Iam going to my boyfriends sister's wedding on may 14th and Iam not really big on dresses do I have to get dressed up and if I do do I have to wear a dress can I wear jeans?

I'm afraid of true tanning, but I have to admit it--my legs are simply glow in the dark. If I use a self-tanning lotion, a gradual one like Nivea, will it make my legs a strange color compared to the rest of my pale but not sickly skin, or will it be the same as the rest of me? Will I have to use it in different quantities on the rest of me to get even, natural results? Whatever I do I refuse to use it on my face as my face is very sensitive. I don't even wanna be tan, just a little darker on the legs so that I don't glow.
I have some time to experiment, but hopefully it's something that one get blotchy with pool water, as I have a summer camp in July that I'd really like to wear shorts/flip-flops to.

im about to turn 14 years old and enter into high school. i want to enter high school as a "popular" person. but it seems that only really good looking people are popular. I have big eye lashes blonde medium size hair and a flawless face and I'm a cheerleader . but im short and people dont take me serious. and I guessed by being prettier than them I would be more liked. I need tips on how to do my make up like a pretty cheerleader!

I feel like i am ugly most of the time, sometimes i feel pretty but that's only when i take my time on my make-up or hair. All my friends say i am really pretty but obviously i am not since i have never had a boyfriend. i also have a big nose i hate it and i told my mom and she said i could get surgery if i wanted to when i get older but i don't want to. but anyway i feel really ugly because no one likes me and i have never had a boyfriend and my sister always says she is prettier than me and i know that she is joking but that really makes me feel really ugly because my sister is always really pretty even without make-up and when she says that kind of stuff it make me feel like she doesn't approve of me as her sister.

Finding Pants That Fit?

I live in the US and shop at department stores like Macys, Kohls, and Jcpennys. When it comes to jeans, size 9 is a tight fit, yet size 11 is a little loose. I shop in the juniors department, where sizes are only odd, but I feel like I would be a perfect size ten. 9/10's feel like 9.5's to me, and if they aren't strech, they aren't working. What stores could I shop at, or what department and size should i get/go to, to get pants that finally fit right?!

how to wash juicy jackets

I have 3 juicy jackets that I need to wash...I was wondering how to wash them. I had them drycleaned back at home but now I'm in college and that is an inconvenience/out of my budget. I feel like I cannot just throw them in the washing machine with my other clothes.
Should they be washed alone, on delicates, only dry-cleaned, etc..?

I want to get a hair cut and I want to get it like selena gomez. I really like her hair in falling down video, she has alot of layers and her hair is the perfect length. What can I tell the barber? Or should I print out a picture of selena gomez's hair and show her how i want my hair?

I just bought this skirt and I really like it...I want to wear it to this banquet I have to go to this weekend...would a plain black long sleeve shirt look ok with it? like tucked in? Is it ok if the black shirt and the black of the band on the waist dont match perfectly?

Make up advice?

I'm 16, turning 17 in six months, and a junior. I'm in a class mixed with sophomores, juniors, and seniors. Apparently, all of them thought I was a freshman because I look so young.
I'm 5'2", very thin, and I don't really wear make up. I'm not going to go changing my wardrobe and begin wearing pencil skirts with high heels to look 25 at school, so I'm thinking it may be my (lack of) make up that makes me look younger.
I have very fair skin, green eyes, and brown hair. Mascara and eyeliner usually would do the trick, right?

Hello my question is how do i dress up as a sexy vampire. my town is having a valentines day vampire day bascially. im a female age 21 and i dont want to spend a lot of money at all. the reason i am so concerned is because i will be getting pictures taken and modeling my costume so id like to look good. ive never had my pictures taken by a professional. any ideas would be great! Why do people say i look asian when im not? I'm mexican and i don't see how i look asian. It really pisses me off when someone tells me i look filipino or something and it really lowers my self- esteem. Please helpp.

Elbow length hair care

Hi,
I'm having more of a problem with my hair as time goes by. I have elbow length hair. My hair needs to be washed every other day as my scalp/hair- esp front gets oily otherwise. After I wash it- I use Garnier shampoo and the deep conditioner- my hair becomes extremely tangled. i can never brush it, it needs combing for a good 20minutes and then can i only style it. I usually let it airdry and only on occasion I blowdry and straighten. Since the last year it feels as if my hair is getting more damaged/unhealthy. Am not sure what to do. I dont use anything else, no styling products, no hair color. Some say not to wash it as often but I ve been doing that since forever and otehrwise it will get oily. Am I using the right shampoo. Do...
