So doctors are around sick people like all day long, and they never seem to get sick. Why is this? And if they do something to prevent getting sick could you tell me what because I wanna know. Thanks! :D

Question about fevers...

Ok so the one way my mom knows that I have a fever besides taking my temp. is that I talk non stop when I have a fever. I talk non stop anyway but it's worse. It's kinda funny but my mom hates me when I have fevers, lol. Unless I have a sore throat because then I don't talk much. But anyway, do you know why this is? Thanks! :)

Does the flu make you sleepy?

I have been sleeping on and off all day even when I don't want to. I hate naps and they usually make me feel worse! Does the flu cause sleepyness? btw I haven't had any meds that would make me sleepy. Thanks! :)

Will I become nauseated?

I have the flu and my mom bought my a sub from subway. I'm super scared to eat though. I have had a cup of tea and a peep (the candy). I started feeling the flu last night. Would I already be naushus (idk how to spell it)? I have a big fear of throwing up and getting nauseated. Please Help, thanks! :)

so im 14/f i had sex for the first time like a month or two ago, it has been my only time. but me and my boyfriend mess around ALOT. he fingers me and it gets really intense, but anyways he did that one really hard and i bled again! and my pariod has been like 2 weeks late! ( i have had a period since having sex) sould i be worried??

Food coming up my throat?

It's 4am and I just felt food coming up my throat by I pushed it back down. I haven't eating anything yet. Also I have a sore throat and had shivers but those has mostly stopped. My eyes sting a little bit when I blink. I know you guys aren't doctors but can you please help me? I prefer to use home remdies. Thanks! :)

Diharrea issues....

Last night I had a little bit of diharrea and this morning before I even ate breakfast I had diharrea twice! I have aslo has pains in the lower back part of my head. I wouldn't call it a headache because it feels like something different. I am 13/f. My period was irregular and there is a lump in my throat that I feel when I swallow. I would feel bad to ask to go to the doctors because my mom is already sick and my dad is very busy. Thanks for any help you offer :)

Dull headaches

I am 13 and female and I used to get these dull pains in the left side of my head a little above my ear and the pain would last for a minute or two. They stopped for about a month. Then a couple of days ago they started again. I told my mom but she isn't going to bring me to the doctor. She would do anything except that. The aches are worse than last time and I'm worried about what it might be. I odn't have any other symptoms than that and if you can help me, I would much appreciate it. Thanks :)

okay so i shave..down there.. and somedays it really itches and is quite uncomfortable.. but the itch isn't like inside its on the outside where i shave. and there are tons of little red bumps all over. is there any way to get rid of them??

How to cure a headache? home remedy

Hi,
I have a MAJOR headache right now and I have to read this book for tomorrow, and I'm going over to a friend's house later, so I can't read there. I need to read 50 pages and it takes me about 1 minute to read a page if I'm very concentrated, which will be very hard for me now. I want to wait until I get at least a little bit better.
I want to know if anyone has a home remedy for headaches? Anything but pills, PLEASE. also, does it make it worse if you read while you have a headache? It's very hard for me to type this right now, but I had to give you all the details that you might need.
Anything you do, please don't tell me to drink pills because I don't like to swallow pills.

So there's this thing I can do that has been trialed many many times and it worked EVERYTIME. I can tell someones personality just by looking at them. I don't have to know who they are or have to have met them or anything, I just need to see thier face. It's pretty cool. It also comes in handy when I need to see if a boy is right for me or not :) My friends cant do this but can anyone else? Thanks! :D

Lump In Throat....

I guess about two days ago or something I discovered a feeling of a lump in my throat when I swallowed. It was at the top, back of my throat and I continuously swallowed and got it to the bottom of my throat but it wouldn't go any further. Then it came back up to the top....It's really annoying. It doesn't feel sharp or anything, just a mushy lump that doesn't want to move. I REALLLLY hope it's not a bug because that would descusting....oops I spelt that wrong...I think. Well, my mom said not to worry about it but that's what she says about everything so Help? THANKS!!!! :D

Is my little sister anerexic?

My 11 year old sister(turning 12 next month) is 87 pounds, and kinda short, but getting taller. She keeps saying "I'm so fat! I want to lose weight!" She cuts herself now,(which I only know) and I think it's because she thinks she is fat. I try to tell her she isn't but she isn't listening. She says everything looks fat on her. Is she anerexic? My mom said she might have to be force fed in a hospital.

Unusual Symptoms

I've been having a problem now for the past 4 and a half years with 'all' of my joints. I have been to so many doctors. The entire test came back inconclusive of a diagnosis. The Rheumatologist that I saw did a complete urine analysis and it came back showing great volumes of calcium oxalate which explained cloudiness when I urinate. Now I have been seeing a bone surgeon who does not think it is serious because the MRI results that I did came back normal. He has recommended a physiotherapist. I have only been to 4 sessions. I have gotten worse as a result. My symptoms include a severe rush of cutting pain in the joints. It is as if there is sharp piece of bone that is cutting trough to the flesh. Then with this pain, comes instant immo...

Back Numbness after back surgery?

Hi!
I'm 12 and I had back surgery 4 years ago, and I still do every 6 months for growing rods, and a part of my back (beneath my shoulder) is and has been numb, and I can't feel anything there. Is this serious? Also, will it go away?
