Does anybody know if the movie 'Robots' Is a kids movie? like 4 and 8 year old movie?

I want this one Japanese movie that has English subtitles. Problem is NO ONE has it. If you could name stores or websites that carry the movie, Battle Royale. Please help me out. I will rate high.

What to do with my life...

My life is running on a basis of two things-acting and writing. There are (obviously)other things in my life, but these seem to be my strongest activities. I have had major roles in plays and have been very sucessful with writing as well, winning a $125 prize, a newspaper contest, etc. They are both things that I love doing and are good at, and find it hard to decide hich one I shopuld focus on. I would really like to choose one so that I may start to try out for plays or write for the paper or something, but I find it hard to decide. I am a straight A student, so grades shouldn't be a problem. Please help!

(13/f) I live in Rhode Island and want to become an actress. Does anyone know of anywhere where I could go to get started? Please dont say my school because I need something for the summer! I'll rate 1's for people who say do something at my school and for "i dont know" and any other stupid remarks. I'll give 5's for anyone with a real answer and put effort into it.

I am in a school production of Bye Bye Birdie. I think I am doing OK with the memorization of my lines, but sometimes I foget where to go and don't know how to dramatize certain parts. (I play Mrs. Peterson, a huge over-reactor) i am usually good at giving advice about this stuff, but I am stuck. Does anyone know how I could be mroe dramatic and confident in myself?

How can I make myself cry? I seem to have such a hard time with that. And I also have problems with showing other types of emotions. Can anyone help me by giving me any tips. :)

Dropped Microphone: Break Character or Curtain?

I’m a high school senior, and I’m playing a principle character (but not a lead or supporting character) in this year’s school musical. For most of my scenes, I have a microphone. There are only a few microphones so the principles have to share. All through rehearsal, I had enough time to swap microphones with my designated partner. However, on opening night, I didn’t, and I couldn’t get my microphone on in time. It fell out of my dress while I was onstage. I pretended like it wasn’t even there, and this angered my director.
What should I have done? Is it better to break curtain, or to break character? And what should I do if it happens in subsequent performances?

My friend's favorite thing to do was always acting, and she always wanted to make it big time. She recently tried out for a broadway show, but didn't think she'd get a part. It turned out that she did get a part, and a good one too! The thing is, she got so nervous about going into fame and all that, that she's not really sure she wants to do it anymore. I mean it's her dream to be famous and all, but she's just kinda nervous about it. I know that if she turns down the offer she'll regret if for life. What can I say to her to remind her of the good things in fame? Also, what are the advantages and disadvantages of being famous?

I looove to act. It is possibly the best hobby in the world. I get a part in everything i try out for(sry if i sound conceeded) and i am pretty good @ adjusting to my role. Anyone got any tips? Also, any places i can try out for roles in or near Mass? Got sites for movies that are looking for a cast? I would love to try out for one. Also, any profesionals that can help me out? I've always been told that I am a talented actor. Lately though, I have been restricted from acting by my parents. This is due to my average and not superior grades. I've been trying for nearly 7 months to get the great grades my parents require so that I can do the thing I love most. I just can't get focused enough, I come home and just forget to do my homework after my chores. I am smart, and know that I am capable of good grades, I just can't get my brains together. I would like to go to a study group, but my parents won't let me do that either. How can I get back in my honor roll tactics, and into theatre acting again?

Hey, first off, let me start off by saying I'm fifteen years old and I'm a freshman in high school. I am involved in local theatre productions. For the longest time, since as long as I can remember, I've wanted to be famous. I wanted to be a model or an actress. I mean, when you really ask "what do you DREAM of doing?" I dream of singing before a crowd or being in magazines modeling or being in a film. It just seems to me that this is so out of reach and that I will never be able to be this. I kind of let it escape my mind and thought of other career options, but I think about this every once and awhile and it's hard to forget this "dream".
