I found this thing on fastpitchsoftball.com. It says it's a "Power Pad." It is made by Easton. I wanna know if it is a training thing or is it a thing you use in a game? What exactly is it used for? I have read it, but I still want to know more about it and I have never heard of them. But are they legal to use in a game?

ok so this year i am doing track and my friends talked me into it...i know i have "junk in the trunk" and my uniform doesn't fit so well tommorow i have a track meet and i dont want to look retarded in front of any1 plus i need to find sum spare shoes to run in b4 tomm. is there anything you can do to your clothes that will make them a little bit bigger for the next day!!! after school, i'm doing a sport and well around now is when i'm supposed to get my next period. So I already know that I can't wear tampons when you do not have your period. Well for now until my period starts I am wearing Maxi Pads and well they have the slips that you tuck under your underwear so they stay in place...
My question is when I change in the locker rooms (i can't in the bathroom) there's gonna be almost 50 other girls there... and well I really do not want them to see me with a pad, so my question is what if I wear some kind of workout tights/shorts underneath my jeans at school, and then after school when we change nobody can see my underwear, and so i would just change into shorts.

okay so before every lacrosse practice, i get really really nervous. and these practices aren't death or anything..i mean some of them are hard, but it's only sprints. i get really nervous that we're gonna have a really hard practice and that i'm not gonna be able to make it through, and i have this constant nervous pit in my stomach. any way to control this?

my school's track team is starting this week, and well around this week is when my next period is due. I am sick with an illness and my doctor told me to take it easy with sports. Well my basketball team is having a big tournament next weekend and the coach wants me to play, but not to take it too hard.
I've had my period about a year so far (maybe a little longer) and I tried a tampon once, lets just say it didn't go so well. So I just stick with pads. Well my mom is gone on a business trip and I don't want to try a tampon when she is not here... So my question is if I am active a lot (doing track every day after school for 2 hours, and then basketball practice mondays and wednesdays and then also a bask...

I have been doing gymnastics for basically my whole life. I thought that it basically defined me until this year, when I joined track. I'm a really good sprinter, and hurdler. I qualified for states in both events, and it's my first year. The problem is next year, my brother is going off to college so my mom is getting a full-time job. I won't be able to get my lisence for another two years, so there is no way I could drive my self to sports, but my mom said she would only have time to drive me to one. Plus, I'm going to need to get a job. My question is, what would be a better choice? (in your opinion, I don't care if I should do what my heart desires, because I have NO IDEA!) haha. but back to that point, would it be a better choice to st...

heyyy i decided i wanted to make up a dance because well i'm bored haha. (i take dance so don't worry lol) but the problem is i have trouble remembering combinations. how can i get it better? (also reffering to remembering dances better in dance)
also what are some good songs to make dances to? either like lyrical, or hip hop-jazzish?

My dad's making me start tennis this summer, and i don't really have a choice, so, ya. Anyway, I'm pretty athletic, I play soccer, volleyball, basketball, and I take a dance class once a week. So do you have any tips on some basic things for tennis? Like anything. I don't want to look like a retard when I go to the camp thing.

ok i am having some troubles here with keeping going anorexic and then eating again off and on. the MAIN thing i am really worried about is my abs. now tell me some vvery efficient ways to get some serious abs. i sort of have a 4 pack now. can i make it more defined and mayb even a 6 pack? i have a gym with my parents and they were possibly thinking about getting me back with my personal trainer. so just get some efficient ways to get a some serious packs?!

i just started to skateboard, like today. do i jus practice and ill learn in time, or will i fall off after 20seconds always? and whenever i push with my left leg, and hop on, it moves for about, 20seconds maybe. do i need to loosen the wheels or what? thanks in advance?

ok my school is holding cheerleading tryouts and we have 3 days before you practice. well i am pretty good at the cheer and i can do most of the jumps but im really nervous that im going to mess up in cheerleading....tryouts are friday and i dont want to mess up at tryouts...

Okay heres the deal. i can do a front handspring and a round off and a back bend. and on the trampoline i can also do in addition to that a front tuck and front flip. i cant do a back handspring but i can do a back bend. does anyone have any advice on how to do this without going to a class? p.s. i'm also going to get gymnastics mats and the trampoline has a net around it. i am 14
