Hey guys, I'd never thought I'd ask a question here, haha. I'm more of the helping type, but here goes:
I'm into Rock, Christian Rock, & Alternative...
So what are some good songs/bands about life/love or are just plain catchy that I should listen to?

Crossroads 'If It Makes You Happy' Song

When the characters were driving to California, they were singing "If It Makes You Happy" while driving. But it sounded like a more rock version. I know Sheryl Crow sings the song. But who sings the version in the movie 'Crossroads' I swear its different.

I am a singer, but if I am not playing the part acting like someone else on stage, it is hard for me. I have to go on stage showing who I really am, and show my emotions through my music, but I get terrified because its like being naked in front of the world, and they can see my soul. Im the kind of person who generally keeps to myself, but my passion is to sing. I dont cry in front of people either, and singing for me is like that, because I am exposed. I dont have anything to hide, I am just causeous. Can anyone knock some sense into me per say, or knows of a way I can come out of this?

What are some more songs like these ? I'm not sure what they're called, but they're just like rap and heavy on the bass? Maybe. You can hear the drum beat. Anyway, songs like: Blame It by Jamie Foxx & Kiss Me Thru The Phone by Soulja Boy & Beautiful by Akon & yeah.. hope that's enough explanation.

It sounds like 'Everywhere' By Michelle Branch at the beginning with the guitar, but its not that song. I think the artist is called 'Wade' and i cant remember any of the lyrics.
Any help? XD I know this isn't a lot to go off of.

in lord of the rings, they made a remix of that song for the movie, and in my opinion its much better than the original.
does anyone know where i can download the load of the rings remix of that song?? i really like it, and i want to use it for a trailer im making.
