ok i know this has been asked a billion times already but oh well.
i am perfectly comfortable with how i look except for my stomache. it could be skinnier. i go back to school in about 3 weeks and i want to know some good workout ideas to get my stomache firmer by then.

For the past few months, I have had a very uncomfortable pain around my tailbone.
It's mostly when I'm sitting a certain way. And I'm not entirely sure why and when it started but it bothers me.
I'm afraid this could mean something awful. My uncle told me that it could be cancer and, although he was 'joking', I was scared. What if it is?
Anyways. I'm afraid to go to a Doctor because I'm very uncomfortable with people touching me and, of course, he'll have to see my...butt. (Yes, I said butt...XD) Anyways...It makes me really uncomfortable to have someone, even a professional, touch me. But I'm afraid that if I don't go to the doctor, and it's something serious, I'll end up getting really sick and...

im not fat or anything..i just have the little fat on my stomach, ya know, like it just a little fat sticking out right on my stomach. Beside crunches, what can i do to get rid of the fat..what other stomach exercises are there..?

I'm not fat but I have some fatty areas, like my stomach and thighs. I always tell myself I'm going to start excercising soon but I never do. How can I motivate myself to stop being lazy and start being healthy? Any tips on what gets you going to the gym? Thanks!

(im a girl)I personally think the only way I can possibly get a flat stomach is to do crunchies and stuff. I kind of want a 6 pack or something but idk.. it will look weird on girls! Do you think I will look weird if I get a 6 pack?

ok...i'm adictive to coffy...how should i stop?!?!? coffy its not dat good for da body dats wut mah baby tellin me...but i cant stop i drink 4 cups a day...n i can drink more n more...
i kno its not good...n stuff n on top of dat i put wip cream in it n dis other thing n also sugar...n dat makes it worst but mad tasty!!! HOW CAN I STOP!?!?!? :'( i dunno wut to do...the only thing thats stopin me now its mah baby....if not i would've drinked it...so wuts another way to stop when mah baby aint rounds?!?!?

hi, im only 15 but im very interested in my weight! i recently started gaining weight but there has been no change in my diet. I was 105 but now for some reason my weight has gone up to 116. My mom just thinks im crazy and pushes me away but please don't do the same i really want to get back to my old weight and i want to do it a healthy way, so if anybody can help please tell me how to loose the extra pounds im only 5 foot 2 and i think i would be healthier with a smaller size. if you could just give me an example of what i should eat or something i should do everyday i would really appreaciate it.

Ok, can anybody tell me some good exercises for toning and strengthening my inner thighs and my calf muscles? Also, do you know any good excersises to make your tummy smaller? Mine is not too big, but it's popping out and I wanna get rid of it before it's too late...but I don't wanna look like a man either.

How can I make my calf muscles bigger? I hate running unless it's soccer and I'm not playing at the moment, and I'm past pueberty. Also, I have weak ankles (they get sprained a lot when I play soccer), anyone have advice for that?

Hi..im just wondering how everyone out there who wears a bikini and all the ppl who wear swim trunks and has a flat stomach..how do you do it? How can i GET BIKINI BODY and KEEP it? Do I have to be watcing what i eat 24/7/365?
