Can someone please give me some insight about the truth on coffee? One minute I hear its good for you , has antioxidants and speeds up metabolism thus helping with weightloss, then I hear that it is bad because it is acidic, and the acids in coffee make your body produce more fat cells...help?

i have a huggeee problem with binging and eating and eating until i feel sick then i make myself throw up. i feel out of control. how do i stop myself from binging?

Prom is coming up and my sister told me that she would buy me a month of tans and she never did, Now prom is like 3 weeks away and she told me that she would buy me a spray on tan.
I need to know:
Do they stink?
Because people tell me that they stink.
Does it come off in spots?
Does it make you look orange?
I need to know basically everything about it because I dont want to go to prom smelling nasty because I had to get a spray on tan.

well i have a question. =] (obviously)
i am usually 99-100 lbs. I like seriously think of being anorexic, but i'm sort of scared. I want to be skinnier and excercise and all that, but i don't want to like kill myself in the process. I am like obsessed over this. I always think about not eating or counting calories or even purging.
is this something to be concerned about?

alright this may be a little confusing...
female, 14, 5 foot 7 inches, 130 lbs.
i am alwaays eating when im at home, i kind of have a fast metabolism, i eat because i get bored and i have a gym membership [dont really go that often, i do track in school. but we dont do much] i was just wondering if there were any like natural ways to get me to control my habits, i want to loose just a few pounds around the part where my butt and legs connect also around my inner thighs, i also want to make my calves look bigger [ i know the machine for it at the gym, i do it whenever i go]
i was just wondering if there were like "home remedies" Alsooo, i loooovee junk food, but i also try to eat healthy foods whenever i get t...

okay. so for about 9 months or so i've stop eating all red meat regularly.
i mean every three weeks or so maybe a little bit of beef but i dont like eating anything but chicken, turkey, and fish. and i dont think im getting everything i need. like iron.
but i was wondering if there maybe be any way to tell what i need to take instead of eating red meat.
i dont eat regulary but i still eat fruits and veggies and drink plunty of milk.
anything helps. =))

For whatever reason, when I am home(after school, weekends, and breaks) all i want to do is eat! After I figured this out, I changed my snacking habits from unhealthy snacks to healthy snacks. Some of my favorite snacks are fruits and vegetables with peanut butter, dairy products, and nuts. But it didn't help! Now, i crave unhealthy snacks more than ever. I don't know what to do! We don't really keep unhealthy foods around the house, just for my little brother, but I want to eat them. I can't figure it out. Maybe if I could get to the root of the problem, it would help me conquer it.

im nineteen years old and i weigh around 120. i know thats the healthy weight for my age and height, but i am fat. like i have a big stomache, love handles, and big thighs. if i could get some wieght off then that would be great. are there certain foods i can eat a lot of that will speed up the process? thanks so much

I'm 13 and about 5'4" and about 120 pounds. I have friends that are 100-105, so I know it wouldnt be unhealthy to lose 15-20 pounds. Are there ways to quickly and safely lose weight that have been affective?

I need some help I havent been able to fall asleep sleep in 4 days!When I eventally fall asleep I only get 4 hours of sleep. I need some sleeping tips I will rate if you anwser. Anything will help.

well my friend counts her calories and only eats 1000 calories a day. She excercises all of the time and weighs herself constantly. She also considers being 100 lbs fat. Shes 14 and 5,0
100 lbs isn't fat right? anyways I am just concerned that she may be starting an eating disorder. is it true? are these signs?
