i had a hangnail and bit it out yesterday. now my fingertip is swollen and very red in comparison to my other finger. it is sensitive also. what can i do to it to make it go away?

Dislocated hip?

i have this horrible pain right at the top of my right thigh, right where it connects to my pelvis.
whenever i try to walk, my right leg sort of collapses and it feels like jelly. and it hurts sooooooooooooooooooooooo badly.
what is this? a sprained joint?

golf cart

today at a friends we were riding around on a golf cart when it got out of control and slammed into a tree. my left leg got a little beat up from the crash (i was sitting passenger) my leg just got skinned in about 3 places but on my knee it was a little worse. i don't think i broke or dislocated anything, it's just a LITTLE sore and i have a knot on the side of my knee. should i be okay if i just ice and clean the cuts?

ok so theres this weird rash-like thing on my whole knee. it kinda looks like razor bumps but they itch & u can like pop them if u scratch them. its reallllllly gross & i have no idea what it is. i dont think it could be poison ivy/oak bc i dont think i was in the woods or anything. what else could it be? it kinda looks like a rash and its red.

Blister

So I have a bad blister on the back of my foot.It's like bleeding.It's from my volleyball shoes.I won't be wearing them anymore so that's not a problem.I don't know how to make it heal faster though.Do I just don't wear regular shoes for awhile or put some kind of medicene like neosporin.Any suggestions would help.Thankss!

my toe

i was at field hockey tryouts and a field hockey ball hit me really hard on my big toe. at first it wasn't bruised but everyday it keeps getting worse (more purple/blue-gross right?) it is just my toe nail not my actual toe. will my toe nail fall off? i'm really scared if that happens. what do i do? what should i put on it?

thigh veins?

im not sure what it is.. im not sure if its an injury or whatever. like on one of my thighs like between it there are these veins.. and they hurt when i touch them and they kinda poke out, and are darker than the rest of my skin (im black and like average weight) what is the meaning of this? i've been running about 1-2 miles for like 3 days in a row but havent ran the past 2 days. and this wasnt there yesterday so how did this happen? thanks

I have a weird scrape and there is one part with little dots that looks like a cheese grater went over my leg and another part where its scabby and oozing. How can i heal it quickly so i can go out in the pool comfortable and not worry about hitting it on anything?

Pain after Masterpation

I NEED ADVICE!
Usaly when i Masterpate im fine. but sometimes i Masterpate and i feel ok then, about 3 - 5 minutes later, my penis starts to sting and it feels like i need to the toilet over and over again even when i don't need it. ive tryed to stop it but, i just can't understand why this happens.
Do you know what can cause this?

I just got my wisdom teeth out
all four of them at the same time, my bottom two were impacted. and im in a LOT of pain at the moment.
is there anything that can help with the pain
Im already on vicoden but it isnt helping...

armpit shaving bumps

ok, every time i shave under my armpits, i get painful bumps that last for at least a week after i shave. and my armpits get itchy and sore. also, now, it hurts when i try to shave. i don't understand why because i lather before i shave.
so how do i stop the bumps?
my razor is pretty old (like..6 months+), might that be the problem?
btw, this only happens on my armpits, not on my legs.

Ingrown toenail :o

My mom always trimmed her toenails incorrectly when she was younger. So she won't take me to a doctor to fix it. She made me soak my feet in a water full of epsom salt. What will that do to my toe?
I trimmed my toenail, thinking it would stop hurting. Wrong-o.
Then she said something about digging into the skin in my nail and ripping out the nail. WHAT IS THAT ABOUT? no one said ANYTHING about that.
I don't want to leave it untreated because I don't want an infection or anything.
I'm actually not sure if IT IS an ingrown toenail though. I've seen pictures and my nail doesn't even look like it.
Help?

contact lenses

haha.. i didn't know what category to put this under, so this was the best i could do.
i went to get contacts for the first time today, but i could not for the life of me get them in my eye. i kept blinking, and my eye muscles kept contracting etc etc. how do i get over the fear of putting something in my eye? i'm scared the lens will scratch my cornea and infect it and all that stuff, plus i just have a really strong natural reflex against them i guess. tips?

So I was wondering, I have this red/blk sore thing on my right tip of my ring finger.I'm pretty sure it's from pitching for softball, but I don't know.I had it for about..a week.I have nationals.. Monday-Friday.I'm concerned if it will effect my pitching by then.My sister told me it will turn into a calayst,But she didn't tell me how long it will take.I'm hoping it will be better by then.But I'm not sure.If anyone has any idea how long or what it's called, I'd appreciate it.

burn pain wont stop

i have a 2nd degree burn on my hand from touching a hot grill. there is a line of white blisters across my hand. ive had cold water on it for a few hours but the pain still will not stop unless i keep icy water on it.
does any know how i can realive the pain?

wrist cutting

My best friend f/16 told me she cut her wrist yesterday and I started crying.
She came over and showed me, it's a diagonal cross on her left wrist about 3 finger widths down from the start of her wrist on the left hand side. The cross is only about 1cm long and it isn't very deep. How come she didn't die? Is it because she didn't lose much blood or because she didn't cut deep enough or didn't cut the vein?
I don't want her to do it again. And I just want to know why she didn't die?
