HELLO I WAS CLEANING MY 1 YEAR OLD SON'S EAR AND ACCIDENTLY STUCK IT TO DEEP AND SLIGHT BLEEDING OCCURED. WHAT CAN HAPPEN TO HIS EAR AS A RESULT OF WHAT I DID.

i am 19. i am in a 5 year relationship and we have a one year old son together. i am going to college to be a nurse. lately there have been a lot of problems between my b/f and i. well i was going to move out, until i found out that i am pregnant. now i have cancelled my new apartment and am staying here for now. i know that we will not be together forever and i do not want to raise two kids alone. i am considering abortion and have an appointment scheduled for next friday. my b/f wants the baby and is excited. everyone in our family already knows that we are expecting again. i am too young to give up my life completely. i do not know what to do. if anyone has any advice i would really appreciate it. by the way, i am 8 weeks pregnant and due on christmas. PLEASE HELP

Is it ok to confront a neglectful parent?

Let's say you are in a store or some other public place and you see a kid running around, maybe doing something dangerous, like climbing on something unstable. Is it ok to say something to the kid if you happen to be nearby? I would tell the kid "That is dangerous. Don't do that." And then, ask the child, "Where is your mommy or daddy?" Then find them, and tell them what their child was doing. Some parents get really pissed off and might tell me to mind my own business, but I can't in all good conciousness stand by and do nothing when there is a child at risk. My husband was in a situation like this when we were in a thrift store and he saw a bunch of kids running around unsupervised, taking all the toys out of some bins...

Hello, I may be pregnant with a seperated mans baby. Now I'm thinking of all the scenarios that could happen and need advice. I want what's in the best interested for my child. Now this man is technically still married and has a child with his wife, they all have the same lastname. If I had the child and was not married, is it wrong to give the child my lastname? What about child support issues? I'd never keep the baby from his dad, but what if the father denies this baby? I would want to put him on the birth certificate but what if he's not there, can he still be put on it? I live in the state of Pennsylvania. Please any advice would help.

Hospital records

I am curious about hospital records. I was born at Pasadena General Hospital in Pasadena, Texas. The hospital is no longer a hospital. I am trying to locate my birth record. I tried going through the Texas Department of Vital Statistics to obtain the birth certificate. Their reply was that they have no record of the birth. So I figure that if I can get the hospital record, I can get the Department of Vital Statistics to issue me one. Does anybody know where information for closed hospitals are kept or who I could possibly talk to?

My daughter wants to play pretend too much

She is 4 and she almost always wants to pretend to be a cartoon character, and wants me to be one too. Sometimes, I just am not in the mood to be a cartoon character and talk in a silly voice. I already told her I won't do it in public, and she understands, but she still bugs me to be characters at home. How do I get her to stop this, or at least not expect me to play along with it every time? It's getting old. Does anyone else have kids that do this?

My daughter drives me crazy in the car

Every time my husband and I go anywhere with our 4-year old daughter, she wines and cries in the car, or babbles and sings constantly. Although I prefer the latter, sometimes I just want QUIET!There is no escape in a car, and sound echoes. I don't want to be forced to play kiddie music for her constantly either. How can I get her to behave?

so me and my boyfriend are at this hotel room doing you know what. well all of a sudden the door flies open and something falls into the bed next to the one we are in. well any who I jump up and see my parents. were they actually doing it? well my mom is screaming at me and telling me that I told her I wouldn't do it again. which is truth cus she caught me before. Well any who what should I do?

My daughter is currently 13 years old. She's fairly mature and doesn't dress slutty. Now, she has liked this guy for about half a year. Today, he asked her out. They want to go see a movie with another couple their age on monday. I don't know if I should let her go. What is your stance on this? Is 13 too young to be dating?

A serious shot in the dark

I am a 31-year-old divorcee with a 4-year-old son. I also am charged with caring for my developmentally disabled 33-year-old brother, who has the mental capacity of 8-year-old. My son's father is moving next week, and taking my child with him. I will not see my son again until Christmas, and then after that not until April. I am devastated that the family courts here in Seattle have allowed this to happen (no, there's nothing wrong with me...my ex just won), and I am now at a loss as to how to handle this. I can't stop crying, I can't take the time off my new job to go to therapy, and I have to be careful falling apart at home because it scared my brother.
HELP?
