Okay, so I am 5'5 and I weight 175 pounds. I've got muscle...so I am not saying that I am fat at all. My prom is coming up on April 26th of this year. I was wondering if I walk every night....a mile...and since my calorie consumption averages about 1000 calories a day...would I be able to trim up about 15 pounds for my prom dress? It fits and everything..I just want to trim up a little bit.

I don't mean diet plan as to loose weight because i'm already skinney, but i want to eat healthy foods. I have gym this semester and it's really killing me so i'm taking my diet as a chance to maybe increase my level in gym.
Our cafeteria doesn't have a lot of good foods, the good food are usually the unhealthy ones so i need like a weekly plan of what healthy things i could eat. Thanks!

Ok I want to lose about 35 pounds, and I don't care much about hearing about the healthy way to do things. Lately things have been kind of hard for me and I have lost my appetite, and it just so happens I want to lose weight, too. I don't eat anything most days, and when I do eat, it's only one meal a day (supper). I'm guessing I consume 900-1000 cals a day maximum. People say you will lose muscle first, and then your metabolism slows, and you won't lose ANY fat if you do that. However I've noticed my uniform skirt fits me way looser, and my dad said my face was getting really thin. I have been eating like this for about 2 weeks. So my question is, even though they say you just lose water weight etc, is it possible that I'm losing fat ? ...

Hi im a 14 year old female and i am about 4foot9 in height and i only weigh like 74.6 pounds and i really want to fit a size 0 or 1 in skinny leg jeans because all of my jeans and school pants fit way too lose and when i finally find a pair of pants that fit tight enough they are too short and when i find a pair that are long enough they are too big and i dont have an eating disorder or anything (i eat alot by the way)so when i asked the doctor what the problem was she said that my weight was steady so i cant gain or lose weight so i just wanted to know how i could go from a size kids 12 to a regular 0 or 1 please and thank-you!

I'm a bit underweight and I'm doing my best to gain. The problem is that I really don't like eating meat. I like eating chicken and turkey, but that's really about it. Is there anything I can do to bump up my nutrition without having to eat beef?? I do eat a lot of fruits & veggies, but are there any other foods I can try to replace beef?? Thank you!!

Okay while wearing a tight shirt, my ribs poke outabout an inch more than my waist, length wise. Also, you can see the outline of everyone of them. In August I weight 101 and now I weight about 90. I'm about 5 feet and 2 inches. I am a 13 year old girl. I skip breakfast, and for lunch I eat a small bag of baked hot cheetos. Dinner, soemtimes I eat, and sometimes I don't If I like it, I will eat a lot. but sometimes I'm just too lazy to make me something. Am I healthy?

Okay so about a week and a half ago, I got dental surgery. I had 5 teeth yanked, so for the past week, I've been eating soft foods. A few days ago I started eating regularly again. But the day I started, I almost threw up. Like I had a little in my mouth and I swallowed it quickly and washed out my mouth. Today, just about 5 minutes ago, it happened again, and it tasted like the coco puffs I had for breakfast. But it still tasted bad. But what's going on?? Why do I just all of a sudden throw up in my mouth?

ok heres the word.. i'm 5'2 and 140lbs thats roughly 2 pounds over the normal weight. I play volleyball and i just got moved up to the front line to start(so i can spike the ball = ] ) ok so my coach and i were talking and i wanted to know how i can jump higher she said to work on my leg musles and try to get to about 100-105 pounds. thats alot of pounds rite there... i love food and i am a carb queen, but i'm willing to stop becasue i love volley ball more. soooooooo basicly i have to lose 35 lbs in idk 3 weeks? i am willing to do anything. PLEASE help?!?!?!?! = /

Oki doki, before I start I would love to let you guys know that a) I love food. b) I had gallbladder issues c) I have Chronic Lyme Diease d) And yeah...
So, like I siad, I've had gallbladder issues which I thought made it to be that I felt like I was about to be sick when I ate food and what not. But when I got it out, it didn't help make me want to eat anymore, and when I am hungry, and when I get food, I feel super sick and when I see/hear/smell/think about food, I feel like I am about to throw up.
I've been trying to eat more, but sometimes i just don't eat because I am not hungry. My mom knows I try, but she keeps reminding me that if I don't try more (which I do try very hard) I will be one of those girls who gets...

I have been underweight for awhile now. I used to do strict dieting and could be considered anorexic, but I haven't been hungry in awhile. I eat every 3 hours [breakfast, lunch, and dinner with snacks inbetween] and I eat whenever I do feel hungry. The problem is I haven't been gaining weight like I should be. I do not like eating fatty foods. That seems to be my main problem. Is there any way I can gain weight without having to eat foods high in fat? I get enough calories in a day, but I have a fast metabolism. I probably take in about 1500-1600 calories without exercising. Should I increase that even more? Is there something I'm doing wrong? Any ideas/opinions?? Thanks!!

the one where you stick on your face and it gets rid of all bumps/marks on your face in just one day
does it really work??
and if does, does it work really good for a certain skin type??
and if your not sure about clean and clear, do you know any products that get rid of marks from pimples and get rid of blemiches??

So im a vegiterian. I dont eat meat vegetables or fruits haha.Il be the first one to admit i eat really bad i usually only eat junkfood. But i cant stay awake anymore. I could go to bed at ten wake up at ten the next morning or 12 and still be so tired the whole day. Is there a disease where your always tired? i cant stay awake on weekends i always end up taking naps for two hours each day and still going to bed at normal time. I get home from school around 3 o' clock. im usually asleep by 3:30 and somtimes sleep till 7 but mostly 5:30. So any thing would help. Thanks alot!

So, I have the hardest time swallowing pills. It's weird, I use to be able to. But for some reason now I just can't do it. I know it's all in my head and I think I'll choke or something. Any advice?

I like sleep, no doubt about that, but sometimes i sleep when i don't want to. I'm a senior now and exams are approaching but i can't study because I'm so over-whelmed by school during the day that the lastest i can go is about 10:00pm. It sucks because i barely get time to study since my homework finishes about 8 and i want a little break.
I want to stay awake, but in a healthy-ish way. I know i can drink coffee, but i don't want to over consume caffein...so anything else? Any good healthy ways?

Ok so in two days we have EQAO and then next week we have exams. I'm looking for nutritional breakfasts that are pretty big that I can eat for those days to increase some brain capacity and is hopefully not indigestable. THanks

How da hell do you get a flat stomach with a nice shape???
I dont wanna go to some crazy diets.. [they dont ever work for me]
And i love love love eating.. it makes me happier :)
I think i have an eating diorder though. I eat whenver i see something good in frnt of my face all the time...! Which i think is making me fatter and fatter..
But my main question is at the top of thid question

I'm aware that what I'm about to ask isn't healthy, nor is it necessarily safe.
But I would like answers.
It's my choice to endager my health,

so please don't be so quick to judge.
HOW IS A QUICK WAY/ WHAT IS THE QUICKEST
WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT? PREFERABLY 10-15 lbs.
If you know of anyway, or something
that has worked for you - please let

I know that it's healthy to eat several meals a day, so your body always has energy and all that good stuff. Well, I also know that my dentist wants me to eat less often so the enamel on the teeth isn't worn away. I eat frequently throughout the day, and I was just wondering what your opinions and thoughts are. Like a good amount of meals that I should eat that's good for my teeth and by body. Thanks!
