What is the difference between the Providence Bruins and the Boston Bruins? They're logos are basically the same, and I can't figure this out.

water slides

okay so im having a party on june 22nd. i REALLY want a big waterslide. the "bonzai falls" types is what im aiming for. but the cheapest i found was $200 and my dad said its too much. does anyone know where i can get the cheapest waterslides that are big? im 13 so no tiny baby slides. thankss

hheyy ;] for the freshman team in cheerleading do you know how many spots on average there is open considering 19 girls tried out. :]
i screwed up my cheer a littlee, but my dance was pretty good & my backhandspring was like basically perfectt. what are my chances of getting in. thankss :]

conditioning for volleyball.

k well on august 26th i have jv volleyball tryouts.
i've never played before but im going to camps over the summer.
well my coach gave us conditioning to do over the summer.

30min cardo 5x a week.
25pushups, 100crunches, 4setsof15 crunches/lunges,50 jumps 3x a week.

well im not good a pushups.
&they have to be real pushups.

if i try to do as many as i can each day will i get better.

&if not how.

flirting in the water

I really like this guy on my swim team, which is the only place I see him (but it's eight times a week so it's not like I never see him). I am not sure if he likes me, and we rarely talk, but what are some ways I could flirt with him to hint that I like him. We can't really have a conversation because of sets. I am also kind of shy.

All I can think of is squirting water at him. Lol. Help?

i wanna play tennis next yr, tryouts are in august &my friends helping me with praticing.
but like i dont have alot of endurace&im not that quick.
what can i do over the summer to help me get quicker&get more enduracee.

i was wondering what went down at cheer camp, and if it's fun and whatnot.

when you are blocking in volleyball, what are your eyes supposed to be watching? the hitter?? the ball?? up at the ceiling?? down at the floor?? or straight ahead???

kay well my new years revolution this year was to learn how to do a slit by the end of the year.
Im pretty flexible but i cat manage to do a split.
are there are easier ways to do a split or to let you thighs MORE flexible without hurting becasue im pretty scared of my legs sticking in one place lol.

I am a dancer. I just started 1 year ago. I want to pick up some classes like ballet or hip hop or something. I am in NSB, FL so if any one knows of some good places to get aquainted let me know.

Also, I am having issues with my flexibility. I cant seem to get my right leg flexible enough top go into a full split. And when i am in my left split my right leg prevents me from going down all of the way, any suggestions?

Oh yeah, and how do I find my Center of Gravity?

i live in hillsborough new jersey. where can i find soccer clubs and stuff around it.. because im not THAT good at soccer, and im not playing now.. i signed up for the team next year and tryouts are tough. i know because i didnt make the cut last season.. and now im moving on to 8th grade soccer.. and its gonna be even harder. im already running alot with my friend, and running isnt that hard for me... but i really need skills since in my entire life i have only played 3 seasons. but i love soccer so much that it would mean alot to me if i can get on the A team.. not even the B team next year. i know its really far fetched but im ready for the challenge. i wanna do maybe camp or something for alot of the summer since tryouts are at the end ...

back handspring.

I can have a back-bend but slip when I do it. Today my friend spotted me for a back handspring and I did pretty good because she did like all the work. How can I learn a band handspring that will give quick results? I don't have a trampoline or mat though. :[

Ballet

Don't say ballet is not a sport because in one way or another, it is. And so I'm pretty sure it goes under sports...but carrying on.

Anyways, I'm currently 14/f and finishing up 9th grade. I'll be turning 15 in July [I don't know if that helps squat to my question].

When I was 7 or 8, I took ballet for 3 months? And I ended up quitting because I got sick really easily and I wasn't exactly the patient little girl.

Now I want to take ballet again but I don't know if I should or shouldn't. Do you think it would be weird for a 14 year old girl that is almost 15 to start ballet from the very beginning? Should I even take ballet or not? If yes, will I be put in a class by age or experience/level? If ...

Running a 5K

In about a week and a half, I will be running a 5K (about 3.1 miles) with some of my friends. We're not in it to win it, but I want to be at least a little bit prepared. I've been running a few miles every day for the past couple of weeks. I'm 15/f, 120 pounds and 5'3"ish, so I'm not looking to lose weight. Is there anything special I should eat, or any stretches or anything? I am already drinking a ton of water. Any advice from people who run would be awesome. Thank you!

cheerleading and gymnastics

1st, I've been cheerleading for a couple weeks and my friends say I'm pretty good. I can do the motions pretty good but now i want to do a heel stretch but i can it like 1 foot above my waist and can hold onto my foot. Any suggestions or help that will help?

2nd, I want to go into a split but I am short about 6 inches. Any exercises that will make me more flexible?
