but if she finds one more dead animal on our deck, we have to get rid of her. that is the last thing i want to do...

Spay

I got my dog, Angel, spayed and I picked her up from the vet today. Does anyone have any tips on how to care for her and how to get her to stop licking her stitches? THANK YOU!

chinchillas

I have two chinchillas and they had two babies. we brought them all to vet to be sure that they were healthy. after the babies came we just had to get our male chinchilla fixed. he got through the surgery ok but then we noticed he wouldnt move his leg and his tail was bleeding.
The vet told us he was probably just sore and we should just wait and see. in the morning my mom found him laying in the cage... dead=(. we were all upset and we now found out that one baby is a girl... and one is a boy. Im so worried. my mom told me either we have to get him fixed, or he will have to be separated from the mom and baby girl.
Its scary but i was reading about fixing them and it said that most chins do make it out of bei...

Cat killing

My cat keeps killing animals. Today it was a baby rabbit. How can I stop him from killing animals? (without making him an indoors cat, which is impossible because he'll go crazy.)

my kitten bites me

ok so my kitten has been biting me alot. like her teeth are growing and she bits really hard. how can i get her to stop? also, she runs around alot and grabs my leg and starts to bite me shes jsut to agressive how can i get her to calm down and show her i care and to make her stop biting me.

ok so i got my kiten from school a teacher gave her to me about 2 weeks ago. the teacher gave her to me in a cage. my mom doesnt want the cat in the house she says the only way i can keep it is if i let the cat in the room all the time because we have birds and the birds are scared. i told my mom i can keep the cage but i cant my teacher said to return it and it has been 2 weeeks already and i ahev to return it today. i asled everyone if they had a cage and they said no. i dont have money for a new one and my mom wont let me keep the cat without a cage. my parents dont want to give 30-100 dollors for a cage. and i wont eb able to keep it without a cage. also,i wnat to keep my cat in m room when i go to school, out of the cage but imscared...

Irish setters

I want to get an Irish Setter puppy. My mom won't take any other dog and she won't let it be shipped and we cant travel to far to get it. So basically I need an Irish Setter puppy from the Philadephia PA area. Anywhere in New Jersey and Delaware is fine. I've looked everywhere and every place I email has no puppies available.

my dog was like attacking a baby bunny and so ive kept it inside for about 2 or 3 days now. i gave it some water through a water bottle thing, but what can i feed him? he hass to eat but he barely drinks. advice please? oh yeah, hes not bleeding or anything on the outside..but i think my dog paralyzed his back legs because he cant move any of that, he just drags his back end around

I'm dog sitting this weekend! and the dog (butterscotch) died! I just came home and he was curled up under the couch. I don't know what to do!!!!!! they're coming back tomorrow, and its only a year old! omggg

Fish laying on side

Okay so help please. My White African Cichlid that I got Monday is laying on its side on the bottom of the tank. I had him in a 2 1/2 gallon tank with my gold fish. The Cichlid didnt swim around much except to chase my goldfish, and he ate some of my gold fish's tail so i put a divider that i made from a plastic bag and carboard. There was some plastic that was loose and tonight my cichlid got stuck in it and was laying on its side. My mom moved the divider and told me so i took the divider out. Then the cichlid swam to the corner of the tank, in his favorite spot. Then he chased my gold fish. So I decided to put him in a different tank that is a 1 gallon tank. The second I put him in there, he layed on his side on the bottom. My mom said h...

they want get along

oka here is the problem i got this cat and we had her for all most a year and she had kiitens.so like few days before she had her kittens we got this puppy and we had her for like 2 months, so my cat had her kittens but the problem is everytime my cat see the puppy she would always attack it and the puppy dont do noting to her. so what should i do to make it stop!

Awhile ago i asked about getting a puppy
I've got my mom totally convinced but its my step dad that won't even budge.
My step dad (i do love him, just hate his rules) is strict in a weird way. ex. I can't draw on the sidewalk with chalk for the sake our house costs 300,000 dollars and is far to nice.. but yet i dont have a curfew on the weekend or school week
Anyways, we're bring it up to him again tuesday night so if people could give me great things to say please do
I also do not have my license and live in the far out country so i can stay home and be with it alot. (i also got approval for it to travel with me to my dads house)
(its a small chihuaha)

is it okay to give my hamster a shoelace to chew on. i think she might enjoy it but i dont want ot give her anything unhealthy. i could always tie it to the bars of her cage.

my kitten hates me!

i got a kitten like a little less then a month ago and she hates me. like i lleave her in her cage b4 i go 2 skool and when i take her out to feed her or play with her she bites me and just wants to run around my room. like how do i make her like me? like how can i show her i care? also, my mom is alergic to cats so my kitty has to stay in my room all day long and she stays in her cage and she isnt aloud to get out well only out of the cage but not out of my room and my room is starting to stink how can i make it not stink and what should i do about my cat? thanks bunches!

Fish tail

Yeah so I put my goldfish in with my bigger fish and the bigger fish was chasing my goldfish. I figured it wouldnt hurt because he couldnt get him. But now my goldfish's tail is all torn up from the bigger fish biting it. Will the tail repair itself? Will it grow more cells so it wont be torn? Or will it be torn forever?

my dog keeps peeing and pooping

all over the floor! he's not new, he's 5, and we've had him since he was a little puppy and he never used to do this. he's a little on the heavy side......anyone have any idea why he's randomly doing this? How can i make him stop? Thanks.

Annoying Hamster

My hamster won't stop chewing on the bars of her cage!
IT'S DRIVING ME NUTS!!!
I know it's because she has a lot of energy, so I let her run around in her ball and stuff and I hold her but as soon as she's back in the cage, she starts chewing on the freakin bars!!!
Anybody know a HUMANE way to get her to stop?
BTW - she does have a wheel in her cage and stuff to chew on.... so I have no idea what else to try.

New fish + Gold fish?
