Another Weight Issue Question Posted Tuesday July 27 2004, 1:09 am
Hey everyone. I'm a 16 yr old female and I've been living with a weight issue all of my life. Both of my parents were big people and of course I ended up the same as them. I've been teased a lot my whole life because of it, people do it without realizing how much it hurts. Right now I'm about 5'7-5'8 and weigh about 190lbs. I really want to lose weight but every time I try, I can't keep up the motivation. I try not eating junk food, I don't drink soda, but I still cant manage to lose the weight. I walk a lot, but the problem is I guess that I don't have people that are behind me in this. My mom keeps buying junk food, and if it's here I'll end up eating it and feel bad for it afterwards. I really need help in doing this alone but I don't kn...

is 2.2 miles in 20 minutes good? im really curious. i ran that the other day and i wasnt sure if it was good or not. im 13/f. and i usually never run.

i am going in 2 6th grade and i am 5ft tall and i weigh 98pounds is that fat skinny or just right??? ps is that 2 tall???

hey. i have REALLY short legs. &its really annoying. i know this sounds weird, but is there anyway to make them longer? i just hate having such short legs because i can't find pants! if you help me i'll rate you!

I have really smelly feet and everything I've tried didn't work. And whenever I walk into a room no one wants to be around me when I have my shoes off. Do you know anything that would work? If you do please respond quickly!

Well i puke whenever i eat sumthin or drink something..Sometimes i totally just do it on purpose..My mom thinks im bulimic..I think im fat and i want to become anerix or belimic or both..But my friend T***** dosen't want me to or my other friends..I rly liek t***** as a friend but i want to loose weight..I feel rly fat..Should i try to excerise and loose weihgt or become anerix or belimic or both..?...

ok im 16 and i am pretty in shape. i am not extremely ripped but i have a nice figure. ive done a million sit ups and i know that i have a 6 pac just EGGING to pop out, but i need to lose a little bit of fat on my stomach for it to show a lot. whats a good, fast way to lose just a little bit of weight so that my abs will show a lot more?
