Graham Crackers

I've been on a diet for a really long time and one thing I can't give up is graham crackers. Whenever I'm hungry [and already had plenty of fruit/veggies] I eat them. I have been losing weight so I don't think eating 2 of them a day or spread out during the week is doing much. Would it be okay for my diet to keep eating graham crackers or should I start replacing them with 100 calorie pack cookies?? Any other options?? Thanks!!

Dinner

For dinner tonight, my family is making english muffin pizzas. Just one english muffin cut in half with sauce and sprinkled cheese. Would that be ok to eat since im on a diet? Or should I ask for a regular english muffin [with grape jam] and 2 eggs scrambled/fried? Just want some ideas so I can make the right dieting choice. Thanks!

Hungry before bed

I'm always hungry before I go to bed. I eat my meals and snacks throughout the day, but I always get hungry around 9 pm. I can control my hunger, but what would be the best thing to do? Would it be unhealthy or unsafe to not eat before you sleep? Or should I eat crackers or something? I'm on a diet also. Thanks!

Sushi Restaurant Delicacies

well i tried sushi for the first time a couple days ago. well, it was a california roll. my mom (im 13/f) doesnt really want me to eat raw foods, but idc as long as its fresh. i get the food at some place near a library i volunteer at in the summer, so i can just get some sushi from the restaurant without her knowing. anyways, what other things besides california rolls (i liked it, it tasted great with the soy sauce!) should i try? i didnt know what to get when i first went there so i went with the lady who owns the restaurant's opinion. so she got me the california roll and next time she says i should try like some kinda shrimp roll thing. is that good? and what other things are really good and wont make me sick if its raw? im not sure how...

Hi, everyone :)
Ok, so I've just been wondering about this, since cheering has started again..
I don't like my body. I know most people don't. I'm 14, 4'11', and last I checked, 100 pounds (possibly lower or higher, my scale is crap, and I usually add weight to it). I don't like my stomach, despite all of the curlups I do. You can see the lines for abs, but then you see the little 'muffin top' thing I have. Basically the bottom section of my stomach hangs over shorts/ect. It REALLY bothers me. I've gotten used to sucking in, and I look alright like that, but eh.. I just don't like how I look. And then my stomach like, folds when I sit. It's disgusting. I feel really self concious of it, and I don't know if it's normal or n...

Alright. I'm concerned about my weight. I don't eat. It's not like I make a concious effort not to eat, I just don't. I'm 5'1 and I weigh 83.8 lbs. At the beginning of summer, I weighed 90. My BMI is 15.9. Anything under 18.5 is considered underweight. Now I've always been skinny, and I never really have had great eating habits, but I don't know what to do! I'm not exactly in the greatest mental state right now(relationship troubles. don't get me started). I get full really easily and I usually only end up eating dinner and maybe a snack or two every day. It's horrible. I'm always tired, I get dizzy when I stand up, the works. Could it be possible that I have an eating disorder? Or is it just stress? I don't know what to do .. and I'm scared. :(

I have hit this really bad plateau with my weight loss (5'2" and 155 lbs) and i've been this weight (and fluctuating about 5 pounds near it) for about 2 months now. And my diet and exercise habits have remained the same.


I was having 1200 cals a day, then i recently took it up to 1400, then 1600, but i keep screwing up.

I feel so deprived of food that I actually like (ice cream, pizza, fries, cookies, candy, etc.) that I completely binge on it whenever I have the opportunity.


I would like to know what you thin people do to stay in shape/thin (or is it just your fast-as-hell metabolisms?)


and is it okay to pretty much throw your diet out the window fro...

Hunger

What are you supposed to eat when you're hungry?? I usually eat 3 meals, but they most likely are light. Lately they haven't been because there has been parties, but I'm going back to my diet tomorrow. If my dinner is at 4 or 5, by 9 pm I'm hungry. Do I hold myself off until breakfast or eat something small?? I thought it might be a bad idea to wait for breakfast because it would've been 12+ hours without eating. I usually eat grahm crackers when I feel hungry. Is that okay or should I be eating something else?? I rather not eat fruit at night because I have that during the day sometimes. Thanks!!

usually my face isn't bad at ALL
but lately i've been tanning, and i'm breaking out reallllly bad.
and if that's true, is there any way to prevent it?

For my friend's birthday, were going to Red Robin. The thing is, I'm on a diet and I looked up their menu online. I can't find one thing on it that isn't too many calories, low in sodium and sugar, and low in fat. Any suggestions??

WEIGHT LOSS OVER TIME

So right now I'm in a dance intensive that consists of 3 hours and 15 minutes (roughly more or less depending on the day) of actual dance classes. 5 days a week.

And I was eating 1200 cals a day but I've stopped that and i'm taking it up to 1400 now b/c i couldn't maintain 1200 and it was too low. Is 1400 too low?
(5'2" and 154 lbs)

How much weight do you think I will lose by the end of the summer? (after the dance thing ends in 3 weeks i'm going to continue working out 5 days a week)


I've hit a really bad plateau recently, i've been 154 (and fluctuating 2-6 pounds around there) for about 2 months. And I've kept my eating and exercise habits the same. I can't lose anymore weight it seems. So help.

Can your metabolism change? Like if you have a slow metabolism over time can it change into a fast metabolism?

Same with fast metabolisms. If you have a fast metabolism can it change into a slower metabolism?
