My hair x.x

Okay, so a while back I started experimenting with my hair, and I cut my hair the wrong way.. so it grows in wrong. In the back, it has grown in better but its hard to maintain since my hair is wavy.
In the front on my bangs, it grows in wrong and the ends stick up I use gel, hair spray to try to keep it down but I hate fooling with it in the morning.
Is there anything I can do? I'm done messing with my hair, I only thin it out with my razor now. :/ Lol

There is a casual dance coming up and I don't know what to wear. I want to wear something that will get me attention from the guy I like.
Should I dress girlie or t-shirt and jeans.
I need to know what to wear to be noticed as hot, but not a slut. I am a 13 year old girl so I don't want to wear anything to revealing.

I am a 13 year old girl and I want to know what i can to to be hotter towards guys. I find myself to be okay looking, I am 5'3, pretty straight blond hair, freckles on my nose, blue eyes, straight teeth, and im not fat but I am not skinny either. My personality isn't that bad either, I am kind to everyone, smart, but I am kind of shy toward the guys I like.
I want to know what a guy around my age considers hot and what I can do to be hotter.
And Please do not put answers like I am to young to be worrying about guys or I should not change for a guy. It is not like i am getting plastic surgery! I think it would be for the best because I could get more self confidence.

So I have had darkish brown hair since forever. For the past two years I have been adding blonde highlights to my hair. There is a lot of them so it makes my hair seem lighter. Lately I have been hating the way it looks with blonde in it. So, I have decided to dye my hair back to its original color. I am wondering how this will affect my hair? i have never "dyed" my hair before, and I was thinking it might make my hair different. So is there any bad side affects that could happen to my hair because of dying it?

I have naturally dark brown hair. I've had highlights for the longest time. They were red but faded to a brownish blond.
Anyway, I want to dye all of my hair black now because I just don't like the color anymore. I don't want to do it myself because I'll probably screw up. My mom told me that she's not sure if I should dye it black because when they do it, it'll look somewhat purple. So idk?? Is it true?
So what do you think I should do?

I need a black blouse with some bright yellow on it that will look semi-formal. I wish to perform in the school talent show and am wearing a yellow skirt with black waistband and black design, and a pair of black leggings. Where can I buy a shirt to match that's around $30? Ok well I got a dress at Jcpennys its blue, white, purple and green its really pretty and it comes with a blue jacket and i got silver shoes to go with it so adorable but i need to know what I should do with my hair, makeup and my nails and where i should go and get them done but if you have at any suggestions that i could do my self would be very much appreciated. The dance is a tropical/hawaiian theme.

I need to find a dress for a 8th grade tropical dance but the trick is that i also have to wear this dress to my graduation. I am a very hefty girl and I hate to wear dresses because of my size and PLEASE do critize me about my weight. I want the dress to be flowy and not tight. Any suggestions would be very appreciated.

I want one of those jackets that are styled like a juicy couture jacket, but it has no hood. it zips up all the way and it had a collar. i want a plain color too. First time with makeup

prom is coming up and i never do anything with my looks or even wear makeup so I just decided that I want to look unrecognizable at prom with wearing makeup.
Wearing a white dress with a black sash, leaving my hair down and curled and i want my makeup like this:

Only, I wrote out the steps and look:
1. Conceal and brighten the face under eyes, around mouth, nose, and forehead (YSL Touch Eclat)
2. Make eyes appear less tired and lift the cheekbones
3. Make forehead appear rounder
4. Brighten chin area
5. Even up the skin with foundation (she’s using Lioele Triple the Solution BB ...

I want to but a new jacket, you guessed it: A LONG jacket, but I don't know how long it is ok to get and still be stylish.
Somewhere between a waist jacket and a trenchcoat?
Any advice on what you think looks good? Oh, and I want a red jacket if it matters.
