What eyeshadow would be best to make eyes pop

I have Brown eyes,black hair,médium skin and wear glasses. I am looking for a natural look that will make my brown eyes pop. Also if you would give me any color suggestions. Thanks everyone!

Wedding make up product recemendations

I'm getting married in 9 months time, the venue has cost more than we expected so we're having to cut costs elsewhere, which means I will be doing my own make up.
I'm 27 years old and I still have no idea about make up, I have very dry skin so I have to put mosturiser on my face, then foundation and it still looks flakey.
This is my main problem so if anyone can recomend any brilliant foundation fo that smooth airbrushed look? I've read about "Primer" too but I have no idea what that is, i'm never used it.
Next i'd like gorgeous eye make up, celebrities wear it a certain way which seems to change the shape of their eyes.
As you can tell i'm completely clueless and despera...

Does cartilage piercing hurt?

I have a question..i am getting my cartilage pierced this saturday and at walmart. But before i do, i want to know if there r any cheaper places and if it hurts a lot. Some people say it hurts like hell, others say they dont feel a thing....I just want to know all the facts before getting it done. thanks :)

Hair Purple? Will the part I bleached go back to normal?

So, I dyed the TIPS of my hair purple, and I used the bleach first, and when the bleach was done, it was an awful auburnish color,so then I put the purple in and it came out okay in the end, not exactly what i wanted. I only let it stay in for the minimum time period because I only want it for a few weeks of summer. My question is, will it wash out by itself and the bleach and purple both fade back to my natural hair color? or will it fade to the bleached color and will I have to dye my hair to my natural color again? I dont want to get a haircut because I'd be cutting a lot off. Please Help! :)

Eyeshadow: Applying it for glasses

How do I apply my eyeshadow so it looks bold?
I try, over and over, to apply my eyeshadow so you can see it through my glasses. However, when I put my glasses on, it's really hard to tell that I'm even wearing eyeshadow, but you can always tell that I'm wearing eyeliner/mascara. I have blond hair, and blue eyes, so I can wear greens, blues, pinks, purples and browns. I like Covergirl and L'oreal the best, but I'll wear any brand. My skin isn't sensitive. Thanks to all who answer.
I hate the applicator brush, so I use a shadow brush. Here is my traditional makeup routine.
1. Moisturize
2. apply foundation with a powder brush (I HATE the sponge!)
3. LIGHTLY apply bronzer
4....

My mom says I cant because you have to have your period for 3 years because of the chemicals in the dye. My sister said that thats true to she went to beauty school shes now a hair stylist so I think she know. But is that true? Because I really want to dye my hair!

Why Can't I dye my hair?

Info you should know:
1) My sister is a hair stylist she went to beauty school
2)I don't have my period
3)I'm 13
4) I want to dye my hair bright bright red
5) All my sisters have dyed their hair like 50 times.
I have asked my Mom if I can dye my hair and she keeps saying NO. And heres her reason: because you dont have your period for 3 years because of the chemicals in the dye. And I asked what will it do? And she said : Idk, but lets not find out.
I said : i dont believe you
she said: Just ask your sister she went to beauty school she knows.
Me: UGH! and stomps off.
I'M REALLY PISS3D OFF I WANT TO DYE MY HAIR IS THIS TRUE THAT YOU HAVE TO HAVE YO...

Harry Potter Midnight Premiere?

I'm going to the midnight premiere of Deathly Hallows and I want to make my own shirt. I want something unique that has to do specifically with DH and not other books and also something that not everyone else will have. I'd also prefer it to have something to do with Slytherin or the Malfoys but if not that's cool too. Thanks in advance!

Naval piercing, removing the scar.

I havent had my belly button pierced yet, but its something ive wanted for a while. I was just wondering if, after the peircing has healed up properly and you can change the jewelery, is it possible to get rid of it entirely? Not that i want to, but i wanted to know. Can you get rid of the scar with bio oil or something even after its all healed up? Like, let the hole heal over...?

Are liquid leggings trashy?

Some people have said that liquid leggings are trashy. I think they are cute. Is it ok for a 17 year old to wear them? Do you think they are trashy? How do you feel about liquid leggings?

I want my hair to grow out, fast!

So, I got my hair cut a lot shorter than it has been in a long time, and now I want it to grow back out. I am a 19/M, not sure if that really changes anything. I have biotin pills, but is there anything else that I can do to help my hair to grow more quickly? I am also going to start brushing/combing my hair more to see if that helps any. I am desperate for it to grow back out! I miss my long hair so much. Thanks in advance!

I'm 15 right now and I'm really into the Emo look...I love screamo bands and i like to wear black a lot I also like to put a lot of dark makeup on my face not to much but enough. But my parents and my friends hate it..Should I change? I really enjoy it and I'm happy with how it looks, but my parents want me to change. and none of my friends are into that kinda stuff. What should I do? or How could I help my parent change there mind?

Three weeks ago I put hair dye in my hair and I have something important coming up and I've washed and washed my hair and it won't come out and I don't want to go to the salon to pay money to have it fixed cause I have a lot of hair. What can I use to make it come out ? Its bright blue
