recently i took a pic of myself and in the back ground it looked like some one standing like 5 metres away from me i was home alone i zoom in and its got like a demon scary face i showed my sister and freinds and they say it looks like the grim reaper one says its wearing a black cape ive felt for a while like a ghost or something is following me how long do you think it is til i die?

Ok, here's the story. When I was younger, I thought of God as an invisible being that always watched you and could do anything he wanted. So i'd always say "yes I believe in god". But as I grew older, people who don't believe in God have pointed things out to me. I mean it was MAN who wrote the bible, and MAN who wrote the ten commandments. who's to say man didn't make it all up? One of my frieds once pointed out that "man does not like the thought of nothing after death, so the created an afterlife to believe in instead". Another person that doesn't believe in God said "he is just like Santa Claus, used to make children be good". These seem like pretty realistic remarks to me. Plus there is no "proof"...

i'm not really religious at all. my family doesn't go to church or anything and one day my parents found out i don't really believe in god. and they kinda like freaked and said we're going to start going to church and stuff [we never did]/ k so i have some questions about all this religion stuff.
-who wrote the bible?
-i mean really how is it possible that theres some great god up in the sky?
-who all thought of this? like there had to be someone who came up with this?
-who created these so called sins?
-if being gay is a "sin", why did this god create them?
-how do people know anything of what they looked like or did?

alright, so i got in an argument about bible verses with a friend of mine and i need help finding a few.
1. women aren't allowed to minister in the church
2. divorced women can't remarry
3. homosexuality is a sin
4. wearing gold jewelry is a sin
5. you must wait until marriage to have sex
only NEW TESTAMENT verses please, if you have any or all of these it would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

A Question For Christians Strong in Their Faith

I would prefer Christians who are strong in their faith to answer this one, particularly those who have gone through what I am experiencing now.I was raised by a Christian mother who puts her faith completely in Jesus. I never doubted God and was saved at the age of twelve at VBS. I was baptized at 15. Since the day I was saved, four years ago, I've prayed to God every morning, night, and whenever else I felt like it. I read my Bible every morning and night and have almost finished it. I attend church every Sunday and do a Bible study with my family every night. I also attended a small Devotion before school every day for three years. confused! Different religions! what should i do?

ok. well my moms side of the family (which is HUGE!) is very religious (catholic/christian) so i go to a Catholic church, and i am in the sunday school and youth choir and groups there. It's fun but i dont always beleive what they do.
My dads side of the family (only 4 people living by us) are well my aunts (well ones my aunt and the other ones her partner if you get what i mean) are jewish and my grandma is idk what. and my dad became catholic when he married my mom.

How can I change my hairstyle?

I have dark brown hair, layered long hair(up to my mid-back). My forehead is medium. I want a new style that compliments my face. I sorta want bangs, but I'm not sure if it will look good on me. I want to keep my hair length, and I want one that makes me look young while looking mature. Also if it helps, I'm 18 and half filipino/half german.

I know I'm being paranoid, but the only thing that mortifies me about starting high school this year is what to wear...
I have some stuff from last year.. and some stuff that I got the summer before...
After how long should you stop wearing a shirt to school?
I gave away a lot of my shirts because they were over a year old, and I thought it was too long to keep a shirt and wear it regularly to school, so I am short on shirts now. I went shopping yesterday and got 2 Tshirts (HCO) and a few BF tanks. I have about 5 shirts besides that from last year.
I'm just stressed about wearing the same shirt/outfit too often.

Get Drunk?

My bff parties sometimes. She is a very good student, so are the people she parties with. Sometimes she has these "parties" at her house with just maybe no more than 15 people, all good friends. She is eighteen.
I am sixteen, and although I've never been to any of her parties, I want to try it. I've never been drunk in my life. If I do go to a party, it will be a very safe environment. I am planning on getting a little drunk, but I am not going to drive (I will sleep over at her house), I will not try drugs (and no drugs will be present, none of her friends do them).
Should I do it? I am a very uptight person, so I think it will be nice for me to just let loose and have fun. I am not planning it to b...

I was raised a Catholic, but I'm feeling more agnostic now.
Can anyone give me some scientific proof that God is real? And don't give me that, "I have a friend that claims he saw 'him'" crap. That's not PROOF to me.

And why do the God-worshippers refer to God as *Him* with capitalized letter on the H, astricts, and all? Uh, it's not necessary.

Is God real? I'm a raised catholic, but I for about 2 years now I've felt atheist/agnostic.
How do you know it's YOUR god that's real? What if there are many gods? what if there's a goddess?
just give me some proof.
because a lot of times i feel guilty for not being religious and i feel like i should be religious. But I don't want to save myself for marriage and I masturbate which makes me think that I shouldn't be a christian! Can i still be a christian even in spite of those 2 things?
please just give me advice.

hi, well my freind has been having family problems, and today he told me that he prayed a lot to god, to sort it out and what not, and when he got home, he told me that they were sorting it out, and it was getting better. is this the work of "the allmighty" or just a quencidence, because im not fully persuaded? what do you guys think? thanks

Chakras and meditation

I'm interested in these chakra things and i took a test and it said my chakras were blocked by stress and things like that. i mean like tons of years ago, when God made people, he made Adam and Eve. Then they had children, who had children with their.. siblings (is that right? i mean nobody else was around.. or was incest okay then?) who had children with THEIR siblings, and so on. so then after tons of years it comes to today.. does that mean that Adam and Eve our are like great great great (etc) grandparents? cause then like everyone in the entire world is related, am i correct? but that confuses me.. because some people say that we all evolved from monkeys. i kinda believe it but i kinda dont, since i am a christian and i believe that God and Jesus are real. I mean the entire universe must have started from something.. however i dont understand where God came...

I'm thirteen and I guess you could say i'm Catholic. My family goes to church every week, but I don't even feel good when I go. I feel like it's all a big lie, God and Jesus and Heaven and Hell. I mean, I think to myself, it seems kind of unreal that when you die you go to this wonderful place with God and if you don't follow all the exact rules of christianity, you go to hell with evil Satan.
