connecting to the internet on my ipod

i used to be able to connect to the internet on my ipod, but latley, it wont let me. anytime that i try to connect to my wifi connection, i try to type in the password, but when i do, the "join" button turns gray, and i can't do anything.
does anyone know what the problem could be?

I have already tried tunebite, soundtaxi and noteburner and they all had mass amounts of popups which caused my computer to lag and then eventually stop & require a restart. if you have any dependable links for these programs that won't lead to these problems, or else similar programs that you know are effective please let me know. time limit on the recordings can't be less then 3 minutes please & thankyou (or else I just find it to be pointless lol). this is a new computer (it's Gateway if that matters) so I can't figure out why these programs would be failing unless the programs themselves are flawed or just designed to mess stuff up. anyways thanks in advance for any advice :)

What word processing app works well with the iPod 4 generation?

I just got a keyboard for the iPad and iPod. It works very well with my iPod but I have this one app called 'Write' and it doesn't work well at all with the keyboard however the normal 'notes' app that comes with the iPod works fine with the keyboard.
Are there any good word processing apps for my iPod that will probably work with my new keyboard? Thanks in advanced?

My old laptop broke, so I just got a new one.
Is there any way to transfer the music on my iPod to my new computer ? Or do I REALLY have to re-download all of my music ?

should i use frostwire? i used to use limewire along time ago to downlaod music to my ipod, but it screwed up my computer with a virus. Is frostwire safe, if not what are some other sites that are virus-free?

What is the cheapest iPod?

i am looking to buy a ipod but i have to pay for it myself. i am only 14 so i dont and cant get a job. i was wondering what is the cheapest ipod. i have a mp3 player but it wont work so i am just going to get a ipod. so is the ipod nano mini or shuffle or whatever else type they have cheaper. thanks in advance!

So I have an iPod touch like one of the old ones and ever since a year ago it hasn't been letting dowload certain apps like sometimes when I click on a app I want to download it says 3.0 or 3.1 or 4.0 upgrade so I connected to iTunes on my computer but I still don't know where I could upgrade it. What's the easiest way to upgrade this thing it's making me frustrated!?

Itunes is only playing certian songs?

Well for some reason my iTunes is only playing certain songs. SInce limewire is no longer an option i have used this u-tube converter. it has worked great and all the songs play in my iTunes. But ever since lastnit my iTunes is only playing the songs that were done in limewire and are not playing the ones if used this utube converter site for. This has worked before for many months. so did i press a button on my laptop that for some reason enabled me to play the converted onesÉ My laptop is Vista if that helps. This is very fustrating because i dont know why all of a sudden they are not working and it is alot of songs. Please help if you have any idea why this is happening or if you have been in the same situation! thanks so much!

i got a ipod nano 6th generation for christmas and when i plug it into my laptop via usb a box pops up in itunes saying '' ipod has been detected but it could not be identified properly''
ive tryed many ways to fix it such as different usb holes, reinstalling itunes etc..
any help please?

iPod Vs. mp3 player for his birthday

my boyfriend is 21, and his birthday is in a few weeks. he suggested that he would like an ipod for his birthday but i told him i didnt really have the money for one like mine, i have the 5th gen nano, but he said the shuffle would be perfectly fine since they're only about $40. i'm not a fan of the shuffle myself since it doesn't have a screen. that just seems like it'd be a pain, so i was looking online and came across the Phillips Vibe. has anyone used this mp3 player and liked it? or have the shuffle and dont mind not having a screen? i feel like i personally would want a screen just to make it easier, but the shuffle or the vibe would be more in my price range. my only concern with the vibe is that he is not too technology savvy, so i ...
