who owns the internet....

I just wanted to know who "owns" the internet. I want to claim a domain (my name) which no one has bought or uses yet, but every time i look into it through google they say "buy this domain" or "this domain is not taken yet buy it!" who the hell has a monopoly over the internet isn't it supposed to be open territory... seriously it's equivalent to someone owning all of earth..... is there a way around it?? for me to get the website which i believe should be mine since its MY NAME??

Stereo Problems

I have an RCA RS2652 stereo and I pretty much know how it works except the alarm. How are you supposed to set the alarm on it? Preferably with the remote, because I have it set up pretty high where I can't reach it.

hi!
when i go on myspace or facebook or any other website really i close out of it before its done loading and like 30 myspaces pop up on my computer and i have to shut it off so it will stop how can i make it stop popping up?

okay so i got an itouch and i get free wifi with it except i dont have a wireless connection in my house so i was going to buy a router for it except my parents dont want it because they said people could pick up our wifi and steal like credit card numbers or private things from our computer and hack in is that true? and cant i just use it for my itouch and my wi console and not the computer itself? thanks!

I need to find a way to space out my text. i have pictures on my page and my text are right up against my picture. when i press enter it doesnt enter my text i know i need codes so if you could please give me all the codes you can that would be great.

Hotmail account blocked

I went to send an email just then and an error message came up saying "This account is currently blocked from sending messages. If you don't think you've violated the Windows Live Terms of Use, please contact customer support."
I don't believe I have violated the terms of use. I am trying so send out resumes and it is really important that I can use this account because all my potential employers have this email address and I can't use it. How can I unblock this account?
Is it possible to delete my email account and then make a new one of the exact same name or doesn't that work?

I'm a section editor for my school yearbook and i'm having difficulty thinking of a good theme for one of my sections...it contains pictures from our faculty and staff from when they were in high school and younger! I need help thinking of of a good theme or title for this page!!

Lg Vu problems HELP!

Okay..
Well i got an Lg Vu like 1 week ago of off ebay.com
lol..
but they said that it was barely used and that it worked perfectly fine..
well when i got it.. it was fine untill i dropped it like one time and then it kept on saying "insert smart chip"...
but it didnt do it much.. just every now and then..
but now i just got home from school and it wont turn on at all..
all it says is insert smartchip..
so i have no idea what it is because it worked fine before... and i blew in the hole for dust i cleaned it.!
i still wont work!

Verizon Cell Phones

I need a new cell phone. I'm 15 and I have verizon wireless and I have a blackberry right now and its costing my dad an extra 25 dollars a month because of the internet and stuff so I have to get a new phone. All the phones I have looked at I really like but then I find out that they are smart phones (that means they have internet and if they have internet you have to pay extra every month) what are some cool new phones that are good for texting and have a camera that aren't smart phones? ipod artwork ..

I already loaded the songs on to my ipod, and now i want to add artwork to the songs..but if I put the artwork on them now, and add them to my ipod, i'll have every song on my ipod...twice. I dont want that..how do I take the other ones off without the artwork, or is there a way to replace the song without the artwork WITH the song WITH artowork without copying twice.?

Search Engine Icon on top left hand side of page

You know how sometimes there is an icon that is usually at the top of the webpage right underneath the File and Edit buttons. Well I have one that is a google search and one underneath it that is an Ask.com search. I would like to change the Ask.com one to Yahoo. Is that possible and if so how do i do it. Thank you.

myspace wont let me change my layout

i have NO layout code on my page. all i have are photo codes from photobucket, a banner code and a code to hide my top friends. NO LAYOUT CODE! and when i try to add a layout, it doesnt show up! i am completely perplexed! WHAT could possibly be blocking these layout codes from working??
