I NEED ADVICE

So I'm 13yrs old and I know for a fact that my dad is cheating on my mom...so I kinda know at first but know I clearly know that it is true because I have evidence...so I went to my dads phone and went straight to the messages and I saw this number so then I clicked on it and it was my dad having a conversation to the ugly lady..i know because she sent pics...but anyways she called him big daddy!! Yupp that awsome but I was soo mad... I told my mom about less than a month ago so she Knows.. And she was crying and I felt bad so I have the lady's number and I am going to call it in the morning to see Wat happens so everybody wish me luck..... Oh and YES I know that this is know of MY business

is the way my daughter reacting to her jailed mother normal?

my wife and my daughter's mother is currently in jail for the next eight months for financial crimes. My daughter seems to be taking it fine. She is acting normally and doing her every day things. One time she did say it is kind of funny her mom is now being ordered around and being punished but I think she is just joking around. I think it is OK to crack a joke in a situation instead of being hysterical about it. But some say this behavior of hers is actually not normal. How?

I'm fine when I'm at home i can talk to my partner an kids. but when I'm with my family that I was bought up with, like my cousin aunty uncle's my dad even,I just can't talk, and be my self I'm shy I start sweating, if im talking to someone I can't think probably. and when I speak my word's come out stupid.an my eye's start to water when I do talk to them,what's wrong with me.

Okay, so I'm 14 and I'm starting to have a really bad relationship with my parents. They never listen to me (ignore me when I state my opinion or tell me I'm wrong because I'm a kid), they are never satisfied (once my mom made me redo a chore clean the bathroom because she didn't "see" me clean it. WTF!?!?!?!?!?!)
and they pick on me SOOOO much. They find every little mistake I make, and never notice when I do good (on tests for example). They find all the bad traits about me and compare me with others. Once I tried standing up to my mom when she compared me to my cousin by saying "But I'm not him, Mom!" and she grounded me because of that and I wasn't even trying to be a smart aleck.

I've been in a situation when me and mom don't get along and it's gotten worse i live with my dad and step mom while my mom lives two hours away I don't get to see her often and when I try to she doesn't have time for me I have been talking to people like my dad about it but every day it eats me up I get upset about her and it hurts me I've gone to council ing but she told me it was my fault and I ruined our relationship when I left I was 8 at that time and now I'm 15 I miss my mom so much but I hate feeling like I'm walking on eggshells when I'm around her we constantly fight and I don't know what to do anymore I'm tired of crying at night any advice?

Single PArent Families

I have to do semi-structured interview with single parents to get their lived experiences of being a single parent. REally struggling to come up with questions.
Got things like how have friends, family society treated you. tell me about your experiences of bieng single parent etc.
Its not about getting truths out of people just experiences of brining up a child as the lone parent lived it and experienced it or percieved it.

I'm 24 n dating a guy younger than me, we together for a year n our parents are aware we planning to get married next year.
My mom was on hospital for 10 days, I visited her twice a day n took cooked food n snacks! My bf visited every evening. Mum was released friday and I've been taking care of her since, sunday her brother flew down from another city to visit her. He never called once before saturday to find out anything , sunday evening mum asks my bf to hide in the room as her younger brother is coming to visit.she said her brother will insult her n ask questions as my bf is not rich . Ok so when i was born my real dad signed rights off on me and my dad adopted me. Now that my mom and dad are divorced i dont like how my dad is treating me. I would rather stay at my real dads house rather than my dads house. What should i do? My dad has actually hit me a few times. I dont want to hurt his feelings but i dont want to live where i am getting hurt. What do i do? I am only 13 so i dont know what i can do. Please help.

We've been together for 9 years now, and I still get so frustrated with him. We have 3 children together, I do everything, house cleaning, work, take care of the kids, I keep up with the routines with the kids.
He watches television all day, does not help with the house, tells us what to do all the time, what to eat, drink, tells us to go towards health, that's fine for me but he does not do it himself, he drinks a lot, wants to start smoking pot again, sits on the couch all day.
I'm so tired of him telling us what to do, how to do it, what and how to say things to other people.

My dad has done drugs in the past. He got put on probation 9 years ago and he was off drugs. He became a better person but he still drinks a lot of beer daily. He got caught by my brother 2 years ago and he promised us he would never do it again. Now My mom and I think he's doing drugs. He's spending a lot of money and we don't know what he's doing with it. He stays out all night too. My mom left town for 5 months and it was just me and my dad at home. He would stay gone all night. Hello,
My sister is 36 and I am 28. When we were younger we did't have the best relationship but it was fine. She is an alcoholic, everyone has tried to help her but does not want to seek help.
It was my nephew's communion last weekend and I found she drank a little too much 2 bottles of wine, myself and everyone else did not say anything because she would get angry, and say its her house she can do what she wants. The next day I decided to email her about my concern and said I no longer want to be a part of her drinking. Our whole family is concerned, have apoken to her and she gives empty promises and lies about it. She always argues with everyone and she's always right, and their wrong. Bridesmaids expecting the bride to pay for their dresses?

My friend Jezz is getting married and I am the maid of honor. One of my task is to make sure all the bridesmaids have their dresses. I spoke with two of the other bridesmaids and delivered the news that Jezz said the dresses can be their choice as long as it wasn't racy and had to be red. Jezz had a talk about how all bridesmaids where to pay for their own dresses, Now the bridesmaids are expecting their dresses to be paid by the bride and it is causing a great deal of stress. Dress fittings are next week....

I am wondering what I should do.
About a week ago i saw my dad on the computer and walked up to him and he was on his email. All I saw was the emails subject and it was a little bit offensive but it said "I want you inside me right now".
Once my dad noticed me behind him he minimized the window.
After that I just walked away and then looked back at what he was doing again and he went back to the email looking really shaky and nervous.
Then about 5 minutes later he came to me and said he will be right back he is going to the gym and left.

How can I motivate my husband to get in shape? He's too skinny.

I am quite a gym rat and my husband has no interest in any kind of workout or exercise at all. He is way too skinny for a guy and would certainly benefit from joining me at the gym occasionally.
How can I motivate him? Is there a playful way for me to show him that I have developed a lot more strength than him (I'm sure i have). I have also been doing some kickboxing and karate classes which I don't think he even knows.
Any suggestions on how I can motivate him? I'm not trying to be mean or vain. Maybe pick a play fight and put him in his place playfully?

My sister is 11 years old. Believe me, she isn't a child anymore. She knows more than I do tbh.
And she's been so closed up lately and quiet. I know her as a happy kid always smiling. But today I found out she wants to be like those way to skinny models. My mother once had to take laxative. And she used that too today...my mum hid it though. I found it in her room. I don't know what to do I'm actually really worried and panicked. She always says she isn't hungry and skips meals

22/f. I am just looking for a person to tell me what I can do and how I can overcome this obstacle in my life. My mom is out of control. I use to be able to deal with it, but now I can’t. It’s affecting my health and I’ve already had to start taking pills to be able to be in control of my emotions. She is so completely and totally out of control and I can’t live this way anymore.
My depression is growing stronger by the days. My mom is like straight out of a scary movie. She does not work and has nothing to do during the day. So, she stalks me on facebook. I turn into a very horrible person when I talk to my parents. I'm not really sure what to do about it anymore. I'm not a mean person to everyone, but only my parents for some reason. I always back talk and all this crap, but I just can't control myself. It's like.. It's not me. Plus, they always talk about "foster care" or having me life with someone else because how I am and I really don't want to... What do I do? I'm not getting meds, so please don't say get meds (I also can't talk to any counselors or anything). I just hate being a mean person but I don't know what to do. I want to try to help myself.
