I am going to a whole bunch of places this year and i need to save a lot of money but i'm really bad at saving money because i always go shopping with my friends and stuff. What should i do?? I'll rate.

I have been living with my boyfriend for 6 yrs. We have a home which he bought in his name only while we were together. I am in the RE industry and helped him get 100% financing, so he had no orginal outlay. Since inception in 3/2000 we have shared ALL expenses 50/50. (MTG, Taxes, INS, Improvements, etc.) Because we do not plan to get married I want to CYA. But I do not want to put my name on title b/c I am looking to buy another inv. property and want to claim homestead exemption and get Owner Occ financing. What should I do to CYA? IE. Have him sign warranty deed giving me title rights but not record it?

Being a Personal Rep

I've been helping my dad with his banking. He passed away....I'm now his personal rep. We had a cash fund for him to use, when he went out to eat.
but I have no receipts...........will there be trouble, ( IRS) because there isn't any proof that the money not deposited in the bank ( cash fund) was used for him ???

I'm 15 years old and currently have a job that pays $5.80/hour...8 hours a day...that means around $40. I work 5 days a week and the paychecks are every two weeks. What would you do to keep from spending all your money at once? Please help...

i want to save money so bad, because i want to buy another guitar, and an amp, and after that...i just wanna save, because my friends and i have plans. but i can't save money to save my LIFE. every time i have money, i just HAVE to spend it. and it bugs me. any ideas on how i can save my money?

im 13 years old and i REALLY want a job. ive always wanted a part time job at a nursery home w/ the elderly to pay for college(even though its a long way off) but i think i have to be 14. I also would like a part time job at a camera store, but i dont think they even hire 14 year olds! can any1 give me suggestions for jobs or if they know if nursery hames would let 13 year olds work there???
i usually rate a 5!!! :)

I am 80 years old and have a credit card with a balance of over $7,000. I have been unable to keep up the payments. My total monthly income is $640 a month. I do not own a home, a car, or have life insurance. They have turned my account over to a collection agency who is threatenin to throw me in jail or garnish my social security check. What do I do? I have offered to pay them $25 a month, but they will not accept anything but a settlement of one payment of 50% of the balance.

I need to earn some cash 4 my summer vacation. We leave July 15 and I really need to save and make some $ so I can go crazy spending!!!! Lol. I get $20 midmonth and end of the month so when I leave, I'll have $40. That's ok, but I'd like 2 make some more by then. Any suggestions how 2 make some extra cash working around the house or anything? I can't babysit, no little brothers or sisters. If u have any ideas on how 2 make fast and easy $ doing work around the house, tell me!! Thanx.

tenant rights

We live in a duplex for 2 years now, are landlord is a good friend of ours. Recently he let his daughter move who is 20 years old. Her boyfriend lives there too. Everyday there is someone new moving in there with them. It has turned into a flop house. Up all night banging on the walls, loud music, up all night. Doing drugs on the porch and in the driveway. We told the landlord about this, and he is in denile. He told us if we didn't like the situation, we gotta do what's best, why should we move, I like it here, any suggestions help. Too much riff raff. Can the police do anything? Or is it a lost cause.

being ripped off from my neighbor

My neighbor offered her 1988 Honda Civic for 1000.00, It needed a battery, 4 tires, I could not test drive it, It had expired plates. I trusted her word. The car sat for 8 months, undriven. She is letting me make payments. I signed a paper saying so. When I got the title, her name was never on there. I only had the car 2 months and I already bought a battery, tires. Now it needs about 200.00 worth of work on it to run. She will not lower the price, and I no longer have a job. I offered the car back. She refuses. What else can I do. I am paying for a car that is only worth 600.00 the most. She took advantage of me. Also the car is in my husband's name. How can I get out of this situation. Please help!
