My wife was an emotionally abusive alcoholic for years. I have been labeled as worthless an laughed at. She has finally given up the drink, this happened under threat of me leaving and taking our special needs daughter away from her. While at her worse I recorded her behavior. She now says she loves me and wants to put the alcoholism in the past. This is round one of my problem, I can forgive but difficult to forget.
The second round is her past. When we got married, over twenty-five years ago, I was led to believe she had been with four guys, not counting me. One of my friends, Jess, has a boyfriend. The problem is she is telling us that she doesn't like him anymore and wants to break up with him. They have been dating for about 2 months.

So my boyfriend of 3 years and I met at our first job at a grocery store. He knew I liked him and asked me out and I said no. I didn't think it would be right, at the time I was incredibly depressed and suicidal. I used to self harm, mainly cut and hit myself. My boyfriend and I have been together for a while. He's basically the most perfect human being to me. He's smart, he's handsome, he's sweet, and he treats me like royalty! He says all of the right things to me and he makes me feel good. I couldn't ask for anything better. The only issue is...HE SMOKES WEED OCCSSIONALLY! I am one who has morals- I am a virgin, I don't smoke, I don't drink, I don't party, etc. I'm not trying to be judgmental, but I don't know how to handle it! It really bothers me and I don't know what to do. Any advice?

Did the judge have the right to dismiss my restraining order against my ex?

Two days ago I had a hearing to make a temporary restraining order I had put against my ex permanent.
My ex had stalked me, always showing up up wherever I was and paid somebody to see if I was at my workplace. He called the police and made a fake report to find out if I was at home. He even broke into my apartment and I woke up to him standing over my bed furious.
He threatened to rape and kill me which I had in text messages.
He would chase me if I tried to get away from him and block my way.
He would harass me calling me every minute of the day for hours on end (I have call records of this) and leave me crazy voicemails.

Went through our phone records and there were 100 text messages all hours of the day til late at night between my husband and his female coworker. I confronted him and at first he said he had no idea who it was. I googled the number and knew who it was. I asked if I could see the messages
and he deleted them. Even the ones he got today.
I told him that looks bad..she's just a friend he says. They just talk about work stuff. He is usually sweet to me and as I tried to make my point he called me an effing B. He has never said anything like that to me in 13 years. I feel catatonic with shock..please give me advice.

I have a problem with a serious office crush in the office. I was smitten by her since she has this bubbly and friendly personality that you can ever asked for. She always smile to most people she see in the office and she is the talkative type of person. Sad to say she already has a boyfriend in which I am aware of.
Basically, we often meet in the hallways of the office or in our respective departments doing our business; a simple "Hi" and "Hello" everytime we meet would suffice and I've always thought that my feelings for her would grow. I have been dating my boyfriend for 5 months. I'm 16 and he's about to turn 18. We love each other very much and are going to make it work while he's in college. I can see myself having a future with him and he even got me a promise ring. He was cheated on in a previous relationship and he though he would never make another girl happy. It's none of your faults... It's mine... for existing. I always start to feel negative emotions because I get jealous of people or irritated when people give me one word replies and so on... It never seems to end. I've been jealous of example, people who mention their boyfriends or getting married, even if it's been just roleplays since it often feels realistic to me in a way, or just having happier lives in general, and it's so hard not to feel some kind of negative feeling when I'm alone in real life, myself... That's partially why I'm so obsessed with wanting people to talk to because even if it's only for a short time, it helps me evade those types of posts. But like I mentioned before... This same emotion ALWAYS repeats... I can't stan...

Hi, I've been seeing a guy for 3 years. He decided to tell me he didn't want a relationship and he did mess around , I've told him if ever he does it again then he can go to hell.
Anyway, he used to come up once a week but the last six months he is here every night. He even takes time off his night job to stay with me. Do you think he has changed his mind?
