LOTS of water during the night. Posted Monday October 1 2007, 11:26 am
About 4 days ago i had a 103.7 temp. I was very sick. I am now over my cold but for the past 2 nights i have been drinking 3 or 4 full water bottles a night. I dont know if this is because my body is still repairing and needs energy or because of something else. Someone please help me because its really annoying.

Is water suppose to make you bloat because people say to drink 8 bottles of water a day and I get really bloated when I drink water until i go to the bathroom, but my blatter is really strong, so i go maybe twice a day at the most, so if I drink a lot of water I get really bloated. Is that suppose to happen or is it just my type of wateR? I dont think it happened when I drank Dannon, but now I drink Dasani because we couldn't find Dannon anymore.

Potacium/Calf Muscle Spasms Posted Monday September 24 2007, 8:02 pm
Ok, well i have been getting these leg spasms at night when im sleeping. They are super painful and i wake up in serious pain almost crying. it only happens in my calfes. Particually and lately the left 1. Right before it gets super tense and if i can i try and stretch it to relax the muscle so it doesn't have a spasm. If it does i have incredible pain for a short amount of time and i can't even walk (but usually i go back to sleep anyway because its like 3 in the morning) then i have to limp to get ready and walk really slowly during the first couple hours but it just turns into a dull pain. My mom said it's a charley horse and i need more potacium in my diet. Besides bananas what has a lot of potacium? And if they're are any ways to help ...

i'm 15/f, 5'5" and 130-135 pounds. I'm pretty athletic and have plenty of muscle, so i know i'm not fat, but i can't make myself stop over eating! I'll be fine all day and then when i get home i eat way too much for dinner and dessert. I feel sick, but for some reason i have no will power to stop!
please give me tips on how to stop

so i have herd alot of ppl saying that what you eat will effect your acne alot.
like if u eat fatty foods your acne will get alot worse.

Ok before I lost 40 pounds eating healthy choice and smart ones meals. Well I have gained it all back and I wanna lose weight again but dont feel the meal plan will work for me. I really love food and I don't know what to do does anyone have any ideas? I need to lose about 50-60 pounds.

I am a senior in high school & I'm really interested in becoming a Nutritionist or Dietician. I was planning on going to school in NY and starting at a regular college, then my sophomore year of college, I'll apply to their Nutrition program since you need certain credits. My high school does not have all of the courses that you need before you start becoming a registered dietician. I know the basics & I googled about becoming one, but can anyone give me additional information about the field?? I don't want to actually cook or work for food. I want to plan meals & help people with their weight. I lost 40+ lbs myself in a healthy way & I think I could really help a lot of people. Any advice, suggestions, opinions, experiences, etc??

ok basically,i'm too thin right now and i need to build up more meat on my body and arms and such
the thing is when i eat none of the meat seems to be goin to my arms or body and only my stomach,what should i do to or eat to make my body mass bigger as an overall?

every once in awhile my friends and i go out to drink...however i always gain weight after this becuase alcohol has sooo many cals and carbs.....what are some drinks i can buy ( and mixers) to not put on the pounds?

I'm a very busy person now that school has started up again and I don't have much time to relax... I get very stressed and now, almost everyday I pigout when I get home from school. I always eat breakfast and lunch and a snack at school but for some reason the stress just kicks in and I don't care anymore about anything... I just eat and eat and eat, bad stuff too- like cookies and bread and chocolate. How do I turn this around? Suggestions??

right basically i have been prescribed years course of anti biotics (erythromycin). i have to take 3 a day. im a athlete an di like to stay in shape now i have a problem. i seem to be getting extremely hungry. coul anyone tell me if its the tablets which do this??

i don't know if this is in the right category but here it goes. lately i've noticed i have all the symptoms of a urine infection and i'm worried it's because i've been sexually active. normally i'd just tell my mom and go to the doctor but if my mom were to find out i'm having sex i'd probably be disowned. is there any way a doctor can find out that i have been having sex? or is there anything i can do to try to get rid of the infection without getting my mom involved, like any items from CVS or anything? thanks in advance!
