I just started taking NV diet pills to hopefull lose some weight but I later found poor reviews saying the product is NOT effective. Please tell what you may think or know about the product so I know wether or not I need to switch diet pills.

around june i went on a diet. i was 5'6" and 140 lbs. i had a little tummy i wanted to lose. i lost 10 lbs dieting. then i came down with mono and i lost another 15 lbs in less than 2 weeks.
my appetite has gotten smaller. i eat like a bird. i keep losing weight without exercising or anything. im actually trying to gain a few lbs now, because i dont think im healthy. im at 115 lbs now.
now ive noticed that everytime i eat, unless its something im craving makes me feel sick.
whats wrong with mee? :[

i have no idea what to do. i mean, i have my own column.. i should be able to hanlde this. im suffering depression.. i dont think my antidepressants i have are kicking in yet. between now and march i lost 25 lbs.. went threw an eating disorder.. and now am currently a binge eater and beat myself up for it by trying to purge and eating myself sick.. then eating more. i am discusting i can't even stand myself. i say, "no more binge eating" but i just forget it everytime i get near a whole load of food. i was 98 lbs now im back to 105 (5'3") and i feel so fat because i gained weight. i know its mostly muscle that i need but i want to loose like 2 lbs and i cant because i just binge eat. i mean, i want to be a...

Okay well I just had my period twice, and it was 22 days apart. It's been 32 days since my last period. Is it normal for your periods to be spread out the first few times you have it? Oh, and I have never had sex so I can't be pregnant.

I don't drink milk and I don't eat fruits [because I can't, I'm allergic, etc.] I'm really skinny, I have really fast metabolism. I eat ALL the time. What are some vitamins I can take for my hair, skin etc. Names of any you know that I can get from Kroger, Walmart, Walgreens? Anything would help. Thanks!

My nephew, who lives with me, wont eat anything. if he eats anything its unhealthy foods. the only reason he even gets unhealthy foods id because my sister (his mother) is so worried that he wont eat anything at all. I've read up on it and im sure he's more than just a picky eatter. he eats next to nothing at all. he gets milk at bed time and his mother gives him granola bars because he likes them and they arent as unhealthy as the candy he beggs for. the doctors tell her to feed im high callerie foods but her idea of high callerie foods are junk foods adn i dont know how to get it in her head that those foods arent good for him. i know she only give him thoes foods because she knows he'll eat them. but he seriously doesnt eat an...

Hi...I am planning on getting invisalign, I want it because i don't want the pain from the metal and because I like to idea of being able to remove them to eat and such. My dentist said that I will need buttons becuase my teeth are very complicated. I would like to know if the buttons are very visible and if they damage your teeth after they are removed. Also I would like to know if my teeth will move back to there original place, or should i request to have a perminent retainer put in. I would basically like to know your experiences and if there is anything I should knwo or do. please help me.!

15/f (almost 16). Okay. so I have gone on a diet.
Nothing from any magazine or whatever..just a vegetable//fruits/less sweets/less food alltogether diet. It's working quite well and I see the pounds fly off.
But...I'm suddenly always starting to question what I eat. And I'm afraid it might be too much. Its getting to the point where I think eating is bad in all, and I don't eat for days. Because I'm afraid I might get fat. Even the fact that I take ballet at 6 o'clock each day doesn't help me get over this paranoia..
What can I do?
I understand people MUST eat lunch and have a good breakfast, but I'm always ALWAYS afraid I'll gain weight :( I've never been worried so much about this, in fact. I ...

I wanted to know if there's a big difference between 1% and 2% milk. I know that adults do not need to have a large dairy intake in their diet, but I still love milk. I've heard that whole or 2% milk is high in saturated fat...but really, is it important for adults to stick to 1% or less?
I usually have 1% milk anyway..so I'm just curious.
If you have any nutrition facts, advice on dairy consumption, etc., please let me know. Thanks!

Hi, I am 16 years old, I am 5'5" and i weigh about 117 pounds. I want to weigh at least 125 pounds and this calculator said that I should be eating at least 2000 calories a day and i should gain one pound a week. I figured I should write down tomorrow what I eat and calculate how many calories I have had in the day to see how much I eat in the first place and adjust accordingly. What sorts of stuff should I do to create a list of things to eat everyday, because thats a lot of calories. Any tips or suggestions are welcome.

i'm only a freshman, but i'm really serious about cheer, and i know it's something that i want do for a long time. even completive college levels
i'm already taking private lessons, but i need do to more
i'm not as flexible as i would like to be
are there any ways to become more flexible than just stretching?
and also, i'm 5'4'' and 125 pounds and i REALLY want to loose some weight and tone my stomach
any help on that?
