Rate and average rate on advicenators

Hello I 've been with advicentors for about a month now but I was wondering how we know what out rate and average rate is. When I go to other advice columns I see it in the left hand corner what there rate and average rate is but I dont see mine. Please help if you can. Thanks. :D

What is going on with this website?
1. On my other account, I keep getting a message whenever I log in, to confirm my e-mail address. I don't have an e-mail, so I contact DangerNerd as it states, and Nothing! This has been going on for about 3 months +
2. The most stupid of questions are going through.
3. I contacted the administrators about an issue I had a month or so ago, but no help?
I mean...come on!

When is the best time to tell my land lord that I might be moving?

The job market where i currently live sucks so I plan on moving to tx where things are flourishing. I have some interviews lined up but nothing is a guarantee of course and I'm not going to move till i know i'm hired. I'm in a year lease contract now with my apt and I don't know when the right time to tell my landlord. on one hand I don't want to tell her and i go to these interviews and things don't go well and then come home to find out that my landlord found someone to take over my lease while I was gone. on the other hand I don't want a situation where I don't tell her go to these interviews get hired on the spot and the job expects me to relocate a week later but theres no one to take over the remainder of my lease. Why is my microwave sparking and making noises when there's no metal in it?

We havent put metal or spilled anything in the microwave. This microwave is brand new and its sparking when we put food in it. We had another microwave a couple of weeks ago that we threw away because it was sparking and making weird noises. What is causing these microwaves to spark and make noises, they also turned black in the corner inside of it. Why is the new microwave doing this and why did outr old one do it when we havent done anything wrong with it? Could it be the plug on the wall we are using?

Fiasco!

A few months ago, everything on my computer got hacked, and my advicenator password was stored with my old email. I want to get my account back. Whenever I try to reset the password, it asks for my email and its my old one. I reset the password a long time ago to something I don't remember when everything got hacked. Is there any way to get my account back?

microsoft lifecam vx-1000 focus

I had a microsoft lifecam vx 1000 given to me. ive been trying to use it on skype, its on but it is very blurry and i have cleaned the lens and it doesnt have the focus twisting thing everyone mentions. What else can i do to make it not so blurry.
