i think i weigh more than i should...and i want a really good and fast way to lose my goal weight.

hey, im looking for a new diet that will help me get my fat down, but not my muscle, i weigh 245, and 14 years old and i need to get down 20 pounds of just fat... any ideas of a good diet to stick to, i need to get my weight down just before football bcuz im planning on playing the mike linebacker on varsity this year

i've gained a lot of weight since i got my period in like 8th grade.. (i'm a sophmore now) and i'm getting really frusterated because i used to be one of the skinniest girls in my grade and now i'm just average. any tips on how to lose weight? like specific diets? or other exercise tips?
i'm planning on running almost every day as soon as water polo is over.
i know i need to eat healthier-- it's just really hard.
i have a really flat stomach (i have like an outline of a six pack). but i also have really big arms. most of it is muscle (because i do gymnastics) but i want to get them skinnier and more toned instead of just looking big. i also need to lose weight in my thighs and hips and butt. so any good exercises for that?

so a couple years ago i was on the slimfast diet i was exercising too much and wounded up in the hospital for not eating enough. now, im back on the diet because i wanna loose a couple of pounds for hawaii. right now, im not losing the weight but i thinknits cause im doing weights and such. although, if i ndont exercise for one day and i eat a piece of chocolate i find my day being ruined and i consistley eat. what can i do to stop this?? am i not eating enough? i weigh 138 and im 5'9 i wanna be 130. although i do have a lot of muscle. let me know what is going on? is my binging and eating disorder comng back?! thanks ill rate goood!!

Special K brand foods are said to be healthy, but is it even good for a diet. I'm not one to starve myself to be thin, that's just sad.. but some things I know is just for advertising sales. I was told that this advertising was not factual. So, I wanted to know if special snacks, cereals, etc are really good for nutrition, fiber and are they really that healty? And what foods are healthy but good that I can enjoy while on a diet?

i know i am skiiny but i have a hUGE pop belly or pouch wtvr u call it.
i do excercieses each ngiht for at leat 45 mins.
it remains the same
how can i make my stomich flat???????

i'm kinda fair skinned. i don't burn too bad. but i always burn bad in the beginning of the summer so i'll be really red. i hate it and i was wondering if there is any product i can use to tan instead of sunburn, or turn my sunburn into a tan?

I have been vegetarian for 4 years and I am feeling really dizzy and a bit nauseaous lately. I can't even stand up and walk in a straight line without feeling dizzy.
I had a blood test and was found to have aneamia.
What foods should I be eating to fix this?
The only meat as such that I eat is fish and eggs. But I hardly ever eat these.
Does anyone know what I should be eating?

i went on a calorie less diet. i only take in more or less 1200. soemtiems i take in 1400 but i do a lot of exercise if i do that.
on saturday i ate soooooooooo much and gained 2 pounds do i went form 112 to 114'!!! i want to weigh 100. i need my stomich to be flat.
any ideas.???? i do 30 min abb exercises an kcikboxin

i'm not really that fat and i am pretty active everyday since i play softball but i want to tone up my stomach for swimsuit season. i don't have a problem exercising at all but the diet for me is difficult. i always find myself either eating yogurt for breakfast (which isn't the problem because i love yogurt) a sandwich for lunch and a salad for dinner but i get bored really fast with these foods. does anyone have any other foods to help me lose a few pounds?

i got surgery on my knee about 2 weeks ago. i went from being active 6-7 days a week to sitting on my butt in the same position all day. (im not allowed to put weight on it) im gonna be like this for 2 months and i am very worried about gaining weight. yesterday in the morning around 9 am, i ate 2 large helpings of ice cream and i made myself not eat again until 11 that night, and i ate potatoes with vegetables. of course, i drank water in between as to not get hydrated. today i have only eaten a tangerine and a medium portion of ice cream, and that was about 6 hours ago (it's 4.30 now)
so far my stomach hasn't felt hungry, but i feel myself losing concentration on what i'm doing (which is bad, because i have a ton of make up...

I have a BMI of 21.1. and am 25/f . I just recently started paying attention to my calorie intake, and I figure on most days I eat about 4000 calories, sometimes 2000-3000. of course there are days I eat more or less, but basically I eat more than the recommended daily value. I am not extremely active, I would say moderately active. my main source of exercise is walking and cleaning my house, which I don't even walk all that often. I was wondering if my metabolism is extremely high? I do gain a few pounds here and there, but that is when I eat 4000 calories a day for weeks straight, and that means some of the calories are icecream, and other junk food. Is my metabolism abnormally high, and will it slow down with age?
